The Inspiration Sixty Below Zero is a roleplay loosely inspired by the movie Eight Below; more accurately, it is inspired by the true events that lead to the creation of this movie. The main inspiration for Sixty Below Zero was the story of a 1958 Japanese Antarctic Expedition, in which seven of the nine dogs died either in the blizzard or afterwards (the details are unknown). This roleplay is not fandom/movie oriented, and is instead meant to turn one of history's less historical events into something roleplayers can be creative and have fun with. . . The Story The year is 1950. Scientist Lisandro Gama has been selected by his superiors to travel to the unfamiliar lands of Antarctica with a team of mushing experts from the icy lands of Russia: Shvedov Aleksei Kirillovich, the musher; Khanipova Albina Kirrilovna, the dog caretaker and Shvedov's wife. The trio was joined by Japense cartographer, Kaneko Tsuneo. Their mission? To complete the first cross-continent exploration of Antarctica's frozen mass. Discovered in 1773 by James Cook, Antarctic is a land of great mystery to many countries; vast, frozen, and vastly untouched by the influence of man. Highly respected in their respective fields, the team was specifically selected by their home governments to ensure the mission was carried out with minimal difficulties. While stationed, a blizzard struck and gave the team little time to prepare. It was 2:36 in the morning when the storm hit, seemingly out of nowhere. The dogs were left outside, chained and with little protection from the storm beyond burying themselves in the snow for warmth, side by side. The Kirillovich couple were unfortunately casualties in the blizzard in trying to help the dogs, as well as six of the team's dogs. Following the deaths, Lisandro and Tsuneo had to leave when the storm cleared; they had not bonded with the dogs, not having their trust, and therefore had to leave without them. No dog answered the calls of these unfavored voices, they're assumed to be dead. Without the humans watching over them, can the team survive? . . The Current Plot It is the first day that the dogs are alone on this unfamiliar continent, a vast expanse of nothing but ice and snow. It is early morning, and the dogs are covered in snow from the night before; they've yet to discover the deaths of their caretaker and musher, along with the majority of their team. The dogs will be just rising from their snow "shelters", and are searching for each other. There is still a light flurry of snow, slightly lessening the distance the dogs can see; they must use the voices of those more than a foot away to guide them. |

Roleplay Rules 1. Due to small size, this roleplay will be literate. Please be able to keep up with between 250-300 words per post! I understand writers block so as a minimum I'll allow 200 or so, but I would like to be in the higher range as much as everoyne is able, to keep the story moving. We don't require a novel from you, just enough for people to play along! 2. All dogs, with no exceptions, are going to be purebred Siberian Huskies. There will be no wolf-dogs, no mutts, no husky mixes. This is just to make things a lot easier to manage, because there are mixes that simply would not survive a day in these conditions. 3. Please, do not clutter this thread with discussions of characters, plots, and questions. Please privately message me or the person you'd like to talk to, it needs to be as simple as possible to find the characters for later. 4. Characters must be between the ages of four and eight. They have all been on the team for at least two years, so they have the dynamic and their relationships all figured out by now (makes things easier on the writers), and at the age of eight any working dogs are preparing to retire. 5. There is no secret code, I'm trusting you. These are really simple and there aren't a lot of rules. 6. Characters can and will get injured, but this is on a volunteer basis and/or is not fatal unless the writer has agreed to it. There is only one character per person, so I won't be evil and be throwing out fatal events. 7. There is an unspoken hierarchy (not alpha, beta, omega; leader & subordinate) among the dogs. They acknowledge that the lead dogs are the leaders, the swing is their second, and the rest are simply subordinates. 8. Obviously, follow all WolfPlay rules at all times. 9. Obviously because the dogs have been around each other for two years or longer, there can be pre-established relationships, I expect there to be pre-established relationships. If they're romantic somehow, they should be fleshed out instead of 'they met and love each other'. . . "Pack" Rules 1. The Lead dogs are in charge; in their absence, power will shift over to the Swing dog. This position has been granted to them by the musher, and can be taken only by challenge. 2. To challenge the leaders' decision is to challenge their rule; you must have the support of the team before making any attempt at taking over. To try and take over without the support of the majority is to face being sent out into the unknown, by yourself. 3. No dog is above another; no dog is inferior or superior, regardless of rank. Some hold more authority, but none are better than the others. Protect the pack, they are all you have in this new life. |

