You: . Amara say down, her tail curled around her slightly. She felt awkward there with him. "How, um, how have you been" she asked. She heard Baelfire's call about later that evening, but she knew the wolf within would be acting strange. "Are you going to Baelfire's tonight?" |

Me: *ok. Play it cool* " uh not much. I mean you came back. How come you decided to come back." Rhydian said looking very anxious. "I might. I dont really know." He had his mind block up so he hadnt heard Baelfires announcement. Baelfire entered his house. The alphas, his adopted parents, were standing in the kitchen looking angry. "Hey." He said grabbing an apple. "Hey? Do not hey us. Guess what Nashoba just told us?" His parents asked angrily. "That we are having a party here?" He asked tentively. "Absolutely not. Last time there was a party in this house it was a disaster." They said. "But Amara is back. Its a welcome home party." He offered hoping they would cave. Of course they did. *Yes* him and his wolf said at the same time. . . You: Amara watched him quietly before she spoke. "I came back because the world isn't exactly accepting of our kind, and the other packs out there are not the most welcoming" she replied as she stayed where she was. She wasn't sure if she felt relieved or not that he might not be going to the party that night, but she did know that it would be nice to see everyone there tonight.
Shay walked to the Beta house and sighed as she walked in. "I really hope Baelfire doesn't forget we still need patrols tonight" she said as she walked to the kitchen. . . Me: "Calm down. Not every one is going. I already mind link a few and they said they werent going to the party. Im taking them on patrol." Nashoba told shay with a smile. Baelfire got a few people together to start decorating for the party. "hey whats your favorite color?" He asked Amara through mind link. Rhydian shifted uneasily as he sat in front of amara. . . You: Shay looked over towards Nashoba and nodded. "Good. We don't need anyone or anything sneaking around once they realize the pack is unprotected." She sighed. "I just hope he grows up a bit when he becomes alpha."
Amara twitched her ear before replying to Baelfire. "Blue" she said to him before looking at Rhydian again. "What do you think of us being mates" she asked. It was strange for sure for her. . . Me: "hes learning. And thats just his personality. I think" Nashoba added the last part a bit unsure.
"Great. Thanks" he said before putting his mind block up. "Ok people I want different shades of blue with purple and yellow ascents." Baelfire said.
"To be honest, its a little weird. I mean your pretty and nice and everything, but we never hang out" Rhydian told her. . . You: Amara sat facing Rhydian. "That's because your friends hated me" she replied. She recalled how his friends would bully her quite often, stuffing things in her locker. Rhydian never helped them with it, but he didn't stop it, at least not from what she saw.
Shay nodded. "We should take turns going to the party tonight, just to keep an eye on things. You know how crazy they can get". . . Me: Rhydian looked at the ground. Truth was he was behind a few of those stunts. His tail brushed the ground as he wrapped it around himself.
"Yeah. Im surprised the alphas didnt call it off." Nashoba chuckled as he got up and walked to the fridge.
Baelfire growled as he thought about Amara and Rhydian being soul mates. It angered him and his wolf. Rhydian wasnt a bad guy but he could be a bit of a jerk at times. . . You: Amara sighed. She wasn't sure if she was going to be rejected or accepted, and it confused her even more. Even her wolf stopped fighting her. "I should, um, get going" she said as she stood up. She turned to face towards her house. "We are from two different parts of the pack, it couldn't be just up to me on if we do end up together like our wolves want" she said not looking at him. She padded off, shifting back into her human form. Something she learned on her travels were how to have her clothes blend into her coat so when she shifted back, they were still there.
Shay shrugged. "Baelfire probably convinced them because of Amara. Seems he's always liked her, at least from what I've seen."

Me: Amara sighed. She wasn't sure if she was going to be rejected or accepted, and it confused her even more. Even her wolf stopped fighting her. "I should, um, get going" she said as she stood up. She turned to face towards her house. "We are from two different parts of the pack, it couldn't be just up to me on if we do end up together like our wolves want" she said not looking at him. She padded off, shifting back into her human form. Something she learned on her travels were how to have her clothes blend into her coat so when she shifted back, they were still there.
