"I don't mind the quiet. But sometimes it can be a bit much," Vinnie replied with a loose shrug. "It has good food and stuff, that's what matters most right?"
Food. Vinnie let out a slow breath and pushed one hand through his hair. It would be fine. Just... tense awkward situations at first. They just weren't sure about each other's boundaries yet. Or so he told himself. |

Milos mind went wild with all the ways he could kill someone the slowest being sickness transfer. All he had to do was take a sickness from someone and touch someone else to transfer it. 'Come back to me.' Something whispered into ear. He could feel something grab his shoulders but when he looked over his shoulder nothing was there. . Milo wasn't sure he enjoyed the silence right about now and being around vinnie was starting to irritate him. What was his problem? All he was trying to do was sooth things over by showing that understands that not everyone has to like dark creatures. But with every word he felt like he was stricking vinnie or vinnie was stricking him. After this interaction it would probably be best to avoid this guy. . "Yes it can be much." They smiled at his eyes . They made him want to touch his hair. He restrained himself from doing all of that and prized his eyes if the Angel before Theo noticed something weird going on with him. He looked at the movie. It was newd fine snd Samuel still did not know what it was about because his eyes kept going back to Theo like a magnet. He blinked rapidly multiple times and crocuses in the final scenes. |

Human movies are so practicable these days they should really make new ones that don't have a fixed plot. Sam exited after Theo and put his rubbish in the bin by the sit . He thought long and hard about Theo's question. " Mmm Chinese or Pizza...Tough question." After a few seconds though he answered after some tough debating with himself " Mmmm Chinese's sounds good, what is your view, Pizza or Chinese?" He looked at his friend trying not to grin. Grinning was an old habit of his when he did not know what to do with himself . He also was grinning at how prophetic Theo sounded, it nearly made him blush. Sounding prophetic and future telling were the two things that could equal cuteness in Sam's heart. |

Either way, he kept moving, glancing back at Milo several times. Perhaps there was an emotion behind his jaded eyes? Who knew. It was hard to tell with him. He took in a deep breath before waving one hand idly. Whatever. He would work with it. This would be alright. Though he doubted he could--or even would--go back to interacting with people after this. It had been too long and he was just making an absolute mess of whatever he was trying to do. Of course, trying being keyword. But he wasn't about to leave just up and right then. Sam lifted an eyebrow. "Are you sure you want to know that? It can be... a bit unnerving," his tentacles rolled outward as he pulled the human deeper into the castle. "But it's amazing, isn't it? So much fun," he flashed Jake a short grin. "And it's all empty--well, mostly empty--there is one merfolk left who likes to think he owns the place now. Tch, compared to me?" He flicked his hand to his own chest. "He's nothing. Which, obviously, is why you chose me to help guide you through. Because I can protect you!" Or would he? |
