Amara sighed as she watched the town the pack ruled came back into view. She just turned 18, and something called her back. Not being sure what it was, she walked around to see if anything changed while she was gone. Her blue eyes glanced around, but she didn't see anything different. She headed towards her house before the wolf within her called out more than normal, screaming at her practically to go towards the park. *Yikes. This is new* she thought as she made her way to the park and looked around. She spotted Hunter, one of her friends since grade school and waved before his older sister pulled him back towards their house. Nyra always seemed closed off unless it was family. Giving a shrug. She spotted Shay making her rounds and gave a polite nod to the beta female. Amara still wasn't sure why her wolf told her to go here, but here she was, waiting.

Baelfire walked up to Amara with Nashoba by his side. "Welcome back!" Baelfire said in a cheery voice. He spread his arms wide to gesture to the town and everyone. "Miss us?" He asked with a chuckle. "Nice to see you again," Nashoba said with a nod of his head. Rhydian was sitting on a bench. He had just been running in the forest and was now catching his breath. All of a sudden his wolf started going crazy.

Amara looked over to who spoke to her and smiled when she saw Baelfire. "It's nice to be back" she said. She gave a small polite nod to him as she always did with him being the future Alpha of the pack. "It was strange to be away, but it was much needed" she replied before she looked around quickly. *MATE* the wolf within her screamed. Amara did her best to fight it, knowing it would be a horrible scene if she were to allow the wolf out and seach. "The world out there is so strange. Just makes it even better to be home."

"It's always better to be home." Baelfire said. "are you ok? You seem a little anxious." He told her with a grin on his face. *what are you doing. Stop trying to flirt with her. She isn't your soul mate. Yeah but she's pretty. I don't care.* he argued with his wolf. Nashoba walked away heading towards shay. Rhydian wasn't able to take it anymore. His wolf kept yelling the word mate at him. He ran into the forest and allowed his wolf to take over before padding back into the park. He made his rounds sniffing at everyone.

Me:

"Oh thats nice." Baelfire said a little sadness in his voice. "I just wanted to welcome you back. Were going to have to throw you a welcome home party at my house tonight." He said as he walked off. Rhydian was racing from wolf to wolf. He stopped when he saw Amara. *shes back* him and his wolf thought in a questioning tone. He ran up to Amara his wolf getting aggitated. He sniffed at her and his wolf started running in circles. *Mate! Mate!* his wolf screamed in his head. He tried to calm his wolf down but it was no use.

You: Amara felt saddened when Baelfire walked off and sighed. *At least I'll be able to see him tonight* she thought before the wolf within screamed even louder. She looked at the wolf who ran up to her, and her heart stopped for a moment. She recognized the wolf form of Rhydian and shook her head. *It can't be* she thought. She and Rhydian never really knew each other. She never hung out with him or his friends, so this caught her off guard.

Rhydians wolf finally calmed down some. He nudged Amara with his head. He was a little confused at how they are soul mates. Baelfire looked back and saw Rhydian. He couldnt help but feel jealous that Rhydian was her soul mate and not he himself.

Amara looked at Rhydian, still a little shocked. She seemed hesitant to shift into her wolf form around them as she never had. She knew nobody in the pack had seen her wolf form. She took a deep breath and shifted, her coat pure white, her deep blue eyes watching him. "Hello Rhydian" she said as she stood there in her wolf form. She wasn't sure who all was looking at her since nobody saw her wolf form before now, but she saw Shay looking at her in shock.

"Hey Amara." Rhydian said in a struggled voice. He was trying really hard to keep his wolf under control. Baelfire turned and saw Amara in her form. He smirked as he continued to his house. He mind linked everyone saying that there was going to be a welcome home party for Amara at his house.
