Snow l F l Swing dog l M:open Snow shook out her grey and white fur. Thin strands were whisked away in the cold breeze. She was out side in the small fenced in area behind the house. She liked it out here, where she could run around in the snow and watch the occasional bird fly by. She walked around the perimeter of the fence then trotted over to the small covered patio where she layed down. |

T´Chali • F • Swing Dog • M: Hallie (dir), Koda (dir), The Team (ind), open! - The door opened and T´Chali stood up from her sitting position and moved her tail back and forth slowly as she saw the twolegged and Koda in the doorway. The female walked swiftly into the warm cabin and followed Hallie into their kitchen along with Koda. She sat patiently next to the other she-dog and watched as the twolegged prepared their meal. T´Chali had found a squirrel an hour or two and attempted to stalk it. She hadn't caught it but used most of her energy to chase it so the female was grateful that food was still available and...free. The other members were either in the cabin or roaming the town, she could smell a few more scents of dogs coming from some of the rooms. When Hallie placed the bowls down T´Chali immediately gobbled it down, satisfied and happy with a full belly. The large dog padded to the twoleggeds couch and jumped onto it, laying down relaxed and watching her surroundings before resting her head on the cousins and closing her eyes. Maybe she could have a short snooze before the team started work for the day. |

Koda |F| Lead Dog | Mentions: T'Chali, Fiery, Hallie. Koda smiled as T'Chali padded towards the couch. She padded behind her, ready to strike a conversation. Suddenly, she heard scrabbling coming from Hallie's room. Fiery! She had wanted a word with him, he had stolen Dakoda's food the other day, and when poor Dakoda came back from a small adventure, her food was gone! She left T'Chali, and trotted back to her room. When she entered, she saw Fiery, laying in his small bed again. She sighed, and walked over to him. "Fiery," She said softly, prodding him gently with a paw. "Fiery, I would like a word please?" Fiery |M| Wheel Dog | Mentions: Koda Fiery woke with a start, and saw Koda looking down at him, her expression blank. "What!?" He snarled, angry at her. What did this stupid flea want now? He watched as she guiltily lowered her head. "Did you, Um, steal Dakoda's food the other day?" She asked. Fiery immediately remembered yesterday, for he had stolen Dakoda's food from her bowl. He still felt absolutely no shame at all, besides, bears stole wolf carcasses all the time! "Yeah," He growled. "What of it?" He really didn't care at all at this point. He was still going to fall sleep, the sun would still rise and set, and he would still steal Dakoda's food! |

Violet | F | Wheel Dog | M: Team(ind), Open! Laying in front of the small cabin her small family lived in, Violet huffed. Her harness was snug on her bodice but it still allowed breathing room. Her audits laid flat against her crania. She knew there was a storm brewing, but just hoped she didn't have to pull the sled in this. Flicking her tail, Violet would push herself up, the wolf dog was on the larger side, but, she looked more like a shepherd than anything. Yawning, Violet would push her hind end back and up as she stretched her shoulders and back a bit before she pushed her shoulders forward, moving and stretching her hind legs completely backward. "Vi! Come!" Called a small voice from inside. Violet smiled and slipped in through the dog door her owner had set up for her. Trotting through the warm house, Violet ended up in her little girls room, the dog gently setting her head in the girls lap as her tail thudded the ground. "Good girl." The girl spoke with a giggle before looking over at her dad walked in. Violet let out a bark at him, loving the pets she recieved afterward. "Good Morning Violet, Renesmae.." The mans voice boomed. "Looks like Vi here is needed for the sled team. They leave tomorrow." He sighed. "I'm sure Hallie will take great care of you girl.." He stated, seeing the slight saddened look in the dogs eyes. Violet loved pulling the sled, but wasn't sure about it with the big storm incoming. What would happen? Would they die out there? Forest Wilson | F | 19 | Nome | M: Buck(dir), Towns People, Sled Team (ind) With the sun beaming in through her window and hitting her in the face, Forest was quick to rise. Luckily so as her dog Buck came bounding into the room and onto her bed. "Good morning Buck.." Forest groaned, rubbing her tired eyes before petting the big fluff ball of a dog. Buck barked at her before jumping off the bed and running out to the living area, pawing at the door. Getting up, Forest pulled some warm clothing on and shuffled out side, allowing Buck to do his business. She lived on the main street of Nome, so, seeing everyone awake made her smile a little. That was until she heard about the train not being able to move because of the snow. "Oh no.." She mumbled, looking around. She knew the sled team would be sent out, Buck would be lonely again as pretty much all the dogs on the team were the only other dogs in town. |