Character Roles & Descriptions Lead Dogs are the team's leadership; they are responsible for carrying out the musher's orders and being sure the team follows with no questions. These dogs set the pace of the set and work closely together to be sure things are done as they should be; without them, the team would lack guidance. One of these dogs died in the blizzard. . . Swing Dogs are the seconds; when pulling the sled, they pass on the orders of the lead dogs to the team behind them. They make sure turns and direction changes are carried out smoothly and as a unit; while unattached to the sled, they still hold the authority of a second in command. In the lead dog's absence, this dog will be in charge. One of these dogs died in the blizzard. . . Team Dogs make up the bulk of the team; without these dogs, there would be no team to lead and support. They are the subordinates; they hold no authority among the dogs they live with, but some may act more dominant over their companions than others. They follow the guidance of the swing and lead dogs on the sled, and off duty when it's necessary. Three of these dogs died in the blizzard. . . Wheel Dogs are positioned closest to the sled and pull the brunt of the weight; as a result, they are the strongest/bulkiest and often largest dogs on the team, carrying the most defined muscle under their fur. They function the same as a team dog when off duty, a subordinate. These dogs may act as a protector of the pack, using their strength to ward off predators or general dangers while the rest escape. { Appearance } As is expected of a dog in his position, Makarov is a canine of larger size and a generally heavier build. He stands at a large 60 centimeters (24 inches / 2 feet ) at his shoulders, weighing in at a total of 27 kilograms (60 pounds). His weight is primarily from the mass of muscle hiding beneath his thick pelage, rippling beneath his fur with each powerful stride. . . . His eyes are an almond shape and possess a striking blue color, a stark contrast to the white that makes up his fur. The fur along his neck is flattened, pushed down by a thick leather collar that he cannot get off no matter how hard he seems to try (and he does). . . . His fur is entirely white, appearing to have a blond coloration under direct sunlight, though his ears are tipped with a blond-brown color. His nose and paw pads are 'black'; they are a dark color, helping him to stick out in the snow so the other dogs--and, unfortunately, probably predators as well--can spot him. ---------- { Personality } Makarov was the butt of a joke for his years on the team; the musher and caretaker would often tell variations of the same joke regarding his intelligence, and the other dogs of the team had seemed to catch on. He wasn't the most intelligent of canines, obviously, and he knew only his job and to follow his gut instinct; he didn't know that he was being made fun of, that the jokes were being made at his expense, rather than to make him feel good for being acknowledged. He'd respond to them with a laugh and a furious wagging of his tail, always so happy to be acknowledged in a way that wasn't 'bad dog', or 'no, that's wrong'. . . . He's a happy dog, always able to find the light at the end of the tunnel and make the best out of even the most dire of situations. He hates seeing his teammates upset or angered, and does everything in his power to ensure the mood can stay relatively light. He made it his goal to get along with everyone on the team, even if they didn't know he held a great respect and adoration for them, and they didn't return the favor. . . . The muscle of the team, Makarov can best be described as all brawn and no brain; he's a fighter, as much as he tries to avoid it. He will do anything he can to protect the team, even at the expense of his own life, or if it brings a great injury that would cause him to retire sooner than he would at old age. He puts his all into their safety, and follows orders to a T if it means he gets to keep the rest of his companions safe. ---------- [ Crush? ] N/A; he did have a thing for the other wheel dog, Siyana (NPC), though he never got to tell her before she passed in the storm [ Partner? ] N/A ---------- [ Team Relationships ] Yekaterina: she-dog that Makarov respects and looks to as a sister. He adores the swing dog and much of what he does is to try and earn her approval, make her particularly proud of him; she protects him from the harsh words of others, though he isn't always safe from her own taunts and comments on his lack of intelligence. . . Marena: It's almost as though Makarov has a thing for she-dogs of authority; he greatly admires Marena and follows her around whenever he can find her. He looks up to the husky and wants to make her proud, and feels that the older canine