Here is my character's form! Name: Kodiak
Age: 3
Gender: Male
Species: British Columbia/Mackenzie Valley wolf mix.
Appearance: Kodiak's fur isn's like either of his parents, instead of their black and silver his coat is brown. Kodiak has a brown pelt with cream colored paws and black paw-pads. His face is brown with a red stripe between his amber eyes and cream cheeks and neck. His back is dark grey and black with silver flecks on it. He has a ring of dark grey around his neck and over his back, connecting to a dark grey patch on his head. Most of the silver flecks are on his back and right on the back of his neck. The back of his ears are red and the inside of them are white. His tail is brown with a white underside and brown top flecked with both silver and black.
Kodiak looks a lot different form his parents and sister, not being grey or black like them. Hunter, his father, said that Kodiak looked a lot like his mother and his grandfather on Hunter's side. He was always a little different than the family but fit in well enough. His coat actually helped him hunt and track better than if he had a black or white coat as it blends in with the brown and black trees of his homeland. The dark patches on his back help him hide in the shadows and the red, cream and brown on his fur perfectly match the color of the trees where he lived for the longest time.
Size: Kodiak is a really big wolf, being part Mackenzie Valley wolf and part British Columbia wolf. He is 165 pounds and almost 3 feet at the shoulder. From the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail he is almost 7 feet. His size and weight help him be a really good fighter when he needs to be.
Personality: Kodiak is an interesting character. He is only loyal to his family and possible mate, anyone outside of that is not trustworthy. He has always been jumpy and untrustworthy, never giving his trust to someone else and never earning anyone else's either. If you have not earned his trust but have met him and haven't tried to kill him, hopefully Kodiak won't kill you right away either. Though almost anyone he meets risks the chance of being betrayed. He could kill you in the blink of an eye if he wanted to, though hopefully won't. He is not nice, not at the surface at least. He doesn't like pups, other wolves, birds, and basically everything else. Deep down there is a hint of love, but definitely not at the surface. Love is reserved for his family and nobody else, considering the fact that he doesn't like female wolves too much. He also has anger issues sometimes. If you get him riled up there is almost no hope for your future. He will bite, snap, claw, scratch and almost anything if you make him mad. If he is extremely mad he will take out his anger on the closest thing or person so try not to call him names. He really doesn't like pups due to the fact that they're disrespectful, and that makes him mad, really mad. He does have one good character trait though, hope. He is always looking on the bright side, even in the darkest places. If in trouble he will fight his way out, always knowing he can do it. He will think of his family when he gets down, and know that they're safe when he's not. He will always hope that everything will be alright. Strengths: Hunting--Kodiak was born and trained a hunter. He can track almost anything almost anywhere and the smallest signs will give him a lead. Fighting - Kodiak is a really good fighter with his size and skill. Running - Kodiak is a good runner despite his size. Weaknesses: Others - Not being the friendliness person Kodiak doesn't do well in big crowds. Anger - When Kodiak gets mad, he gets really mad. Loyalty - Kodiak is not loyal, not one little bit. Likes: Hunting Fighting Sitting alone on a high place
Dislikes: Random wolves acting like they are best friends. Pups Females(For the most part)
Backstory: Kodiak was born and grew up in the north amidst the snow and ice. He lived with his mother and father and sister until he grew to me an adult wolf. He liked his pack, though felt no connection to them. When he was blown away from home by the snow storm, he was only worried for his family. Family: Mother- Kodiak's mother was a british Columbia wolf, she was 140 pounds and 5 feet from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail. Aurora, as she was called, was 2.5 feet tall, making her one of the bigger wolves of her pack. Her coat was a black or really dark grey color with a black nose and black paw-pads. The inside of her ears were completely black as well and the tip of her tail was like night. She had streaks of brown fur running through her coat, mostly around her back and under her eyes. Aurora had the pretties blue eyes, which is how she got her name.
Father- Kodiak's father, Hunter, was a mackenzie valley wolf. He was 170 pounds and almost 3 feet at the shoulder. He is almost 7 feet from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail. He was silverish, being white with dark grey flecks throughout his fur with black paw pads and nose. His tail had dark grey flecks along the top and white ones on the bottom. His paws were sliver and Hunter had a silver star between his eyes.
Siblings- Kodiak didn't have any siblings that he knew of, he was an only pup for as long as he was home. After he left home and started as a lone wolf Aurora and Kodiak had a daughter, Nightingale. Nightingale was almost completely black with silver paws and tail tip, taking after her mother and father. She was 150 pounds, 2.5 feet at the shoulder and 6 feet from nose to tail when she grew up. She also had a few silver flecks under her eyes and on her chest.

