| My friends were worried I had low iron because i numbness half way up my legs, i cant feel any sort of pain. I guy kicked me in my shin with steel toe boots and i didnt feel it. But I dont have low iron |

| @Noch It may be low iron, it could be POTS related, or poor circulation. I have slightly low iron, nothing serious but enough I can't donate :'D, and bad circulation Adding a bit more salt into my diet alleviated my dizzy spells / fainting since it focused on the blood pressure aspect ^^ |