Shay shrugged. "Baelfire probably convinced them because of Amara. Seems he's always liked her, at least from what I've seen."
Conner can from around the corner and looked at Rhydian. "Don't tell me she's your soul mate" he teased. . . You: Conner shook his head. "If I recall, most of those things were your idea while we were younger!"
Amara reached her house and sighed. It felt emptier than usual, but she went to her room and planned about what she would wear.
Shay nodded. "If she hasn't already. I'm surprised he hasnt" she said as she started grabbing things for dinner. She gave a shrug. From the time she turned 18, she knew Nashoba was her soul mate, but she waited for him to approach her. . . Me: Rhydian shook his head as he ran into the forest taking the same path he took several times.
"Hes not as lucky as us." Nashoba told Shay. "Im gonna go see how the parties coming. Ill be back in a short bit." He said heading for the door.
Baelfire had most things ready and was getting the finishing touches up. . . You: Amara picked a navy blue dress that had thin straps, and silver gems on the lower half that looked like stars. "Now for how I will have my hair" she mumbled. She wasn't usually one for parties, but she wouldn't turn one down for Baelfire. She pulled all her hair to the left side of her head and started to curl it before she nodded. "That looks good" she thought before she sighed. . . Me: Baelfire helped with the finishing touches before going inside up the stairs to his room. He put on a nice dress shirt and some black pants. He wore his nice black shoes that were only for special occasions. The party was going to be in the backyard and was set up perfectly. A welcome home banner hanging right above the back door. Once he got dressed he combed through his hair and went back outside. He had it set up that everyone would have to walk through the house to the backdoor. He stood there waiting for people to start arriving. . . You: Amara made her way to the party and took a deep breath. She saw a few others making their way in and allowed them to go in before she did. After a moment she walked in and looked around. . . Me: Baelfire saw Amara and immediately started towards her. "Hey!" He said estatically. "Its good to have you home." He said and hugged her. . . You: Amara couldn't help but chuckle. "Didn't you say that when you saw me earlier" she asked in a teasing voice while she hugged him back. "It looks amazing." . . Me: "Im pretty sure I said welcome home which is completely different." Baelfire chuckled. "I hoped you would like it." He looks at her in her dress and starts to feel all giddy inside. "you look great." He tells her.
Rhydian fums in his room with a random pencil he found. He had been pondering for the last hour or so of whether he was going to the party. . . You: Amara smiled at Baelfire. "You always did know how to surprise me" she said as she watched a few of Rhydian's friends show up. When she saw Conner, she did her best to act like she didn't see him. He had been the worst to her while she was growing up. |

Me: "Thats my specialty." He said. Baelfire then bowed offering her a hand. "My lady." He said playfully.
Rhydian finally decided he was going. He changed into a white button up shirt and some black pants. He left his hair in the messy clean way he liked and headed to the party. . . You: Amara placed her hand in his, blushing slightly. "Thank you for being such an amazing person Baelfire" she said.
Conner took a picture of Baelfire and Amara, sending it to Rhydian. "Can't believe your supposed to be her mate" he sent in another text. Conner found it gross that Rhydian and Amara were supposed to be together, especially after the way none of them liked her growing up. . . Me: Baelfire chuckled. "Just doing my job." He said walking he out to the floor. He had put together a mix up of songs so that everyones taste of music played sooner or later.
Rhydians phone pinged. He looked at it too see a message from Conner. He opened it up and growled inwardly. "Shes supposed to by my soul mate and yet there goes Baelfire swiping her away." He mumbled to himself. . . You: Amara chuckled. "Well, your doing a wonderful job." She held her smile before she nervously bit her lip. "You know I've never really danced before right?" She looked at Baelfire, honesty in her eyes about never dancing before. . . Me: "Just follow my lead." Baelfire said as the music switched to a slow song. He grabed her hand tugging her to the middle of the floor.