Name Kynora Age 2 years old Gender Female Species Northwestern X Eurasian Wolf Appearance Kynora is a pearly white with shades of silver and gray along her back, face, and upside of her tail. Her paw pads are a deep ink black color, with black nails to match. Much like her mother, Kynora has a fluffy pelt, sleek and shiny. Her head is slim and her eyes are a golden hue with a darker rim around the outside of her iris. Size Kynora is a smaller she-wolf, standing at 2.5 feet at the shoulder, weighing only 63 pounds, and 5 feet long. Her paws are small as well, slim and round. Personality Kynora grew up with two older brothers, meaning she had to adapt to the ways of life around males. While her parents were away, fighting to protect the borders or leading hunting parties - hre brothers raised her, teaching her how to use her size to her advantage. Kynora is known among her pack for being the one to watch others and their body language, always watching to see what kind of wolf they were. She’s not always quiet and watching though, don’t be fooled, she can be vicious and ruthless when need be, snapping her jaws and snarling deeply. Strengths Stealth ~ Due to her size, Kynora prides herself in her stealth ability, being able to hide in small spaces. “Watcher” ~ Due to her being called the “watcher”, Kynora has learned how to interpret body language fairly well. Passion ~ When there comes a time when Kynora is passionate about something, she’ll voice that, not being one to be told otherwise. Weaknesses Physical Strength ~ Due to her size her physical strength lacks, meaning she’s not the best brute to take with you to a fight. Trust ~ Kynora has only known those within her pack, she’s never met anyone who wasn’t within her pack, so she’s not very trust-worthy when it comes to strangers. Speech Skills ~ Her father always said, one day her snarky attitude would get her killed day, sometimes she can go overboard with the sarcasm. Backstory Kynora grew up living in the valley, her pack only ever traveling to the mountains in search of prey, like elk. She was “sheltered” as a pup, never really having the experiences her brothers experienced. She will forever be attached to her pack, she finds comfort in large groups. (OOC: I love your character! I'm going from when the storm hasn't yet hit, I hope that's alright with you!) Kodiak Kodiak was out hunting, like he normally was. His family sent him out because there was a shortage in the food. Winter was comming, and it was comming fast. The cold wind blew in his not yet thick fur. It would be a cold day, and an even colder night. He picked up his pace, hoping to find some prey before it got darker out. A storm would be comming in, he could sense it. He trotted faster, he needed to catch something. He ran farther ahead, sniffing the ground to find traces of any animals that had been there before him. There was a scent, faint though it was. He slowed his pace and sniffed the ground, then walked and sniffed again. The trail was leading him farther from his den, but he would make it back before the storm hit. The scent got stronger, he could smell now that it was a small elk or deer. He would be able to take it down, then it would feed his family for a while. He walked on ahead, hoping he could find in and wishing it was also struggeling in this winter weather. The wind bit at his skin, but he kept tracking his prey. It wasn't too far up ahead now, just to a little hill on the flat arctic land. He ran towards a dark shape when it entered his vision and found that it was indeed a small deer. The cold had hurt it gravely, and it was weak with hunger. Kodiak would be able to take it down easily, despite the rack of horns that it carried. He stalked up carefully, though there was no hiding his pelt of brown and black fur. The deer saw him before too long and with all the speed of a hare, took off, into the snow. Kodiak would neve be able to cach him now. But a light snow was coming on, and the strom would come after it. It probably wouldn't be long befroe the storm was over, he could wait it out here. Kodiak found and small hole in the side of the hill and curled up, his head covered by his bushy tail, and slept. |

