Siku/ Siku Pride, dominant lion

Siku smiled at Aria.'Why of course you can. But it is weird that Maripoza vanished', he said. He then sat up and looked around the clearing.'By sky, where is she???'

He sighed and again smiled at Aria.

'Well, you may announce to everybody that you will be the temporary dominant while Maripoza is gone. Of course, if you want'.

Ivy/ Chaos Pride, lioness 1

'Yes of course I will be temporarily a dominant. Indigo is better leader than me', she said humbly.

Zura/ Ajihad Pride

The female snarled "what do you mean?" she questioned with a confused expression. She was known for her anger getting out of control, especially when it came to the ones she loved. "are you saying she gave birth" her face showed shock as she spoke. "if so then we can't just leave her, she could get attacked be hyenas or a nomad!" she worried frantically.

Aria nodded to Siku. "Thank you" she said. She let out a roar to call the pride over. She twitched her tail as she waited. "I promise once Maripoza returns I'll step back down" she told him.

Amara/ Ajihad Pride

Amara nodded gratefully to them before she took off to the den. She reached Ajihad and looked at him. "Are you alright" she asked as she gave him a quick nuzzle. She figured that the cubs would have been alright with Astrid.

Luna/ Ajihad Pride

Luna squealed as she tried finding someone to nestle into. She gave a growl and attempted roar that was only louder squeaks.

Aslan/ Ajihad Pride

Aslan looked at Zura. "Maybe we should try to go out early tomorrow and surprise them, or at least try to with more prey" he said as he glanced around. He motioned for the two to head back as he picked up a leg to help.

Tara growled even more. She had been starting to really trust Indigo, and now the cub felt more abandoned than before. Storming off she headed back to the watering hole, glaring at anyone who looked at her.

Amber kept close to Echo, wondering more and more why Tara seemed to be in such a bad mood. She gave a sigh before she walked up to Chaos. "Is it still alright if Echo and I sleep next to you tonight" she asked as she wondered what Ivy would say as well.

Kira sighed. She wanted to go after Tara and bring her back, but she still didn't know how everything in the pride worked. It was strange to her for a cub to be like this. Had she still been with Scar he would have killed the cub. She shuddered at the thought. Scar had been ruthless to the cubs, making them into his personal army.

Echo followed behind Amber, though was looking around the camp still. He was trying to learn and remember everyone's names, but it was hard when Amber wanted him super close. *She will grow out of it* he thought.

Nyasi/ Chaos Pride, cub

Nyasi whined a bit as Lilacia snapped at his mother. Why was she so angry? He ran away to the water hole, and spotted Tara. He got the shudders as Tara glared at him, but he didn't care. He just wanted to be by the water.

He lapped up a bit of fresh water and stared into his moving reflection. He clearly saw his own eyes, and was once again proud he had his mother's amber eyes.

He stayed quiet, as he didn't want to annoy Tara, and instead remembered how he pounced on Chaos's tail. That was funny!.

Jasiri/ Chaos Pride, lion 2

Jasiri perked up as Lilacia growled at Ivy. Finally somebody else was annoyed with that arrogant lioness. He would've loved to snap at her himself, but he already got scolded by Indigo and that was a scary experience.

Ivy/ Chaos Pride, temporary dominant

Ivy took control of herself. She didn't expect that Lilacia would snap at her like that.

'I don't think we should', she steadily said, 'Every lioness leaves their pride when giving birth as we could injure or kill her cubs. But then, you are right about the hyenas. That was quiet an attack from them earlier today. We should just patrol around where we think she could be hiding and get rid of any possible enemies'.

'Is that fine with you?', she asked Lilacia, hoping that the creme lioness would get some sense.

Siku/ Siku pride, dominant lion

Siku nodded at Aria.

'Don't worry too much. Maybe even you will stay a dominant if Maripoza won't come back in three days. That is very irresponsible of her leaving her pride'.

Zura/ Ajihad Pride

Zura tilted her head at Aslan.

'That is a nice idea', she mumbled through a mouthful of antelope, 'We could ask Khaleesi if she would like to join us. Maybe even Zeak also'.

She started to tug at the antelope and made little progress.

I might have indigo come back if we do do a timeskip, like perhaps she starts to feel. Homesick and miss lilacia and chaos)

Morning

Ajihad

Ajihad was happy to be feeling back to normal. He knew that for a while his pride had been afraid that he wouldn't be around to see his cubs grow up. He had left the den early to patrol his territory border. He was carefully marking the scent marks. He couldnt wait to get back to see his rolly polly cubs. It had taken a while for the sickness to leave him. This was his third time patroling the border by himself, since he had been sick.

Astrid/Ajihad Pride

Astrid yawned and woke up. She went around and nudged lions and lionesses and asked them if they wanted to go hunting. If they didn't they could stay and watch over the cubs. She waited outside for them to gather. She took a little snack from the remains of the prey pile. She had to thrust her muzzle through the flies that were gathering on the carcass.

Khaleesi/Ajihad Pride

Khaleesi woke up, when Astrid nudged her awake. She heard Astrid's quiet words and went to meet her outside. "Who will watch the cubs if we go hunting?" she yawned. She stretched and yawned during her process of waking up. She glanced back at the den entrance waiting for the others to exit the den. Khaleesi saw Astrid chomping on food, and she decided that that would be a good idea for her to do. She went over the the prey pile and grabbed something to eat.

Chaos

Chaos was up before the sun rose. He patrolled everyday, hoping that Indigo and his cub would come home. He trusted that Ivy could take care of the others if he was gone for a little while. He spent the most time on the border where the prides touched. He often visited where he had buried the still born cubs. He looked around before he moved on.

Azrael/Damu Pride

Azrael hadn't slept with his pride. He had fallen asleep somewhere on the territory. He was old and lonely. He decided to catch something for himself to eat then he would return to his pride and see what they wanted him to do. Aria had now been the dominant lioness for 6 months and no one had replaced her. Azrael checked out the scents on Ajihad's border. He also caught a rabbit nearby. He ate the whole creature and he headed back to the den.