Rhydian entered the back yard and watched Baelfire lead Amara to the center of the dance floor. . . You: Amara nodded, following his lead. She took a deep breath, ready for the dance . . Me: Baelfire took her hands and placed them on his shoulders then put his own hands on her waste. He swayed them back and forth in a circle as the music started.
Rhydian growled to himself. He mad his way to the few tables set up and stood there waiting. . . You: Amara smiled as she followed his lead. Her blue eyes were locked into his. Her dress swayed as they moved. . . Me: Rhydian couldnt take it any more. He made his way to the coolly and calmly. "May I cut in?" He asked.
Baelfire turned his head before stepping back. "Of course" he said handing Amara off to Rhydian.
Nashoba was on the boarder with a few others. They had almost made a complete run of the boarders when he noticed two eyes peer through the forest on the other side of the border. He froze and his nose twitched but he couldnt get a scent as the small soft breeze was blowing the wrong way. . . You: Amara tensed up slightly hearing Rhydian's voice. "I'm surprised you showed up" she replied as she placed her hands on his shoulders, allowing him to take over leading while Baelfire backed up. . . Me: Rhydian tilted his side ways. "Why? I love parties." He said leading them in a slow Waltz around the dance floor.
Baelfire growled internally a little. He walked to the table with food and drinks. He grabbed a coke and opened it taking a sip.
Nashoba growled at the eyes and started to move closer when they suddenly disappeared. He started towards the party running as fast he could. . . You: Amara gave a small shrug. "You just seemed like you weren't sure if you were going to show up" she replied as she followed where he lead. "I didn't know you could dance either." |

Me: Rhydian shrugged. He slowed them to a stop as the song ended and a new upbeat song started to play. "I took a few lessons." He chuckled.
Nashoba ran through the house and to the back yard. Many stopped and watched as he made his way to Baelfire.
Baelfire nodded his head to the wolf he recognized as Nashoba before calmly walking to the house. . . You: Amara stepped back when a faster song played, and glanced over to see Nashoba. *This can't be good* she thought before she looked at Rhydian. "Seems the lessons paid off" she said, not letting her face give anything away.
Conner rolled his eyes watching them, and gave a answer hand signals asking if he could mess with Amara. . . Me: "Yes it has." Rhydian said as a smile crept onto his face. He spotted Conner and slowly shook his head. He gave Conner a warning look before turning back to Amara. "Im sorry about all the past years"
Baelfire had entered the house followed by Nashoba. Nashoba changed into his human form when they were back in the house. "Whats wrong?" Baelfire asked calmly.
"I spotted someone on our boarders. I moved closer to try and figure out who it was and they took off." Nashoba told him. . . You: Amara saw him shaking his head and was slightly confused, but when he apologized for the past years, she sighed. "How can I be so sure you changed" she asked as she looked him in the eyes. "In i recall, you watched your friends chase me off just a month ago while I was heading out." . . Me: "You want to believe me?" Rhydian asked. He looked at Conner who seemed frustrated and mad. "I know you got confused when I was shaking my head." He started as he looked at her. "Conner wants to mess with you. I told him no. Doesnt mean he wont do it." He then turned and started to walk off to the opposite side from Conner. . . You: Amara gave a small eye roll. "Or you could be lying to me to try to get me to trust you" she replied calmly. "I need to clear my head" she said as she headed out of the backyard. Once she was clear of everyone's eyes, she shifted and raced towards the thick of trees and a small lake. It was where she often went to clear her head, though this was the first time in her wolf form she did so. |

Me: Rhydian rolled his eyes and sighed. "Whatever she doesnt want to trust me thats fine" He mumbled to himself.
Baelfire ran in wolf form with Nashoba to the boarder. Nashoba had ordered everyone to spread out so the whole boarder was protected. . . You: Conner walked up to Rhydian. "Like you want that pathetic thing as a mate. She never shifted around anyone before you at the park" he said. He always considered Amara weak for never shifting, little di he know of the legend of the white wolf.