can teach him many things that he can use later in life. He may not be the most intelligent of dogs, but he knows a dog worth learning from when he sees one. . . Anatolii: . . Czarina: Another strong independent she-dog that Makarov admires, Czarina is different from the first two; she, unlike other dogs or the mushers in the past, never makes any comments or jokes regarding his intelligence. She's never made him feel stupid or below her, and he feels a strong affection toward the lead dog. Had he not been so infatuated with Siyana in her time on the team, he may have felt a similar pulling toward Czarina; both were kind to him in ways he'd never known before, and he felt particularly drawn toward the two. Czarina more platonically, and the other wheel dog in a way he couldn't describe; her safety is one of his greatest priorities, and he will do everything in his power to be sure she survives, even if it means his own end. His heart belongs solely to his dear Siyana; his love for Czarina is platonic, like the love one would have for their best of friends, a platonic soul-mate of sorts. Yekaterina "Why are you so damn loud? It's annoying." [ Name Meaning ] If this name rings a bell, that’s because Yekaterina, pronounced eh-kat-er-eena, is the Russian version of Catherine (and also the name of one of Russia’s most revered rulers). Though the name is longer than others, it has a straightforward meaning: “pure.” It also comes with a variety of adorable nicknames, like Katya (arguably the most popular) and Katyusha. Standing at 26 inches which is tall considering her Husky heritage this female stole the height genes from somewhere down the line. She weighs in at around 55 lbs, and from nose to tail she is about 34.5" maybe a bit longer. Her body is lean and muscular in appearance being built for endurance and her long legs helps her cover more ground quickly. Her nose is charcoal in color. Her coat is long and thick able to keep her warm, and it's mostly soft but some areas hold a certain roughness to it. Her coat is a mixture of black , white , silver , and grey possibly even some brown or tan undertones. Her face is dominated by the black color except for the rings of a creamy bronze color around her eyes, and splash of white on her chest and cheeks. Her eyes are a bright blue almost sapphire like color. She even has small white dots that would be mistaken for eyebrows as it makes her face seem a bit more expressive. She has what would be considered white 'socks' on all of her legs except her back right one. [ Personality ] This female is quite the unfriendly looking individual. If you just look at her you'd be warded off by her steely gaze. Or the way she walks with a defined elegance in her step. Not to mention whenever you try to approach her she seems irritated or unimpressed by you. Sometimes you can be met with a blank, icy glare. It's really hard to tell her emotions from just how she looks at times, but sometimes it's quite evident. One would make the assumption shes dull-witted because she'll stare at you blankly, or she's uppity or a snob due to the way she carries herself, and maybe even boring. Once you get past the prickly exterior (if one ever manages to do it.) You'll find out may suprising things about her. She's quite intelligent and a deep-thinker. And that she actually enjoys companionship, you just have to catch on to her mood/work your way into her friendship/aquaitenceship zone. If you come up to her chatty and she wants to sit in silence then she'll just up and leave. It's not that she doesn't enjoy company, she just wants something quiet and calm for a while before she gets to know you. If you even manage to get a conversation out of her and you're not her friend then you're going places. You'll find she's highly observant of others. She notices the small, miniscule details of things. And can recall details that you said months, even years ago. This can be good and bad in a way as she can use it in arguments against you if you peeve her enough. This female is quite wise for her age, and she's also very shrewd. She is very astute; able to accuratley access a situation and use it to her advantage. She's also quick to understand cryptic messages or ones with eloquent and flowery speech. Not to mention she has a clear-head and thinks before rushing into things. She enjoys listening to older and more experienced sled dogs and learn from their wisdom. Sometimes she seems like an old soul in a young body. This female has a refined manner about her; she isn't one to just flop down, she's one to elegantly lie down. She doesn't walk with bulky or overly-loud steps; but one of softer and fainty ones. And she keeps her posture erect and taut as if she's always being watched by somone. You can tell these characteristics came from a very classy, and proper influence in her life. While her words at times don't match her behavior, they sometimes do. As she can be refined in speech, she can also switch to callous words. This female has her days when she's more ill-tempered than others. And