Arion shuffled through his papers, trying to find a way to not have his sister take the shining light. He paced a bit in his room, grumbling to himself before an idea popped into his head. Before he could start planning, he saw Amara walk by and quickly closed the door, not wanting to see her right then. He quickly grabbed his pitch black cloak before he used a secret passageway that each royal had in their room in case something happened. He reached the stall of a pitch black stallion unicorn and hopped up before he took off towards the woods, hearing stories of people around there that could, help him, with his pest problem. / Amara glanced over when she heard a familiar voice and smiled when she saw one of her brothers, Atticus. The two were close, which helped Amara quite a bit whenever she had her shy moments. "Good morning Atticus. Are you ready for the ball" she asked as she pet one of the mares. She watched as someone took off on a unicorn, but she couldnt see their face and assumed it was a guard headed out for patrol, especially with the amount of people who would be showing up. Cobalt had moved to sit on her shoulder as Atticus came over, and the little griffin gave a playful chirping growl as he wanted some attention too. |

Atticus Upon hearing her question, Atticus' icey blue eyes lost their glimmer of joy. He wore a small smile though, he didn't wish to worry Amara. "The ball... I suppose I am ready, many important nobles will be making an appearance. If I wasn't ready they'd eat me alive in court", he replied. The last statement carrying a bit of mirth. His eyes watched his sister carefully as she pet the mare before they drifted towards the mare herself. Horses were rather powerful animals, strong and rather fast. Some even possessed magical capabilities, such as the Unicorn... Still, they were never something he taken much stock in, unless you counted the monetary value of the beasts. Amara enjoyed them, so he done his best to amuse her. Atticus cautiously ran his hand over the mare's neck. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a rider upon a black steed. He eyed them warily for a moment, before the chirp of Cobalt caught his attention. His eyes narrowed on the little heathen. The miniature griffin was one of those things he and Amara couldn't seem to agree on... Cobalt had an odd fondness for biting him, his talons and sharp beak not doing the creature any favors. On a memorable occasion the gremlin took a sizeable chunk from his left hand... Luckily Amara was able to heal it, she was rather skilled in the art of healing. After that incident, Atticus has always been nervous around the Cat Bird. "Good day little Devil...", he said sharply to the creature. He was happy Vhagar was away, the raven seemed to conspire against him with the griffin, Atticus was certain of it. A caw sounded out before Vhagar flew into the stable through an open window, before perching atop his shoulder. She pecked gingerly at his brow in greeting before Atticus removed his hand from the horse and began to pet her. "... And you too, my Riña". Vhagar simply shrieked in reply, seeming to enjoy the petting. His joy returned to his eyes, as his attention returned to Amara. "... And you? Are you ready for the ball?", he asked. |

Aegirs ship had docked earlier that week and he was currently staying at an inn mainly to avoid his father. His father was anything but proud of his pirate son and would constantly nag and annoy him over it. But they sat there differences aside for this ball. He was wearing what he would normally wear out at sea except the fact that he was now wearing shoes. Today he was wearing a white linen shirt with a black waistcoat over and pair of light brown ancle banded pants. His hair as always was pulled back with a piece of leather. "Why must you dress like that?"His father scoffed and pulled on his sons hair. Aegir swatted his fathers hand away and laughed. "Like what a pirate?" Aegir said then stuffed a peice of bread in his mouth and ran away from his father down the street not to far from the inn he was staying at. |

Alexander had finally made it to the kingdome for the ball. Mila for some reason had a lot of pep in her and decided going slow wasnt gonna cut it. As they neared the gates she slowed to a trot than a walk while looking over at Vallen who was a bit winded and just growled lowly vefore rolling his eyes. Cross reached down and patted Mila's neck while looking around " wow, this place hasn't changed a bit. Thank the Gods, I forgot to get the map" he laughed to himself knowing he would've gotten lost had it been changed. They made their way towards the palace stables, Vallen following close behind keeping an eye peeled while the citizens watched them, a man dressed in black and silver armor, riding a white unicorn who's stained with blood and a large wolf looking creature walking at their side. It could be an intimidating sight had the rider not been loving on the unicorn and smiling. |