Amara sat down by the lake, watched the water dance with the slight breeze, the stars reflecting off of the water. *What do I do? I'm so torn. Soul mate, or someone whos actually cared about me?* She sighed as she laid down, her head on her paws. . . Me: "Shut up Conner. God ever since she got back you have been the same as when we were kids" Rhydian growled before storming off to go find Amara.
Baelfire sniffed where the creature had been. "Werewolf for sure. I dont recognise the scent though." He said.
Nashoba nodded. "Thought so. You think someone is planning an attack?" He asked. . . You: Conner looked at Rhydian. "You were the same until she came back!"
Amara sniffed the air, smelling something new. A growl released from her throat as she stood up. While she wasn't afraid, she knew if there was a fight, she would lose. She never trained her wolf to fight. . . Me: Rhydian was following Amaras scent into the forest.
Baelfire growled. "Double the patrol. I want four patrols a day rather than two." He said with a low growl. "No one threatens the safety of my pack."
Nashoba nodded a little surprised. . . You: Amara let out a loud yelp when she felt something hit her shoulder. It wasn't a werewolf, but rather a bullet. "Pathetic! Can't fight yourself!" As her shoulder bled she looked around before she felt another hit her, grazing her side. Amara ended up collapsing and blacking out. . . Me: Rhydian finally found Amara on the forest floor bleeding. He let out a howl calling the pack. He shifted and scooped her up in his arms.
Baelfire turned to the howl. Without thinking, He ran to it like most the pack was as it was one of theirs. He saw Rhydian holding Amara. "Get her to My house." He said before mind link his parents. "Get the healer." He said as he stayed by Rhydians side. . . You: Amara let out a small groan when she was picked up, but didn't say much after that. Her wounds wouldn't kill her, but she would certainly be hurt for a while. She was still in her wolf form, her white coat turning red from the wounds. . . Me: Rhydian looked down at her worried. They entered the alpha house and were lead to the living room. He set her down on the coffee table and backed away so the healer cold do their work.
Baelfire padded in right behind Rhydian. He sniffed at Amaras form and rested his head on the table. He let out a soft whine before he was pushed away by the healer. . . You: Amara slowly opened her eyes, seeing Baelfire and Rhydian. "Whoever is out there, they arent from our pack" she said in a whisper. She saw a few others from the party looking at her with worried looks. She stayed in her wolf form, scared to hurt herself if she shifted back.
Shay raced over to the alpha's house and stopped when she saw Amara. *What on earth happened?!* She looked around, hoping Nashoba was alright. . . Me: Baelfire gave a quick nod. He shifted and walked over to shay. "Amara was shot by someone not of our pack. Nashoba is fine. Hes on the boarder doing patrol." He said before going to find his dad.
Rhydian watched baelfire for a minute. He looked back at Amara. "Your going to be fine." He whispered softly.
Nashoba had everyone trotting about the same pace as they went around the boarder keeping watch. . . You: Amara looked at Rhydian. "Help them catch whoever did this, and make sure I can look them in the eyes to question their sorry hides." She winced when she felt the healer digging into her shoulder to get the bullet.
Shay shook her head. "Who would do this" she asked as she paced. She didnt know who would want to hurt them. The other packs around them knew they werent ones to attack unless it was needed. . . Me: Rhydian nodded. The alpha would probably want to do the same thing. The alphas house had a basement where prisoners were tied in chains and questioned.
The alpha came and stood listening. "what do you think we should do?" He asked Baelfire.
"i think we should get a small search party. Track the culprit down. But we need to leave enough hunters and warriors here to protect the pack. Who do you suggest we take?" Baelfire was calm but stern as he spoke with authority in his voice. . . You: Shay looked at Baelfire "I will stay here with the pack. Take Conner and Hunter. Both are great trackers, and Conner is a pretty hard hitter" she said before she looked at Amara who blacked out again. |

Me: Baelfire nodded. "Conner, Hunter lets go. The rest of the hunters and warriors I want taking shifts watching the boarders. No one in no one out." He said before starting for the door.