you can tell by her gloomy actions and words. She'll also be more droll on these days; being unitentionally humorous. Yet her sarcasm and witty responses will be more vicious than usual as well. She'll also be more sulky and uncooperative with those she doesn't like. And it's almost something or someone who has put her in this mood as she doesn't have isn't always like this. Other times she'll be pugnacious at times, because life needs a little spice, but this is uncommon, yet not rare. When you have caught the bad side of this female, either by insulting her or offending someone she cares about she'll be out for blood. Her words will be fiery in tone and laced in venom. While her expression will be blank, and icy with an underlying smugness. This female is very opinionated even if she doesn't show it. While she doesn't particularly enjoy pointless small talk, she'll easily tell you her opinion/thoughts on someone. She's also stern & blunt in her manner of speech; if she doesn't like you, she'll tell you: "Go away, I don't like you" or "Your prescense here is unwelcomed." . If your annoying or boring her, she'll roll her eyes dramatically saying: "GOD, why are you pestering me? Go annoy or bore someone else." And if you are being stupid she'll say, "Why am I surrounded by imbeciles, no, why are you so idiotic?" She's accepted that there will be times when she'll be forced to apologise for her blunt delivery despite the fact that she don’t think she should have to. For this very reason, Jahzara has developed an apology that works for such an occasion. Something like: ‘I’m sorry my opinion made you feel that way…’ or ' I'm sorry you're so thin-skinned and can't take criticism.' She doesn't trust others a lot. Did she always appear to be unfeeling and cold, no. Others took advantage of her kindness and compassion, so swore to lock that portion of her away, because she never wants to be used again by others. However, once in a while you can see a glint of kindness and compassion in her eyes, but it's very rare to see or witness. She's firm, and almost kind with those she trusts and know can't handle her brashness [particularly pups. And she can even be gentle and almost goofy with them.] This female is very dependable; once you have her in your corner she'll always be there (unless you break her trust.) Oddly enough, this male has found a way into her heart. As much as she won't admit it, she adores him. She knows hes not the sharpest tool in the shed, and she teases him for it. Much like an older sibling would do. However, only she can do it. If you even think of saying something mean or insensitive to him then she will sent her fangs and claws in your direction. He may be a little bit of an idiot, but he's her idiot <3 Marena: This femme is her best friend and most trusted confidant. Kir: Considering how soft-spoken this male is one would think he's intimidated by her. She found herself being more kind and gentle with this male, knowing her personality did intimidate him. She soon found herself an ally, and one she could have deep intellectual conversations with. Why is the universe so vast? Is their only purpose to be mush dogs? What is the meaning of life and death? And other hard topic you can think of. She's more trusting of this male[though not fully; it's getting there.] with small-medium secrets and he'll even earn a compassionate or empathetic look at times which is rare coming from her. She's interested in calling him a true friend as it seems he's a good one. She's glad he's stuck around , and wasn't scared off by her. |

• ~ Marena ~ • "Have you come again to tell me another one of your thrilling tales?" [ Age ] 7 Years [ Gender ] Female - Feminine [ Position ] Team Dog "I'm old but I have no problem throwing you off that cliff if you don't spare me from your screeching." [ Appearance ] Marena, while surprising to some, isn't exactly what one would qualify close to as a bulky or muscles kind of dog befitting more of a wheel dog role. Rather most of her bulk is made up of her fluffy and rather thick coat of fur covering her lean build and muscles legs. She doesn't have the strength or right kind of build to become something of a wheel dog, but she has the stamina and endurance fit for her to be apart of the team and decently lengthed legs. Marena stands at about 20 inches tall [50.8 centimeters] and weighs around 48 pounds [22 Kilograms] though if she stands tall enough with her head held up she can appear and inch or two taller than she actually is Her coat consists of a beautiful mix of white, creams, and reddish-bronze with the value color making the base of her thick and fluffy pelt. Her markings are nothing really unique in terms of looks, as she bears the generic husky markings with her face a white that can barely be distinguished from the mainly cream color along with her underbelly, and the only other indifference to her pelt being the reddish-bronze that can be seen patterned along her back, tail, and spread out a bit more by her shoulders that has both lighter and