Of course Hope wa asking the obvious, Matt thought to himself, she seems to like asking me stuff i hate. I rollover again and look at Hope. "Now I am." Matt say's hatred in his voice. Hope had kidnapped Matt when he was a young child and forced him to do many things growing up. Matt wasnt a kidnapper at heart and they knew it, but they seemed to like seeing him struggle. " What is it?" He ask's stubbornly as he got up and sat on the edge of his, rubbing sleep from his eyes. |

Hope flinched slightly. It hadn't been she who kidnapped Matt, she hadn't been old enough to kidnap when he was. Afterall, she had only been 3 years old when he was born. It had been the kidnapper leader at the time, her older brother, Rowan. She had been born into kidnapping, but she had hated it, especially how Rowan had treated Matt and the others, except her. He had somewhat remotely cared for her. She wanted the best for the group, the entire group. This kidnapping would be extremely beneficial, if it went right. "Just checking." she said, an icy tone to her voice, as she conjured static electricity automatically with her mood, making the hair on anyone's arms who was within a five foot radius stand on end. She stroked Nox. "Just wondering if you're ready." she said, before spotting the scout returning. The young man stood breathless, before managing to gasp out. "Man on.....a black unicorn.....headed....this....way." he said, catching his breath and pointing in the direction he had come. Hope immediately stood up and climbed on Nox, and the panther set off at a swift, agile run. They soon came to the edge of the forest and crouched in the underbrush, spotting the man on the black unicorn, Nox's violet eyes barely visible in the underbrush. Hope crouched on his back, waiting to pounce at the man. Eris flew over the kingdom on Obsidian, having been flying for a couple days, having packed enough money, provisions, and clothes for the trip. He flew down and looked around, spotting the castle easily, and landed in a nearby town. He intended to stay a while in the town before heading to the castle, and he went to an inn, got a room, and took Obsidian to the stablles to get him settled, and Ignis stayed behind with the hippogriff. He sighed. 'Almost there.' he thought. |

Arion arrived where he thought this "help" might be. He hopped off the unicorn before he looked around, keeping his cloak over his face to hide who he was. *Nobody can know* he thought as he waited to see if he could spot anyone. After a moment he called out. "Anyone there" he asked, sounding rather annoyed to have not spotted anyone. He walked forward a bit before he looked around more, waiting for a response. ~~~ Amara gave a small glare to Cobalt before she looked back at Atticus. She knew the two didnt get a long at all, but was grateful the two never seemed to fight in front of her. "To be honest, I an rather nervous. So many new faces will be arriving, and its all because mother and father want to throw me this ball" she admitted. "I dont even remember them doing the same for any of you" she said, meaning all three of her brothers, though she would have been too young to remember Arion's in the first place. She looked back at the unicorn mare she had been petting and sighed. |

Esther Smith-open Esther had gotten up early that morning and had put on her normal attire. Today she wearing a black blouse with a black corset over it with a pair of black ancle banded breeches and of course the shoes that she normally wear. She stood outside the kingdom and watched as people entered. After a while she got tired of waiting for her brother aegir to appear and went inside. Shoving her way threw the sea of people. Aegir Smith-open He now stood in front of the kingdom. He stared at it taking in every inch of it. The last time he was in a kingdom was back when he was boy. Everyone was dressed rather nice. Which didn't bother him any this a ball after all. Most probably intended on earning her hand where he could simply care less. After awhile he walked threw the gates and into the kingdom. |

Matt hadnt known exactly who kidnapped him but he always assumed it was Hope. He glared at Hope feeling his hair rise. He got up and quickly followed Hope to bushes, being quick and silent on his feet. When he heard a voice asking anyone there, he decided to cause some mischief. "Who's asking? " Matt asks mockingly, as he pulls up his bandanna. |

Liana woke up to the sound of the palace birds singing. She looks around before slipping out of the silk and satin sheets. She slips her slippers on and stretches slightly. Once she was ready she moved to the vanity of her bathroom. She brushed her hair until it was silky and weaved fresh flowers into her hair. She applied little to none makeup. She moves to the wardrobe and grabs her day gown. She slips it on gently and softens the creases. Liana walks out of the room, and finds Sandy at the bottom of the stairwell." Would you please be a darling and get me breakfast?" She asked. " Of course." Sandy says. Sandy shuffles off to the kitchen a smile on her face. |