"Im coming too." Rhydian said thinking of amaras request. . . You: Hunter looked over hearing his name, and he saw Conner rolling his eyes. "Why do you want to go" Conner asked Rhydian. . . Me: "Does it matter Conner??" Rhydian asked before turning to baelfire "can i?"
Baelfire looked at Rhydian before adding. He the. Walked out the door and changed back into a wolf. . . You: Conner narrowed his eyes. "It matters when my friend starts going gogo-gaga over some female" he said. . . Me: "Conner why dont you just shut up for once? I made her a promise ok? So just drop it" Rhydian growled before walking out the door and shifting. He followed Baelfire into the woods. . . You: Conner rolled his eyes. *Pathetic* he thought before he shifted. He started thinking of ways to get Rhydian back to hos he was before this mate mess. Conner had rejected his mate when he found her because he didnt think she had been pretty enough, and figured Rhydian would have done the same. . . Me: Rhydian couldnt keep his head clear. He kept thinking that if he had ignored his wolf or rejected Amara right away, he wouldnt be in a mess. The guys kept teasing him and conner had been giving him a hard time.
*Maybe he isnt as bad as I thought* Baelfire thought as the ran into the forest. He headed to the spot where Amara was shot deciding to start there. . . You: Hunter followed quietly, not knowing what all was happening to those in the group. He caught the scent of something and looked at Baelfire. "North, I smell something" he said as Conner gave a low growl behind him. . . Me: Baelfire shifted so they were heading north instead. "Thank you hunter."
Rhydian rolled his eyes at Conners growl. . . You: Conner followed as Hunter started sniffing around more. Hunter lowered his ears and sighed. "I lost the scent. Sorry" he said. . . Me: "thats ok. We will keep heading north and see if you can pick it up again." Baelfire as he continued to lead the way. . . You: Hunter nodded, trying to pick up the scent. After a moment, he was about to give up, until Conner barreled past him, knocking him to the side, snarling like a rabid dog. The sound of a gunshot was heard, followed by screaming. Before Hunter could get up, he heard Conner. "Pinned him!" . . Me: Baelfire was confused at first. He then shifted and grabbed hold of the man. "we take him back to the house for questioning." He told them. "Rhydian youll walk with a hold of his other arm. Hunter and conner you will stay incase he breaks free and takes off." Baelrire said before taking the gun.
Rhydian nodded and shifted before grabbing the person by their other arm. . . You: Hunter shook his head. "You are crazy" he said to Conner before Conner rolled his eyes, following Rhydian and Baelfire. He didnt think much of it when he attacked, and it was obvious it missed him, hitting a tree instead. . . Me: Baelfire led them all to the pack house. They went imediatly to the basement and put the person in chains.
Once the man was chained, Rhydian left the basement. He went to go see if Amara was awake. . . You: Amara was finally starting to wake up when they came back. She had shifted back into her human form in her sleep, and was wincing when the healer examined her wounds. |

Me: "We got him." Rhydian whispered to her.
Baelfire sat in a chair twisting the gun in his hands. At one point he had checked the bullets. They werent silver which was a good thing. . . You: Amara looked over at Rhydian. "Where is he" she asked as she stood up. She grabbed her side as a jolt of pain hit her, causing her to stumble into a wall, trying to balance herself. . . Me: Basement." Rhydian told her in a monotone.
Baelfire continued to sit there messing with the gun pretending to be very interested in it. . . You: Amara slowly made her way down to the basement, nearly falling a few times. When the scent hit her nose, she tried to not growl. Now that she was in her human form, her dress was a bit of a mess. . . Me: Baelfire looked up as he heard footsteps approach. He then looked at the shooter before turning his interest back to the gun.
Rhydian followed behind Amara he told himself that he was just there to see what the shooter would say. Truth was he was there to catch her if she fell. . . You: Amara narrowed her eyes when she saw him sitting there, smirking as he watched them. "Why did you do it" Amara asked, her voice ice cold like never before. The man said nothing as he watched them, causing Amara to growl. Finally he spoke. "Your pack is full of nothing but weak members. The only one worth anything is the one with the white fur, that is, if you even recall the legends" he said. . . Me: Baelfire looked up at the man a low growl forming in his throat. "We dont talk about the legend." He growled at the man. "You want to see weak? Cause I can show you weak."