((Aww, yay! I'm glad you like her! She's one of my newer girls so I'm excited to finally be using her! That's fine with me!)) {|: Kynora :|} Kynora sniffed, her black nose twitching with delight as she caught wind of a hare of sorts. Her fluffy tail flicked back and forth as she followed the scent, staying low to the ground to avoid being spotted - either by prey or rouge wolves. Her parents have suggested she start hunting small game, as her pack had a way of life. During the winter, her pack tended to eat less as a way to, not only save prey items during a scarce time, but to also limit the amount of time away from their main portion of their territory. Kynora jumped in and out of the undergrowth, being mindful of the thorns. The she-wolf shuddered despite her thick pelt, the cool, crisp wind cutting through her fun and chilling her to the bone. The female let out a whine, not liking the feeling of the cold one bit - she hated the cold. Kynora looked behind her, taking note that her pack was getting farther and farther away, making her ears pin to the back of her head. She lowered her nose to the earth below her paws, sniffing along the ground as she caught wind of the hare she had been tracking. Kynora rose from the ground, taking off with speed she never knew she had, following the scent of the hare. However, as soon as she spotted the hare, said critter took off into a hole, causing Kynora to skid to a stop, snarling in displeasure as she paced in a circle in front of the hole where the hare escaped to, feeling an overwhelming sense of displeasure. |

(How do you make spaces between paragraphs? I've tried but never could figure out how to do it) Kodiak The wind got colder and the frost started to bite at his unprepared fur coat. Kodiak shivered slightly at the change in temperature. He was still curled up in the side of a hill, trying his best not to get out into the snowy wonderland that was before his eyes. The wind had picked up it's pace and the cold bit. He looked into the mass of snow and ice, only to see more flakes falling down and blocking his vision. Suddenly though, a dark black shape blocked out some of the snow. It was the buck he had seen earlier, coming back as suddenly as it had disapeared. Kodiak stood up, brushing some of the power off his black coat and getting ready to brave the cold again. He stayed low to the ground, hoping that the snow would give him some cover when hunting the buck. He took one step after another, freezing when the ice under his paws made a slight crunching sound. His prey seemed not to notice his presence, and that was good. He would have to sneak up on the buck and catch him unawares before the cold took all his energy away. Kodiak took another step, and ended up cracking an ice shard in two. The snap that occurred made the buck's head shoot up and his nose quiver. Though through the snow there was no way to tell if the buck knew he was there or not. No notice was paid and his prey remained still, telling Kodiak that he wasn't caught yet. He stalked closer and closer, until he was only a few feet away from the deer. He could either pounce, or stalk closer. Kodiak was in pouncing distance, and it was too risky to keep getting closer. He readied his feet for the spring, and locked his eyes on the black and brown mass. The buck made a fatal move, looking away from the wolf. In that moment Kodiak took his chance, and sprang. His black and brown body flew through the air, landing square on the buck's pack. His claws dug in, but too late. The buck was aware of him and tossed his head side to side, pushing Kodiak off of his back and into the snow. The buck took off and Kodiak was left lying in the snow. |

The she wolf felt the wind nip at her fur, feeling the breeze play around with the hairs that stood on end. She took several steps away from the hole, choosing to move on to find another prey item rather than stick around waiting for something that will never happen. Kynora stumbled back as she caught wind of a buck, a large one at that. She smirked, following the scent with pride as she jumped over rocks and downed trees that had fallen due to the powerful wind. The female took note of the accumulating snow gathering on large boulders and on the tree tops, causing said wolf to huff with frustration. Kynora picked up her pace once more, stepping into a fastly paced trot. The she wolf had to keep her wits about her, knowing other creatures - and even other wolves - would be on the hunt and she didn’t want to be caught within their grasp. What she wasn’t expecting was to find something lying within the snow where the buck's scent once was, guess the snow helped hide the buck’s scent. Kynora shook her head of her thoughts and sniffed around the surrounding area, keeping her eyes keen on the dark figure that lay within the quickly piling snow. The female took a few tentative steps towards the figure, sniffing furiously to see if the, wolf she gathered, was even alive. Kynora pawed at the figure gently with a tilted head, how did a wolf that looked ready for the summer end up high on the mountain side? She circled around the wolf closely as she watched the perimeter around the two, appearing to be on some type of frozen lake. Kynora was confused, how did a wolf of this size manage to lose a deer? Either way, she was curious to see whether or not this wolf was even alive. |