Kiara|F|Team Dog|M: Hallie, Tucker __ Kiara blinked lazily as she realized it was morning. She slowly got up from her bed and stood up. The bed beside her was occupied by a huge fluffy white dog, Kiara rolled her eyes, Tucker could sleep all day. She then trotted towards the kitchen to eat some food. Her and Tucker's human was already gone, their human had set out some food for them, which Kiara happily munched. Kiara and Tucker became working dogs because of their human's demanding job. Their human couldn't take care of them during the day so the dogs go over to work for Hallie. Once Kiara finished her food, she noticed Tucker's bed was empty. When she walked outside to look for him she was tackled by a giant fluffy ball of fur. "Tucker, get off of me!" Kiara nudged him with her foot. Tucker jumped up, panting, "Let's go!" He smiled a doggy grin, "I'll race you there!" He took off into the small town streets. Kiara snorted before running after him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Tucker|M|Wheel Dog|M: Kiara, T' Chali, Koda, Hallie, Open __ Tucker bursted through the doggy door Hallie had set up for the dog team with Kiara in pursuit. His tail wagged as he saw T' Chali and Koda in the kitchen. Hallie noticed him and gave him a pat on the head while laughing. Tucker saw T' Chali try to settle down for a nap. Tucker pranced around her happily, "Why are you going to sleep again?" He snorted. "Let's play," he grinned mischievously. ~~~~~~~~~~ Kiara|F|Team Dog|M: Tucker, T' Chali, Koda, Fiery, open __ Kiara rolled her eyes as she saw Tucker trying to bother T' Chali. Her eyes then followed Koda to Hallie's bedroom where there were now loud noises. She went to investigate, which led to Fiery being yelled at by an angry Koda. She winced, all the other dogs were pretty annoyed at Fiery for taking Dakoda's food. |

They realized that the time was... 9:30! If they wanted the dogs to get a morning practice, she needed to get all the dgs here quick. They texted the owners of the dogs that were all missing, and went outside to ready the sled. When they walked outside, they called all the dogs out. The sky was grey, threatening storms. Dakoda | F | Team Dog | M: Ollie (dir), Owners(ind) After her owners had told her about her harness, they immediately went to get it ready. Dakoda stayed ouside, laying on her front porch. Her merled pelt shimmered as the sun hit the snow and reflected onto it. Her thick yet slick fur being rather silky from having just been groomed the night before. Soon enough, the scent of someone familiar hit her nares. Lifting her crania after she opened her eyes, she spotted the dark elkhound and smirked. "Ollie!" She exclaimed, staying where she was. "How am I so deserving of this visit?" She asked with a small smirk, laying her cranium back down onto her paws afterward. Dakoda had always had a thing for the elkhound, but, knew it would most likely never happen. She knew he was way out of her league, but that didn't stop her from the small flirts she sent his way. |

T´Chali grinned and let her tail wag at the sight of him, ¨Well good morning.¨. She raised onto her paws and jumped down from the couch, getting into a playful stalking pose before standing up straight again whenever she saw Hallie starting to harness the dogs. Snow had just seemed to arrive and was coming through the door, the other dogs were socializing. ¨ What's happening? Are we going for a run...?¨ she spoke out loud to herself. T´Chali paused to look at Tucker questioningly before allowing herself to be harnessed, what was happening? After her harness was fit, the fluffy female shook her coat uncomfortably, she was still getting used to a feeling she still wasn't to comfortable with yet. |