darker tones thrown into the mix to make it look rather pretty. On her head lies a much more lighter tone capping her head and making up the back of her ears, and her eyes are a light brown color that can be mistaken as Amber sometimes when standing in certain sunlight with her nose taking a more red tone [ Personality ] If you'd want to describe this female with one word, it would be dedicated. Very dedicated to her work and her role inside of the team. She will always see the job or task through and that it gets finished in some sort of fashion no matter how tough it may be or at least try to see it through. She's not one to call it quits easily or in the face of danger or in hard tasks, and she'll drag the whole team with her if she damn has to even if she may be old. Marena knows her job very well having it drilled into her brain, and she expects the others to know theirs just as well or else why are they even here? Now she does lean more on the older side of the scale, being 7 years of age so she was about 1-2 years from retirement. She wants this job over and done even if she does love it, and is moving on from the peak of her life. She wants nothing more than to have a strong kind of finish to this career and she'll bring hell and put in more work than she has to if that's what it takes to make it as such anyone be damned Now when Marena was younger and newer to the job, she had been a rather shy soul which is a stark contrast to how outspoken she is now, but in those younger times to try and help break the ice in a situation or to try and get along with her teammates she would tell different kinds of stories woven from her words. While she doesn't share stories as often anymore, she will still indulge someone in a different kind of story if they wish it from realistic sounding tales to ones that take on a more fantasy kind of vibe. Marena may have been shy and jumpy when she first joined, but any remainder of that behavior has all but diminished. She's quite a sassy girl, and whenever someone may talk to her she will always give some sort of sarcastic remark back at them no matter who they may be though there are rare moments she'll be genuinely interested or want to hear what you have to say with attentative ears and an engaged kind of look in constant to eye rolls and the usual bored or unamused frown 
Marena is a serious and hardworking member of the team, as she expects everyone is or hopes they at least put effort and pull their own weight. It's rare you'll ever see her joking around with someone or going on with some sort of playful kind of bit, and laughs are even rarer but it can happen depending when it's the right time and the right kind of joke. When she laughs, she laughs hard and usually keeps it going for a good minute or so, so soak it in while you can. Her hardworking attitude keeps her focused on what she has to do, and the task at hand and Marena won't stop and keep putting her everything in until it's over and done and she can retire by a nice warm fireplace somewhere. She is rather snappy, but kind all the same. There are times where she'll feel more in the mood for a calm conversation with another one of the members free from anything sarcastic and give one or two jokes in of her own but this usually only happens in mellow or dreary moods when someone needs to talk about something or there's something that's been really bothering them. Marena will always offer a listening ear to anybody who may need it, knowing when sarcastic comments and a snarky attitude isn't what they need right now and instead they need someone willing to listen or to vent to. She, no matter the mood, will always at least try to offer some assistance to troubles one may have from silently troubled or lost in thought to full on breaking down sobbing or wanting to lay in the snow and just stay there forever. Some problems are petty, but she will offer to listen nevertheless despite maybe her eyerolling. Her attitude is not something to mess with, and she will never be one of those mushy "I love you all the time and I care about you" kind of dogs, and despite her sarcastic remarks it's never truly angry. It actually takes quite a bit of provoking to get her truly riled up, and in those cases she can be this massive angry ball of snarling fur and bared teeth ready to go for the throat. If there's one thing that will tick Marena off very easily, it's someone treating her as if she's frail. She's seven years old, not ancient and they should treat her as anyone else inside of the team. She's still hardworking, and can pull her weight rather well so she will never appreciate someone talking as if she may break just by touching her and will fully prove her capabilities of that means lunging for them [ Crush? ] Nope [ Partner? ] N/A [ Team Relationships ] Makarov When it comes to this boy Marena can find the usual annoyance she can find when normally speaking to another, though her attitude leans a lot more on the fond side rather than anything else with Marakov. She does still get annoyed sometimes, but