(Ah, thanks!) Kodiak Kodiak's head spun, and the cold bit at his fur. He didn't remember much, just that there had been a deer, then the cold. He hadn't opened his eyes yet, but could feet the snow piling on top of him. Another scent was near as well, another wolf perhaps? No, there weren't any other packs around here, other than his enemy. Maybe a lone wolf? He couldn't tell, but it seemed not to be attacking him. Slowly, he opened his eyes. All he could see was white, white snow whipping around his face and whistling in his ears. But wait a moment, the snow moved! He squinted to see better and in fact the snow was moving. It was the wolf he had smelt, her fur was white and silver, making it hard to see her in this weather. She seemed to be circling him by the way she exited one side of his vision and entered the other. He was as serious about this wolf as she was of him. He sniffed his nose, his head coming off the snow a slight bit. His head was still fuzzy and he couldn't thing straight. That was until a snowflake landed in his opened eye and stung it. Immediately he snapped back to reality and jumped up on his feet, though his side hurt. Snarling he looked for where the wolf was. He turned around in the snow, trying to make out which one of the white blurs it was. He growled out, lips curled "Where are you? Show yourself!" |

Sorry it’s a little short, it’s mostly dialogue ;-;)) {|: Kynora :|} Kynora jumped back as the male leaped up, causing the female to lower her head with a glare, her ears pinned to her head. She lowered to the ground before leaping over the male wolf, spinning in on herself before placing herself in front of the wolf, her tail curling upwards, lifting a paw off the ground to try and seem bigger. The one thing Kynora detested was seeming weak due to her size. Her eyes narrowed, placing her paw back into the snow. “In case you haven’t noticed, I haven’t tried to kill you, so maybe be a little more thankful.” She snapped, her tail whipping back and forth in irritation. Kynora took note of the male’s injured side, tilting her head in curiosity. “How is your wound feeling?” She asked, trying to at least be a little civil, her nose twitching at the coldest of the wind against her nose. “Good to see you’re at least still alive.” She mumbled as she started pacing in front of the wolf, her tail lowering to settle behind her flank, her small paws making a matted down area to the snow to show where she had stepped. Kynora huffed, a small part of her feeling pitiful for the wolf that stood in front of her. “I’m Kynora if you must know, and there’s a very likely chance you could die if you don’t tend to that wound.” She said, trying to sneak over to the side to sniff at the wound without spooking the already on-edge wolf. |

(It's alright, this is a little short too) Kodiak Kodiak watched the blur of white fur as it leaped over his head. He turned quickly to face the wolf, making his side protest against it. He looked at the wolf, she was white and silver with grey. Her eyes were golden, bright as a summer sun. Despite all that though Kodiak growled, letting her know she wasn't wanted. She tried to make herself seem bigger, but Kodiak wasn't fooled. He watched her every move as she started to speak. When she mentioned that she hadn't killed him, he thought about it a bit more. If she was a rogue, or even a wolf from the enemy pack, she didn't injure him. Maybe he wouldn't kill her, yet. She started pacing and muttered something under her breath, though he could barely hear with the wind whipping around his ears as it was. He was about to turn and leave her here when she asked how his wound was feeling. "It's fine, I'm fine." He said, curling his lip and snarling a little bit. Really he was mad at himself for showing that he had a wound at all. He couldn't be weak, couldn't show that he got hurt and failed at times. He sneered again as she said her name. It didn't matter to him who she was, he wasn't going to need the information later. But when she said something about his wound, he started to listen more. Apparently it was more serious than he had first thought. He didn't even pay attention to the wolf as he thought about what might happen. |
