Long, sickle like claws tapped gently at the ground as the feathered male rested near the others quietly preening at his plumage. His head turned to face the Second when she approached the hunters asking of their task she has given them earlier. With Alley answering the blue-green make felt no need to do so himself. However, before he returned to his grooming, wanting to pull traveling hitch hikers like twigs and leaves from his feathers, he heard Nightmares call for one of the Micros in the pack. He shifted into an alert stance and walked in the direction of the greyscaled female and clicked softly. "I can go look for her?" He offered to no one in particular, simply awaiting approval before setting off.

She was exhausted, and it had taken her forever to get within a mile of the camp. She heard Nightmare yelling, and her stomach sank. They noticed... She thought. She staggered back to camp, hiding in the bushes just above the main center, peering around, looking for a way to sneak back in unnoticed.

I turned my head to see Khazhak "That would be great," I said in relief, I was still worried. "Alsaela has a bad tendency to wander, she is the more curious micros of this season," I said with a worried look. I looked around for her more, listening for her. I had a bad sense of smell, so I always relied on my other senses. In this case, it was a bad thing.

Hearing the anger in the Alpha's voice scared her. Silently, she backed away, and once out of earshot, snuck off again, not wanting to face the anger she knew was building up. She heard a crackle in the bushes nearby, and a familiar scent of one of the hunters caused her to look around.

My head snapped to Blu, our alpha who comanded us to find the lost micro. I quickly got to work and let me senses lead. As i walked around the edges of camp i found nothing but as i wandered away from camp i smelled something. Not a big creature, small..... Alsaela! I quickly spoke "Ive found you, little one. Lets get back to camp now." I wouldve normally scolded her but i knew she would get lots of that from others once she got back.

She looked up at Alley, fear in her eyes. She sighed and followed Alley.

Alley could see the fear in Alsaela's eyes as she began to walk back to camp. "Im the least of your worries little one, so dont fret me. Though you shouldnt run off like that. Why do you do it anyways?" Alley was purely curious about why the Alsaela always ran off.

She hung her head down a bit, walking oddly close to Alley's leg.

"I don't know." She squeaked out. You could hear the trembling in her voice as she continued. "I want to do something great. Maybe then..." Her voice trailed off into a whisper to low for Alley to hear.

I paced waiting for someone to find something. I watched them search for her, I felt bad not being able to help. All I could do was sit and wait with the rest of the micros. Thankfully they were all sitting bunched together, they were more scared of why everyone was searching. I sat down and cooed to them attempting to calm them.
