Who wants to start?

(okay, I will start)

I sighed whenever I got out of the ferry, I was here again...I had missed it so much that summer. Not just the workers...mostly the dragons. I had been given the opportunity to ride and train most of the dragons in past years, I had heard that the headmaster had captured some others which was exciting! In the letter I got back at home it said I was going to be riding and training a female named Glow, from the pictures she looked really young. It would be a good challange for me.

I wasnt sure I would be able to ride her but it should be fun to train Glow, I wondered as I walked to the academy what the newer dragons were like...? I would get to see old freinds and hopefully make some new ones, I couldnt ask for a better year!

Glow was nervous not only was she stuck in this stone rectangular room but she heard from some of the older dragons around that there was something called 'taming ' for dragons whatever that ment. She turned the scales around her nose and wings to grey, well at least she could hide in the shadows.

Isa stepped out of the ferry and looked around. She was scared, she has never been here before, but exited too. She was going to see dragons she knew hers was called Icicle and he was an ice dragon but that was all she really knew.

Kate stepped off the ferry like some other kids. Well, atleast ive seen my classmates before i talk to them, Kate thought as she looked around at her classmates or schoolmates. Her gaze then fell upon the school and more importantly, the stables. Kate had met her dragon once before in the introduction to the teachers thing. She....wasnt nice. She spit water in her face, wapped her with her tail, and finally screeched loudly in her ear. Kate shivered just thinking about it. I definitely got the short stick for the dragons, Kate chuckled to herself.

Kate then let out a sigh as the ferry left. She had said goodbye to her parents before the ferry, only about a couple of minutes ago, but Kate missed them already. She picked up her backpack before looking at a picture of her parents that was in her bag. She couldnt help but smile as she peered at the picture. Just then someone bumped into Kate, knocking her and her stuff to the ground. Kate wanted to yell at the person who knocked her down but decided against it. Kate then just sighed before getting and picking up her things.

Blue layed in his stables, fretting the loud noises coming from the schools entrance. That wasnt the only thing he was fretting though. He didnt like his new trainer very much. She was mean and rude. Two things Blue didnt like. He was tempted to escape but he knew better. Out of all these people, surely atleast one of them would see him escaping. Just then Blue heard the stables door opening and he jumped up, clearly scared. When he saw it was only a student he relaxed again before laying down.

Kina and Maji walked through the hallways. They were exploring again. Like dummies. Like, right after the dragon assigning thingy happened, Maji ran off to explore, and guess what? Kina, was also dragged along with her. Maji was too excited, and kinda just being obnoxious, which made her quite annoying. She kind of just sighed in frustration, because she was so annoyed, she slightly wished her sister would calm down already! Why is she so excited over everything?! It's one thing to get excited about a new book, or just be skipping around the hallway like a psycho! How did I manage to block her voice out for this long..? She looked at the wall, and made a very embarrassed look, hoping no one came through here, and saw her 16 year old sister acting like a baby. "Maji..." She started slowly and rubbed her eyes. "Please act your age-"

"What does that mean?!" She shouted loudly. The whole school probably heard that!

"Quiet down, Maji! The whole school will hear us..." She snapped and continued walking down the hallway, and her sister followed closely behind, calmly. I didn't know that was possible... She thought and they continued walking, totally lost, like dummies.

Solar calmly layed down in her stable, waiting for someone to come and say hi to her. So many students... Which one could be my trainer? I hope I get an experienced one this time... Last time was miserable trying to do anything-

Arrietty smiled as she walked into the stables, this was the kids first stop. They got the chance to bond with their dragons...or at least try before they got to training. Ari was so excited but kept calm, she wondered where Axel was...she hadnt seen them that whole summer. Axel and Arrietty had started having something last year at the academy...she had grown to really like them. Arrietty looked arund the stables before seeing a metal stall door saying 'Glow'. She walked over gently and at first didnt see anything, oh wait! There was a greyish/ black smaller dragon in the corner looking up at her. "Hello little one." Arrietty cooed softly, looking down at Glow her red hair falls in front of her face, causing her to jerk up and tuck her hair behind her ear.

Maggot paced around in her stable. What grubby little human will be assigned to "tame her," Maggot laughed at that idea, she wasn't about to let a anyone tame her. "I'll escape," Maggot said in a breathy whisper, "but first I'll have some fun." She smiled and and turned on a white aura that made her look even more intimidating.

Jasper was so excited, she was assigned a dragon! Jasper stepped of the ferry, with some other kids, gleaming. It was a perfect day to meet her dragon and make friends. She looked down at her little doodling book in her hand and flipped through to find the name of her dragon. Jasper smiled to herself and read the name Maggot for the 100th time. Jasper imagined what Maggot would look like, will she be bright pink or a pretty olive green? She imagined Maggot and her flying through so many fluffy clouds. Jasper got a good feeling that her dragon will be the sweetest thing to ever exist. Jasper zoned out of her daydream and almost tripped over a girl picking her stuff of the ground. She smiled and helped the girl pick up her stuff.

Kate felt someone eles almost trip over her and sighed. That was the third time when all she was doing was picking up her stuff. But this time the girl stopped to help. Kate had almost everything picked up but she was grateful for the help. "Thank you." She said as the girl handed her the picture of her family, all cracked now. Kate sighed as she graced her finger over the picture before putting it back in her bag. Once everything was picked up Kate got up and for the first time got a good look at the girl. Kate smiled slightly, "If i remember right, your in first year too? I think i remember you from the meet the teacher thing. Oh, and thanks again, by the way." Kate liked this girl, and she somewhat hoped they would be good friends. After all Kate didnt really have any friends. Sure she had a neighbor who she hung out with sometimes but she wouldnt call her a real friend.

Kina sighed as they continued down the hallway. She looked at her litte sister, knowing she'll never turn around until she's explored the whole entire academy. "Maji, we should go back now. Don't you want to see your new dragon?" She said and was completely ignored.

"So many secrets to be explored! I wonder what they're hiding from us!" Maji shouted excitedly, and recieved a glare from Kia. I sometimes hate her...

"Shhh! Don't tell the whole academy! You need to learn to chill out!" She snapped and Maji smirked at her.

"I will never chill out at the beginning of a new year!" She shouted again and Kia face-palmed.

"Please-"

"I can't wait! I wonder if there is a secret bomb collection here!" She shouted again, interrupting Kia.

"I don't want to think of you with bombs..." She shuddered, already picturing her sister throwing them for no reason. Lets hope there's nothing flammable or explosive here... I know there isn't, but if Maji found anything destructive, it would destroy the whole academy... "Maji... Come on, we're going back."

"Nahhh! I want to explore more!" She shouted even louder and got another glare from Kia.

"But... There's nothing but hallways here. What is there to explore? Huh?" She said to her little sister and then grabbed her hand, turned around, and pulled her back towards where the other students were.

"Oh come on! You're so boring!" She grumbled and pulled against her, but was easily outstrengthed and continued being dragged back. "Ugh!"

Isa walked the distance to the stables. As she entered she looked around the rose of stalls wondering were her dragon could be. She looked around nun confusion for a second then decided to look in a random direction.

Glow looked at the human for a moment, studying her slightly. Glow flexed her wings maybe she could escape if the trainer opened the stall door.