will be happy to teach him stuff nevertheless with a small smile on her muzzle or fond edge to her voice. He's the dumb adorable idiot she just can't bring herself to tell to leave Yekaterina With this female Marena finds herself feeling a bit more relaxed and on the chill side of things. She won't mind a chat at all, and conversations are usually something she enjoys when Yekaterina will indulge her with one. Marena considers them best friends, but you'll never hear her say this outloud unless you'd like a bite to the arse Kir Marena very much appreciates how hard working and dedicated that Kir is, as because of this much she knows she can rely on him to be able to pull his own weight and help contribute to the team. Though they haven't had the chance to bond very much one on one and because so she can still get rather annoyed by the male sometimes, Marena won't mind his company for the most part Anatolii When it comes to Anatolii, any conversation she may uphold with him still could have a little bit of her usual snarky attitude mixed in. Their relationship is something she would consider rather friendly still though, and of he wanted as such would be up for a conversation with him granted there would be some remarks thrown in. She may be a year older, but Marena still likes hearing of any experiences or tips Anatolii may have and in this regard holds some respect for him Czarina When it comes to the other, Marena holds the other in the regards of admiring her kind of spirit and having some respect for her beyond that she is the lead. Marena considers their relationship on the more calm kind of side, with quiet conversations and silent sit downs that she appreciates a lot of the time. Never does she feel pressured to have to stir up some sort of conversation with the other and the calmness could be considered somewhat mellow. She does sometimes make an attempt to tease the other or make sure she's doing well, but for the most part she quite enjoys the silent moments they'll have together staring into the distance and lost in their own thoughts walking or sitting side by side Yuda wip Salkov When it comes to this male Marena's patience is almost non-existent. It's common you can hear her yelling at him in some sort of fashion, and she certainly doesn't appreciate his cocky kind of behavior. Though despite this when she's not calling him some sort of "old bat" or other name, she does tend to vent to him sometimes seeing as they're similar in age and often asks his opinion in some sort of matter their relationship somewhat like a brother-sister kind of way |

[ Appearance ]  Riddled with probably the most basic appearance out of the bunch, Kir has received his appearance from his parents. To start off, he has a rather simplistic design, and isn't too unique in any way at all. He has a black coat, in which is rather sleek and thick. It makes up the bulk of his size, actually, as Kir is a rather slim male without much muslce, but this is also hidden by the fact his fur is so dark. Regardless of Kir being a bit on the more slimmer side, he is also stocky. He has thick legs and shoulders, mainly in his front legs and his haunches, as the male still manages to run and be active as he pulls a sled, or even just running in general. Moving along, however, Kir has, as mentioned, a sleek black coat that has the generic white markings that cover mainly his underside, the inside of his perky ears, legs, and his tail. There is a bit of white that can be spotted on his withers. The more unique thing about Kir are his eyes. His right eye is a dark brown, while his left is a bright, striking blue, both of which can say a thousand words. There is some black surrounding his eyes that fades into the paleness of his white face, leading down to his black nose. Kir stands around 22 inches and weighs in about 56 pounds. Again, his build is rather slim yet stocky, and he appears larger because of his thick fur.  [ Personality ]
To begin, Kir can be described as someone who is rather soft-spoken, but makes his point when needed. Although not timid nor loud, Kir is easily one of the canines who knows when to be mature. He can crack occasional jokes, perhaps you may even hear him chuckle, but otherwise, Kir is rather quiet and likes to keep to himself unless approached. However, this mainly applies to first meeting him, and luckily, he's rather comfortable with most within his inner circle. He finds himself talking a bit more with those he trusts, which is hard to come by he feels.
Kir is quite... devoted. He is a hard-worker, always doing anything and everything that somebody might require of him. This can cause him to appear like somebody who is too selfish though, but most things he does are for others around him, even if he doesn't voice it. Kir is the literal definition of selfless, as he is always thinking of others and couldn't bare prioritizing himself over his friends, relationships, and/or family. It just isn't him. Kir likes his honesty, which he feels if it isn't there, then there is nothing to be said.
