Name: Lloyd the Zoyd Gender: male Appearance: space wolf Lloyd after succumbing to gravity and landing in a sunflower field. 2442 B.M.*, colorized. Personality: So simple is his nature, so simple yet unfathomable. Lloyd the Zoyd was terribly fascinated with the beauty of the physical world, so much it's become his only obsession. What else, in space, was there to behold? His heart latches on to the stunning visions, he gazes in speechless wonder. Silence is all he has ever known. For a being of such power and age, he lacks wisdom. For where could it be found? Even the stars, for billions of years, were not wise, only content. Ignorance is bliss. Lloyd is actually ignorant, but who cares? No pollution, no war, space is a wonderful place. Humans, the wretched creatures he did not know of, were restricted by the laws of physics, confined to a miniscule portion of the vast world, because they could not handle anything more. Nature was to remain untouched, at least relatively.As humans, we question surviving immortality when so many things die. What does Lloyd think about things dying? Through billions of years, trillions of miles, Lloyd never saw anything dying. He never experienced sadness, regret, only awe and joy. Things simply went away. To where? He has to find out. Curiosity was an part of his nature. Yet unlike us, who are restricted by space and time, for him, there's an eternity, an eternity to use or waste. Fortune has granted the burden of knowledge to humanity: the senses, the mind, a tiny window into the depths of the cosmos. Lloyd inherited something better: not the power to know, but the power to see everything. Because the secrets of the universe was reserved for no one, and wisdom forever out of reach. For us, there's a limit, for him, there's not, and that simple difference is everything. Divine beings chose to tantalize humanity with false promises, but Lloyd received pure pleasure. Does he have a soul? Does he have empathy? He has never loved, or been loved. We do not know, may not ever know.
Backstory: Being born from a stone was bound to give you amazing supernatural powers. Ask Sun Wukong. Lloyd defies basic scientific principles of hunger, thirst, air, even gravity. Is he real? Maybe not. You see, existence is like a one way mirror. Lloyd looks and sees the universe, but the universe only sees itself. Let's start with his name: Lloyd the Zoyd. Wait, is that a SoundCloud rapper? (shhh, he doesn't know) Dang it! In an infinite universe, circumstances were bound to be repeated. Infinitely. *I, the narrator, shudders at the curse of sharing a name with infinite SoundCloud rappers* Yet, surely, that was not his true curse. His curse was to never touch, to never feel. Not the wind, not the earth, not the fires of the stars nor of a loving heart. Like a ghost, he wanders, and the natural function of the universe ignores. Only space surrounds him, and only space there can be. The sights he sees, are they real? Are the figments of the imagination, surreal hallucinations? He can never know, shrouded in ignorance as he is. He thinks,all the world is mine! And he was determined to behold every last bit of it, to reach the end. With nothing else to do, Lloyd the Zoyd travels far and wide across space time, becoming world explorer, lonely wanderer. Maybe, subconsciously, he hoped to reach the edges of the cosmos, to disprove the wretched philosophy of infinity. And it's not just the SoundCloud thing. If so many copies exist, how can anything be genuine? How can anything be special? Perhaps he is the only unique thing in the universe. Or is he? He purpose is to find his purpose, in life. The universe is expanding, getting bigger every moment, to make his goal all the more impossible than it already is. Can he move faster than the sprawl of the world? There's only one way to find out: his great space race! Family: his mother was asteroid 666 Jezebel, and his father was a pebble that a bored angel kicked down from heaven. Thus, Lloyd burst forth fully grown from the asteroid, as if from an egg. Except his birth was lot prettier, with a flash of cosmic space dust illuminated by the colorful light of the stars. The silent skies celebrated as he entered into the lonely world. Lonely was all he ever was. Yet, he never knew family nor companionship, could never miss the sweet caress of a mother. Not even the briefest glance was given to him, or the softest word. And he never wanted what he never knew.

Lloyd was my first WP OC (based off a sienna custom design) and is thus the patron saint of Life on Mars. I won custom contests with him, as well as a writing contest with his backstory. Name: Xyraco Gender: male Age: Appearance:  (Credits to Avalon #216561) Xyraco Is an Othorion, a Martian creature distinguished . Edcar is larger than the average timber wolf, with his shoulder at the grand height of five feet and . Smooth, white twins fang jut out from. Somber amethyst eyes und . A scruffy and short white mane with a blue feather. A small cape the top of his back like . Despite his relatively lean frame, Xyraco is larger than a direwolf, strong and sturdily built. From various scuffles, he has acquired a plethora of scars, which are easily hidden among the thin stripes of his pelage but there nonetheless. The atop his head may be more reminiscent of goat horns than deer antlers, but they are roe deer. His prominently overgrown fangs are a new mutation not found in his ancestors. Although they may look cool, they considerably hinder his eating and , and the skin on his lower jaw has been chafed and cut by his canines, which press too closely against his chin. To make them duller, Xyraco will gnaw on almost any object he can get his mouth around. Having lost the wings of his Flamee ancestors, he has only a feather-like tail and a few stray feathers along the back of his neck that molt and regrow every few weeks. The fluff on his chest and along his back is as soft as duck down, but itÂ’s not a wise idea to touch it. Personality: Having gained a lisp due to his saberteeth, Xyraco is generally quiet, yet has a rather disagreeable temperament. Although he tries to present himself as stoic, his temper is quick and .
