 Name: Abuk In Sudanese Dinka mythology, she is the first woman. She is the patron goddess of women and gardens, and her emblem is a small snake. Age: Seven Gender: Femme Pride: Ridge Pride Rank: Cub-Sitter Desired Rank: She's Content Apperance:  Abu is a lovely lioness, bearing a normal tawny pelt. Her coat is a tan appearance with undertones of bronze and golden tones Her nose is mainly obsidian in color with a bit rosy pink on the sides. On her face and around her muzzle, the contrast of the obsidian lines can be seen. Her face is a dainty one, and she has dark amber eyes that can grow icy when irritated and sometimes hold infinite wisdom. Her eyes are outlined by black and can seem to be as some sort of eyeliner, and not to mention the black eyelashes that frame them. She's long and lean being 5.3 feet long, including her tail, and she stands at 3.4 feet being on the medium size, and weighing in at 340lbs. She is neither big nor small but in her opinion the right size. She is quite swift, and there is grace in her steps, but also she can be quite formidable in battle due to having an equal balance in speed and strength. She is quite versatile when it comes to hunting being able to chase prey or take it down if need be. Her body structure is muscular with a slight stockiness to it. Her paws are quite large, and her claws are quite sharp.

Personality:
This female can be quite nervous around large crowds. She can deal with small groups but in large ones she can feel like she's suffocating. Abu is not necessarily shy, as she likes socializing it's just her nerves that gets the best of her. Because one moment she can be enjoying a conversation with a small group, but as soon as it's to crowded with people she gets fidgety and soon she'll just up and leave. Abu is timid in the sense when it comes to a lack of confidence. She has the courage and bravery in her heart, but it's the will to complete the action missing. She can be right about a certain decision but she always is doubtful it's the right one. She doesn't like this quality, and she wants to grow more confident in herself. In a way this female envies those younger females who just ooze confidence. This female is very motherly and nurturing towards those younger than her. She is very good with cubs as well, and she has an extreme amount of patience and can be very gentle with them. She's the one who will tell them stories and answer questions if needed. All cubs that know her call her Miss Abu or Mother Abu if they're orphans. She's also one to take cubs under her paws if they have no parents. Her voice is a calming and soothing one with husky undertones. She speaks with a normal voice. One not too loud nor too soft, but the perfect range to be heard. She is protective of the youth and would most definitely lay her life down for them, and she cares for them deeply. She can be very judgemental at times. Especially if you ask her opinion on things. She most definitely will give you a detailed reason of why the person is good or bad at what they do. It is quite scary how such a sweet lioness can be so harsh in her words. Abu can loose kindness in her tone and it becomes more icy when she criticizes something. Not to mention, if she doesn't like someone and you ask her about them you can expect a scowl on her face. Sometimes she can be over critical and she can even be over critical of herself. Due to her age this mature lioness has seen may things. And she's also experienced many things. She's seen the downfall of prides, drought, famine , mange , and other unthinkable things. Abu has this knowledge and she's willing to pass it down to the younger generation if they ask. She also is very shrewd in her manners of dealing with problems, and has a very strong logical sense. This female is loyal to her home. She would do anything to defend it, and she will do anything to make it better. If you're not a good leader then it's different. She is the one you can trust with your darkest secrets or worries to as she'll take them to the grave. She's the one down for the crazy plans even if she doesn't seem like it. This female most definitely encompasses the two words : elegance and beauty. From one look you can tell this is a beautiful lioness. Her pelt is smooth and well maintained , albeit she does like to roll around in dust at times. It is of a darker beige coloration with white and cream splashed upon her chest. Her face can be describe as youthful and delicate, with a elegant bearing. Here eyes are quite large and they are a bright olive-green amberish color, and on the sides of her eyes are thick white lines that accent them even more due to the thin almost eyeliner lines around them as well.