Rhydian growled at the man he knew a little about the legend but not much. . . You: The man laughed. "So tell me, how much do you know of it" he asked looking at Amara. When she didn't reply other than a glare, he only laughed more. "Why don't you tell her" he said to Baelfire. . . Me: "Like I said before. We dont talk about it here." Baelfire growled once more. "ho about I put a couple bullets in you like you did to a member of my pack." He spat as he exaggerated the gun in his hand. . . You: Amara looked at Baelfire before she walked towards the stairs, trying to get out of the basement. "She won't escape the legends" he laughed. . . Me: "The legend is just that. A legend." Baelfire said as if the man was stupid.
Rhydian watched the man interested. He switched his attention to Amara as she started to leave.
Nashoba climbed down the stairs moving out of amaras way before continuing again. "Got him to talk?" . . You: Amara sighed. "Kind of" she said as she leaned against the wall. She closed her eyes slightly as she tried to fight the pain.
The man shook his head. "You know that isn't true with her" he said. . . Me: Baelfire snarled. He knew what the legend was he knew that Amara could be the one of the legend. "You want to know what the legend is?" He asked softly almost as a whisper but knew Amara would hear it.
Rhydian turned his attention to Baelfire. He had only heard a small part. That the white wolf could make or break the pack.
Nashoba looked at baelfire as well. "We dont talk about the legend. Alphas orders. Your fathers orders." He hissed through clenched teeth. . . You: Amara looked towards Baelfire and Nashoba. "If he thinks its that important, I should know it." Her mother hid it from her, and she was furious about it. . . Me: "She deserves to know." Baelfire said. He went back to his chair and sat down in it. . . You: The man motioned to Baelfire to tell Amara as Amara sat down on the stairs, trying to catch her breath. She was starting to heal, but she would still be sore. |

Me: Baelfire took a deep breath. "as you all know this is just a legend. Doent mean it cant be true." He started " the legend says that one day a female wolf will be born white. The version I heard doesnt much detail but it does say that when she finds her mate she will be torn between her soulmate and the future alpha. If she chooses wrongly the pack will fall. But if she chooses wisely and correctly, the pack will rise above the rest." He said before taking another deep breath. . . You: Amara looked concerned when she heard the legend, fearing it may be true. "That's probably why my mother never wanted me to shift around anyone" she said. "And why she wanted me to leave." . . Me: "If your the wolf of the legend then you will help the pack succeed and become powerful, or you will be the destruction of the pack." Baelfire said to Amara, his gaze softened a little as he looked at her.
Rhydian watched Amara wondering what was going through her head.
Nashoba kept glancing around like the alpha would just magically appear or as if the roof was going to cave in on them. . . You: Amara looked at Baelfire. "But if I really am, how will I know which will be better for the pack" she mumbled as she shook her head. . . Me: "The version I have heard never said. Just that you have to choose wisely." Baelfire sighed before looking at Rhydian.
Thoughts had been playing rapid fire in Rhydians head. He hadnt been paying attention to the conversation and he still had no idea what was going on. . . You: Amara shook her head. "But how do I pick" she asked as she kept leaning against the wall. "My wolf wants me to be with someone who i hardly know, but my heart is so mixed" she said. . . Me: Baelfire shook his head. He then stood up and walked up to the man. "now you see why we dont talk about it." He hissed in the mans ear.
Rhydian couldnt stand it anymore. He climbed the stairs, stepping around Amara, and left the basement. He decided to go for a run to clear his head. . . You: The man rolled his eyes. "But not telling would make it not fun, and if she didn't know, then it would ruin the pack still" he laughed. . . Me: "Our pack is fine. It wont fall. I know it wont because whoever she chooses, she will decide with her mind and her heart. Thats the wisest decision any one can make." Baelfire said before walking up the stairs to find his dad.
