Dakota hurried his pace to catch up with Dava. The version of a bear smile on his face. "It would be great if I could come along. I promise I won't even close to the stalks." He shook himself off, his huge form practically dwarfing Dava. Ekon entered the dining room and waited for his signal to sit down. Once he did, he stayed quiet while the other knights continued their chatter. Finally, one turned to look at Ekon with a broad smile. It was obvious that these knights hadn't been trained like Ekon was. "So, how was it being trained at Camp Soleman instead of here? I head that that place is the hardest training camp around, is that true?" The knight looked intently at Ekon, although the knight was older than Ekon, it was obvious who held the higher title. Ekon shrugged, staring at his food before finally looking up. "I don't know. I haven't been to any other camps. Though, considering the fact that you all blab on and on, I think it's obvious that the training was different, no?" The knights stared at Ekon in shock as the purple elf began to eat. He didn't seem to care much that they were staring at him. In his training, he'd learned to keep talk simple and curt. So although it may come out rude, it was only what he'd been taught. He could hardly remember the time before unless it was with her and his friends. |

Dava huffed, the bear form of a chuckle, "Well okay then. There are also berry bushes nearby, should you want any of those." They made their way to the garden, Dava cheering up from sleepy state somewhat. Once they reached the garden, Dava waisted no time, plopping herself beside a a stalk that was maybe 30 feet tall, and thick. With almost no thought, Dava swiped a paw over, and snapped the bamboo, causing it to fall. From there she began to eat it.
Anasuri normally spent her meals in silence. Today, though, she asked the king for his consent to miss lunch. She didn't know how long the trip would take, and it would be easier to bring a basket of food. |

Dakota followed Dava to her bamboo garden. He watched her bring down the stalk and winced internally. First off, it looked kinda gross, second, it was kind of terrifying. What if it hit him on the head or something? Yea no way, he'd stick to the berry bush. Ekon ate his meal in silence and now the other knights were ignoring him. He was well used to it by now, he hadn't meant to be rude but it had obviously been taken that way. He didn't mind, he wasn't here to make friends. Ekon was solely here to complete his mission. |

Anasuri ate hastily, and asked a servant to prepare a small picnic basket with simple foods, and enough for two. The young girl quickly nodded and headed off. As breakfast ended, the same girl handed Anasuri the basket, and she thanked her. Anasuri made eye contact with Ekon from across the room, and slipped out a door. He should follow along in moments. While eating, the princess also had someone go to the bamboo garden to inform Dava of what was going on. So, the panda, and maybe the bear as well, should meet them outside. Dava knew where to go. |

Ekon ate in silence after that, the other knights completely ignoring him now. He was used to being alone though so he really didn't mind. Now that he thought about it, what he said had probably been considered rude to the other knights but he hadn't meant it that way. It had just been an observation but it had cost him and he was now the obvious outcast. If his tattooed skin and pierced ears weren't enough already. Now it was utterly obvious that he was different because he was completely being ignored. It was okay though, Ekon wasn't here to chit chat anyways; sure, he needed people to gain his trust but that didn't mean he had to talk to people. All he had to do was not threaten them and hen he'd kill the princess and leave for his reward. Simple. He looked up as the princess stood and beckoned him with her eyes. It wasn't exactly like she was happy to have him or anything, she was just doing the respectful thing. Without a word, he stood up and followed Anasuri. His eyes on the floor but not in a shy way. Dakota followed Dava as they walked to his friend. This much physical exercise was to much and he needed to go back into his charm form. |

DAKOTA IS MEEEEEEEE
Anasuri slipped outdoors, taking a deep breath of air and letting the tension drain out of her shoulders. Dava was already there, and with a simple look from the panda, Anasuri nodded. The panda said goodbye to her new friend, and then transformed into the charm. She was full and happy, and ready for a nap. As Ekon took care of his bear, Anasuri took out the metal tin she had asked the maid to pack. That would hold her ingredients. For today. Anasuri was only looking to collect herbs and such - no animal related products. That would take more preparation and gear.
Once Ekon was finished, Anasuri narrowed her eyes for a moment, "Do you mind holding the picnic basket. It has lunch inside." It would be easier to do tasks without the chunky basket. |

Ekon greeted Dakota with the smile and patted the gigantic bear's head. The huge animal grumbled softly and disappeared into Ekon's necklace. The necklace shimmered and then there was the large charm that was Dakota. Anasuri's soft voice startled Ekon and for a moment he recovered. Slowly, he replied, "I do not mind at all. Especially if it has lunch in it." It was almost a joke, just not quite there yet. |

Anasuri nodded, then turned away. Her shoulders seemed lifted outside of the palace. It wasn't as stiffing. The further they ventured away, the happier Anasuri was. She occasionally reached down and collected some berries or leaves, sometimes digging around in the dirt for roots. After an hour or so of doing this, they reached a large and steep ravine. Anasuri's voice was scarcely a whisper as she spoke, "No loud noises here. This is where the under god's reach." She set down her bucket and made her way to a tree with thick branches hanging, kicking off her simple shoes before hoisting herself upwards. |

The young elf peered into the ravine, eyes scanning for any dangers. It looked perfectly safe and fine to him. Of course, you could fall to your death but he didn't think whispering was necessary. He was quite confused. You see, growing up as a peasant boy gave you no time on the study of politics or religious things. He'd never gotten an explanation for things like this ravine. What was so special about it? He didn't know, he didn't understand because the knowledge had never been passed down to him. So, the normally stone faced Ekon had a very confused expression. Looking from the ravine back up to Anasuri. Not knowing what exactly he was looking at. |

Anasuri scaled the tree, before reaching the branch that hung over the ravine. Slowly, she eased herself onto it, holding onto slimmer branches in order to balance. She scarcely dared to breathe. At the very end was a small, little fruit. It was an unassuming little thing - a pinkish orange little ball. Slipping on dark gloves, she picked the fruit and tucked it into a pouch at her hip. Once that was done, Anasuri took the time to stand there, a light breeze kicking up, tossing her hair around. |