This female stands at 3.7 feet and weighs around 319-325 lbs. She has a muscular, deep-chested body as lions due. You can see the grace in her step when she walks, and she appears to be gliding when she runs. This females claws are sharp and perfect hunting machines and gives her good traction. Her legs are long and lean, which helps her to get swift in her movements and agile . Along her legs are spots that she has kept even as an adult and it adds to her small amount of stripes on her legs as well. Personality: This young lioness is quite poised in her mannerisms. She has a gentle and calming voice, one that you know you can trust in times of need. She never speaks too loud or too low, but with the right pitch to get her point across. She isn't prone to outbursts of anger or lashing out and has a more effective manner of scaring someone if need be. She is sweet as honey, hard as ice , hurt her once , she'll kill you twice. It takes a lot to get this (mostly) kind female worked up, maybe you spoke down to her, that's okay, she'll just look at you unimpressed . You mocked her again, well that stung. You mock her siblings or family , more than once? She'll have a problem then, or if you're bashing on another lioness of lion for no reason. You know you're royally screwed when she has a certain look on her face, it's almost a mixture of jovialness and coldness. This female is more icy in her regards to displaying her dislike or anger. It's a more quiet, controlled rage that'll be evident in the sharp and icy manner she speaks. Maybe it's the obvious look of disgust on her face or a icy side glance. Then again maybe it's the fiery look within her eyes while her whole demeanor seems calm. And it's definitely the way she doesn't yell when she's angry but instead uses her words to slice right through the heart and place an insult that she knows will hurt. Her speech may be a little bit louder than normal but it won't be her yelling. Her method when she's like this can be described as stern and critical towards you since you were like that towards her. Not to mention, she'll hold this grudge until you apologize and even then, regaining her trust is like trying to move a mountain. She doesn't like people who bring toxicity into her life. Sure she likes fiery-spirited friends and companions but never toxic (maybe in small doses otherwise just, no.)  This female is quite blunt and direct with her speech. She almost never hesitate to let you know where you stand in her eyes [only if you ask, otherwise she judges you in her head.] Shw might tell you just how much you mean to her , if she doesn't like you , and where she see the future of your relationship heading. Maj is mostly open and direct so you will never be left wondering where you stand with her. She's accepted that there will be times when she'll be forced to apologise for her blunt delivery despite the fact that she don’t think she should have to. For this very reason, Majija has developed an apology that works for such an occasion. Something like: ‘I’m sorry my opinion made you feel that way…’ This female likes to get to the point as quickly as possible. Her patience wears very thin when someone is taking the scenic route while telling a story, unless it's something that truly captures her attention. Otherwise, just get to the point. She gets seriously impatient with family, pride mates, and friends who constantly say ‘yes’ to everything they’re asked to do for fear of disappointing people. It’s not right and she's constantly telling them to stand up for themselves! She's not their mother and frankly she's grown tired of it. So she just looks at them with annoyance and a icy glare. This female is a no-nonsense sort of gal. She knows exactly what she thinks and is not easily persuaded otherwise. This female also does not force her opinions on others, and she keeps to them no matter the validity of them. In a way, she can sometimes be stubborn but it's on rare occasions. This female's favorite thing to do is sunbathe, and sometimes she sees caterpillars. So you can see her laying down in a sunny patch just letting the sun warm her body most of the time. She also doesnt like to be dragged on hunts, however this doesn't mean she's lazy. She just doesn't like to use more energy than needed. However, when assigned a task she will do her best to complete it to the full [even if it's just to lay down again quicker.] She can also be quite social when she wants to and again, it's only around the people she views as true friends 
Under her politeness and etiquette, exists a sarcastic and brazen side that she keeps under wraps. She doesn't like to be interrupted when she speaks, and if you do interrupt her then she’ll cut you off to politely yet icicly tell you your mistake. Like everyone she has a breaking point of how polite she can be, and then she will be frank and sarcastic with you. While politeness and being tasteful is her first language; being sarcastic and rude is her second one.
Now when it comes to love this female can be quite dense. She isn't easily impressed by males nor is she looking for one. She is a strong and independent lioness so why should she be focused on finding a male? Majaji doesn't appreciate flowery comments from males. Especially if they're a known flirt. Her heart is like a locked fortress, it will take a miracle for someone to break through it.