Rhydian shifted as soon as he walked out of the house. He ran for the forest heading for the familiar path he had walked and ran several times before.
Nashoba watched Baelfire full of surprise. He quickly changed his expression so it was unreadable as Baelfire passed. He then looked at Amara questioningly wondering if she was OK. . . You: Amara sat down, her mind racing. She was sitting in a chair in a dark room, though the door was open. She sighed as she shook her head. *How can I make the right choice* she thought. . . Me: Baelfire had talked to his dad and they decided it was best to keep the man locked up for now. Baelfire sat at the desk in his room and stared out at the window fuming with a pen. . . You: Amara stood up after a while and looked at Hunter who was walking about. "Let them know I am heading home" she said before she made her way out of the house. Her blue eyes were filled with confusion.
Hunter watched her before he walked to Baelfire. "Amara just went home. Is it actually safe now?" |

Me: "For now yes." Baelfire told hunter with a slight nod. He didnt look away from the window as he spoke. He just continued to look out into the night.
After a run, Rhydian finally headed home. His mind was still swirling as he entered his house and headed to his room. . . You: Amara reached her house and sighed. She looked at a few pictures of her mother hanging on the wall, shaking her head. "I wish you were able to help me with this. Is this you kept me from showing others my wolf form?" . . Me: Baelfire finally stopped staring out his window. He went to his bed and laid down to go to sleep not bothering to change. . . You: Amara didn't bother trying to sleep as she wrote down the legend, trying to think over and over what it could be, and what it could fully mean. She feared that she would end up destroying the pack if she picked wrong, but how could she know who? As she thought through the night, she refused to sleep, not feeling tired as she looked out and saw the sun rising. . . Me: Baelfire hadnt slept at all last night. He was too busy wondering if he made the right choice to tell Amara the legend or not. No doubt that she would be worrying about destroying the pack.
Rhydian woke with a start the next morning. He had recounted the plights from last night in his dream. Now he sat in his bed wondering about everything.
Noshoba walked into the kitchen to find something to eat. . . You: Shay walked over to Nashoba and sighed. "How do you think everyone is after last night? How are you?" She worried about him as she placed her hand on his shoulder.
Amara walked out of her house in a small daze, heading to get herself some much needed coffee. She was in a baggy sweater and sweatpants, not caring how she looked after the lack of sleep. Her hair was a mess as she looked around, noticing not many were out currently. *Odd* she thought as she shrugged. Her shoulder and side were still sore from the night before. . . Me: Baelfire groaned as he rolled out of bed. He quickly threw some clean cloths on and headed out of the house for breakfast.
"Im OK." He said turning to look at her. "Not sure how any of the three affected are though." He said with a sigh. . . You: Shay looked down. "Do you really think the legend is true" she asked. She had heard versions where the white wolf was supposed to be the strongest wolf, but only the alphas held that power, so she was skeptical.
Amara grabbed herself a coffee before she made her way to the park and sat down on a bench. She stared into the fountain, watching the water as she took a few sips. . . Me: "I dont completely doubt it but I cant say for sure." Nashoba said as he rested his hands on her shoulders. . . You: Shay looked back at Nashoba. "Should we try to keep her and the others apart until we can figure this out?" Shay wasn't sure how to handle the situation, but figured maybe the Alpha's would. . . Me: "its not up to us. Its up to them and the alphas. Besides the only one who can really make a choice is Amara." He whispered before kissing her on the head. "I have to go. Baelfire still wants double patrol and the alphas think it a good idea." . . You: Shay nodded. "Please be safe" she said, a hint of worry and something new in her voice. . . Me: "I will." Nashoba said before walking out of the house.
Baelfire walked down to the small coffee shop where they had different drinks and doughnuts. . . You: Amara started to zone out while watching the fountain, being locked into watching it while drinking her coffee. She couldn't hear or see anything around her before she thought she saw something in the fountain move, bringing her out of the trance. She looked around, wondering how long she had been like that. |