Kir prioritizes, like already stated, his friends, relationships, and/or family. There is never a specifc order this goes in, and seeing how selfless this fellow is, Kir can never deny how much he cares for someone. There is never a moment in time where he will brush somebody's feelings off his shoulder, disregard them because he doesn't like them as much as someone else, or anything along those lines. Kir has never truly found himself losing friendships or relationships as he likes to try and be friendly as possible, but he does understand that some things must come to an end, and relations is one of those things he can't always keep up with.
Some may consider Kir soft or too gentle for this world, but in reality, he is a male who has been strong for too long. No, he's not one of those males with a rough exterior and a soft, loving nature on the inside, but instead, he's simply trying to live to the best of his abilities. Kir is in fact those things though - soft, gentle, relaxing, but it has never stopped him from being strong. He has maintained an image of himself that kept true for so long, but deep down, Kir just wants the best for everyone and maybe even himself, as much as he doesn't like being selfish. 
Kir has no issue stating what is on his mind. As surprising as it is, he can sometimes be blunt, but will sugarcoat things if needed as he doesn't like coming off as dis-likable. That's his main issue - he tries to please everyone as much as possible and be someone everyone wants to be around, but deep down, he might not be what everyone wants. Regardless, Kir is somebody who you can get an honest opinion from, and will speak his mind when asked to. He normally doesn't speak out of turn, but might if he sees the fit to. Kir is rather trustworthy as well. Alongside being honest and selfless, he's somebody who you can go to and tell a secret. There is a boundary for him though - not everything will be kept to himself. Kir will inform others of said secret or other information if he feels like it isn't okay or something that is too big for him to handle. Kir cannot be a one-man-band, which makes him a great candidate to work in teams. He can also be considered reliant, but not entirely independent as he does flow better around others. Kir has one weak point - those close to him. Already quite protective unexpectedly, Kir has no issue confronting you with a problem and trying to resolve it. Although he doesn't like physical violence, he can stir up venom-laced words that can destroy you. It is very rare to ever see Kir uncivilized, or entirely angry as he tries his best to keep things cool and collected, but of course, everyone has a side that is rare to see. This is Kir's - you mess with him or those close to him, you expect someone to come after you. Breaking Kir's trust is the worst you can do. He can devote hours to years into you, and not do one hurtful thing out of his will. The fact that he is so selfless, so honorable (maybe, he thinks so), and so caring, it would be something that you may not even want to do, but do anyway. Kir doesn't create choas if something like betrayal is caused or trust is broken, but instead, he will feel like a part of him is missing. Kir strives too much to be 'perfect', so why destroy this image? He knows not everything can last forever, but he wished it could.  [ Crush? ]

[ Team Relationships ] Makarov ; wip
Yekaterina ; Although a rather surprising and unassuming relationship with this female (seeing that he would originally be intimidated by her, though she did ease up), the two have found themselves some sort of allies with one another. Kir has slowly begin to trust Yekaterina, although it has never succeeded past something that would cost his life. Small secrets, personal information, etc are the few things that he has shared with this female so far. They normally have philosophical conversations consisting of life and death, perhaps even the afterlife, why they were created, all of it. He's glad to begin to call her a friend, and wishes to get to know her more.
Marena ; Although a rather distant friendship, Kir can admire Marena's hard work and devotion to the team and outside of it. Kir does appreciate her work as not only a friend, but as someone he gets to work with. He does have respect for her reliable and diligent work that she puts into her tasks, whether it be big or small, he hopes to get to know her more.
Anatolii ; wip
Czarina ; A rather close friend, and one of the few he has let in, Kir has developed a sister-brother relationshop with Rina. The two get along very well, and have plenty of things in common, giving them lots to gush over. He is protective of her as a brother would be, even if he is just a bit younger than her. The two are inseperable, always around each other, conversing, stirring up some sort of plot. Kir cares deeply about this female, and his more venom side will be unleashed if you decide to do anything towards Rina. Deep down, he loves her more than just a sister relationship, but he would never admit that.

Kir's voice is rather gentle, but holds a slight rasp to it. He doesn't have much for anything interesting about his voice, but he does speak rather eloquently and can be considered a slight wordsmith.