Appearance: (Credits: landkeks-stock on DA - stock image.) Palika is a lioness of a gorgeous tawny-gold pelt, with a noble head and lovely-shaped, round audits. She has a light pink nose, and a light tongue trapped between glistening, terrifyingly sharp ivories. Long whiskers protrude from the side of her maw, with the black that makes up the inside of her jowls showing just slightly. She has an elegant figure, and yet it ripples with the muscle she has gained from hunting expeditions, with pale claws extremely sharp. The fluffy bit of the lionesses' banner is a light brown shade, fitting her light - 'bright' could also describe it - tawny-gold shaded pelt. She has a blazing gaze of pure topaz within her orbs. She doesn't have too much scarring, but a few burns litter her legs, and her shoulders and the back of her neck have prominent scar tissue from an altercation from when she was younger. They're slightly faded, since she has aged, but if you look closely you'll spot the ridges of scar tissue. Personality: Palika is a lioness of a complex nature. She is both friendly and cold, cheerful and aloof--it depends on who you are. To those that she holds dear, she is one of the most gentle, caring creatures, a smile often residing upon her face when she is within their company, and a protectiveness over these felines that can sometimes even be suffocating. But to those that she isn’t close to, even if they are within her pride? Palika makes a point of not having in-depth conversations, of not speaking to them unless it is simply formalities. The young lioness has experienced so much loss, losing her mother when she was very young and then recently losing the lioness that raised her as well as many other members of the pride, that she practically fears allowing others close. Her head is often clouded with many thoughts, many contemplations, many different threads of dialogue within her own mind, and sometimes they blind her to what is truly happening. She can assess situations, for Palika is observant and a quick-thinker (she has to be if she is to continue being an avid huntress), but sometimes the motives of another are clouded from her view by her own thoughts, and sometimes she needs someone else to tell her what another is truly thinking. Going back to the hunting side of things, though--Palika is a masterful huntress. She thinks of it as one of her only ways to serve the pride, and so she puts her entire soul into perfecting the art of hunting. She would, and sometimes does, put her body on the line to complete a hunt. She would risk injury to make sure the pride was fed and protected, and she isn’t afraid of brandishing scars she’s already gained from doing her ‘duties’ to the pride. Crush: None Mate: None

Appearance:  Koen is a creature who could very easily be considered an oddity in the feline world. He is abnormally large, not unlike his brother, at nearly 4.5 feet tall, and a solid 557 pounds. He is solidly built, hoarding masses of muscle beneath his skin. He has a large head and broad figure, gigantic paws fitting into the rest of the hefty brute. He is filled out and powerful-looking, and some might even consider him a handsome fellow. The coat of the lion makes him even more of an oddity. It is a hue of creamy-white, marking him as a leucistic feline. He is not albino, as he doesn’t have the pink paw pads, pink nose or the pink eyes, but he is still considered a “white lion” due to the defect. He has a large mane of an equally pale coloration adorning his figure, hiding some of the scars from his younger years along his neck and shoulders, but doing little to hide the marks on the rest of his body. A very prominent scar is one on the left side of his face, right next to his eye. It was an attempt to blind him that failed, and is one of many marks upon his figure. His eyes, like many leucistic lions, are a pale shade of blue, rather than the average orangey-shade of other lions eyes. Personality: Koen could be described as a creature that is both simple and complex. At first, he may appear to be ‘basic’, and, in truth, some parts of him are, but as one gets to know him, they will see the intricate parts of him that weave together the pale lion. They will see the quieter nature give way to jokes and playing, the hard stares crumble beneath something full of warmth. The male is quiet by nature, words being soft when they are spoken. With strangers, or creatures that he simply dislikes, he may be near silent, if not completely so. With those that he enjoys the company of, or someone that he has known for quite some time, he may utter jokes and jabs, tell stories or simply attempt to make conversation. Reserved wouldn’t be the way to describe him, if he thinks something requires his opinion or his voice then he certainly isn’t afraid to lend it, but perhaps soft, or peaceful, would be more like him. Whilst it may take a while to gain his loyalty, once Koen has decided you’ve earned it, it’s difficult to get rid of. He’s a brute that would stand beside you at all costs, and you have to really fuck up for him to question where his loyalties lay. In a similar fashion, Koen is very protective of what is his. This could be his brother, his cubs, his mate, his land--whatever the case, Koen might even be borderline possessive. What’s his is his, and he won’t take at all kindly to another trying to take it from him, or harming those that he regards as his. In terms of those he loves fighting, or arguing, or whatever the case, Koen may leave it for a little bit--he knows what it is to have someone step in on his arguments, knows the irritation, and so he leaves it until he believes that he must step in, or until they are done and he can approach the offending party in a calmer environment. Whilst he might not try to be, the pale brute can be rather... intimidating. It’s not as if he makes an effort to be, but the quiet way he moves, his hard stares, partnered with his large size, could make him seem intimidating, despite his calmer, more respectful nature. Appearance: (Credits: ratinrage on DA - stock) Tishala is a young creature of a pale, tawny coloration. Her body is void of scarring, because of her young age. She will grow to be a medium to large lioness with the same pale-tawny pelt and her eyes will shift to a more olive green shade. Her structure will be similar to, although not exactly like, her mother's structure.
