"Woah, thank you so much!" She smiled. She padded off towards the bathroom to change into her work outfit. When she came out she was ready once again. "Alrighty, now, I'm ready" She grinned with a little chuckle.

Kobahrn smiled warmly at Ivee, liking how much work the færies had gone to in order to make her work clothes. A perfect pair of brown dress pants, much like his, except they were too small for him to wear, but fit her like a comfortable glove. The same could be said of her dress shirt, which had her favorite salmon pink stripes on it the same thickness as the red stripes on his. "Alright, now, it's almost time for us to open, but before we open, I have to show you the ropes. First, there's prices. Now, in case the parfait I gave you last night wasn't a big enough clue, every flavor here is unique to this shop, as well as how we make our ice cream. But unlike most ice cream shops that has unique flavors, our prices are much lower than that of other parlors." Kobahrn said honestly, before showing her the menu that contained the ice cream confections. True to his word, every price was a lot lower than what would be expected if similar desserts had been made by places like the Bent Spoon and Dairy Queen. Why, even the signature Lion's Delight Parfait costed only $3.50, a fraction of the $7.99 cost for a large Blizzard or Peanut Buster Parfait over at Dairy Queen.

"Okay, I can start by flipping over the sign from open to closed" Ivee suggested, she had noticed the shop still had closed on the door when she entered, he walked quickly over to the sign on the door and flipped it, before walking back over to her boss. "That's done" She noted, looking again at the menu.

Kobahrn and the other waitstaff laughed, before a pudgy fox walked over to the door and flipped the sign back to closed. "Not yet, Ivee. You have to learn how to make these treats first. You already saw how my parlor's signature treat was made. But there's many other confections on there that are ordered by many patrons, regardless of whether they live here in Sanafintiera, or out in Janesville or Milwaukee... such as the very popular Chocolate Cherry Bomb Sundae..." Kobahrn said.

Once he set down the sundae dish, Kobahrn immediately went over to the ice cream display case, and grabbed another tray of ice cream. The flavor chosen was labeled as Orange Stracciatella Gelato. When he brought it out, one could smell the rich scent of fresh, tangy, sweet orange zest within the confines of the buttery, rich gelato, and hear, no, feel, the cracking of the chocolate shards within the folds of the creamy treat, which gave the style of gelato its name of stracciatella...

Kobahrn then got out a large, hollow ball of dark chocolate from a freezer, and began the assembly of the sundae, scooping out three scoops of the Orange Stracciatella, and then placing the ball of chocolate on top of the gelato. He then smiled as one of the chefs in the kitchen gave him a small porcelain pitcher, decorated with adorable blue tulips, filled to the brim with hot fudge. "This is the Chocolate Cherry Bomb Sundae, Ivee." Kobahrn explained. Seeing that she seemed confused about where the cherries were, Kobahrn demonstrated why it was called a bomb by pouring the hot fudge overtop of the dark chocolate ball. The heat instantly melted through the chocolate, revealing a sweet, but not too sweet, cherry jam, thawed also by the hot fudge, oozing out of the chocolate ball and onto the gelato.