Personality: Tishala is a young female of a curios nature. She loves adventure, and wants to see, and know, everything that she can. She wants to know the secrets of the world, and wants to be one of the best hunters/warriors that there ever was. She's got an ambitious streak, although it is not greed. She wants what is best for those around her. She can be selfless, but in her young age she doesn't truly understand how to put others first, or why she should. She will grow to understand that in time. She is fiesty and defiant, rules going ignored in favour of adventure. She may grow out of this with time, though. On top of her adventurous, defiant side, she has a certain elegance. Perhaps she is even regal if the time calls for it. She will grow to be intelligent and hold a certain kindness, although she isn't stupid. If you break her trust, it's broken forever. Second chances are almost never given out. When she is older, she will be closed off to everyone except the few that she trusts, but in her cub-like innocence, she has yet to learn this about herself.

Appearance: [Credit for both images: Saoradh on DA. Stock Images.] Acantha is a lioness of a muscular, although not stocky, build. Her pelt is a mixture of tawny-tan and gold, although the tawny-tan overpowers the latter. She isn't a small lioness, standing at approximately 3.6 or 3.7 feet at the shoulder, give or take. She weighs around 167 kilograms, or 368 pounds if the prey has been good and she's been well fed. She isn't the largest lioness out there, but she isn't small--certainly not a pushover. Her eyes are a soft olive-gold combination, and her scent is an odd, but pretty, mixture of sweet smelling flowers.
Personality: Acantha is not a friendly lioness. She is complicated, difficult to understand, and her thought patterns are intricate and difficult to follow--she is not, however, a nice creature. To some, she may have some form of kindness or affection, others obviously more than others, but to the general public, the lioness portrays herself as someone not to be crossed. She has a foul temper, with a fiery attitude that can quickly spark a blaze if one does not tread very carefully, and she has a quick, sharp tongue. The lioness is also possessive and protective, not only of the pride, for she adores her pride and would protect them with everything she’s got, but those that are much closer to her. Relatives and beings that have made a home in her heart are treated rather differently by the lioness. She guards them almost feverishly, and can quite easily get jealous if their affections turn elsewhere (*cough* speaking for one particular lion *cough*). That is not to try and claim that Acantha does not have some… somewhat redeeming qualities. The lioness is a good leader. She knows how to take command, and when to take command--she is also, quite possibly, the least likely being in existence to tolerate rule-breaking. She is crafty and intelligent, observant and quick to pick up on the finer details. Perhaps it is these qualities that make her punishments so terrifying. She assesses a lion in need of punishment, and thinks of something that no other could imagine. Her punishments for breaking rules rarely, if ever, get physical, but more lean towards psychological punishments. Let’s just say it’s best to follow the rules, rather than even attempt to break them. Changing ranks and losing privileges are on the nicer side of her punishments. However, this paints her in a light of a tyrannical leader, which she is not. If one follows all of the rules and doesn’t cause much of a disturbance, one might even call her something close to pleasant. Certainly not kind or nice or anything of the sort, but not quite the aggressive, dangerous creature that can be shown through her temper. She cares deeply for her pride, even if she has, sometimes, backwards ways of showing it. It’s certainly not incorrect to think that she would, without a second of doubt, give her life for her pride, and would sooner suffer than allow any of them to perish. She’s a good leader, most of the time, and only wants the best for her pride.Crush: Crixus
