Abraham's mother ask "could I have a glass of water please?" She look at them as she was unsure of how they were going to react. Abraham listened and smiled as he knew that they were going to get a long with each other. Ranger began to shift back into human form as he listened. He said "I can understand about wanting to protect your younger sibling." He look at Serenity. He added "I will get you flowers than. I just want to show how much I care and love you." He look at her happily. He was calm. |

" Absolutely." Amber said walking away from the group and went into the kitchen to grab the glass of water. " You know, I think Serenity should come and stay, I know she found her mate and all, but it just does'nt seem the same without her. You know? I think imma go find her and ask her to come back home." She then walked back to them and handed the glass to her " Your free to stay as long as you want. You are part of the family now. "Ranger..." Serenity began as she nuzzled her head into his neck" There is nothing in this world you would or could do wrong. No matter what you do will be a pleasure to my eyes" Days turned into weeks and Serenity began to feel homesick. She missed the warmth of her parents home, her brothers around her. She remembered when she would go into one of their rooms and snuggle under the covers. Afraid of the dark. But now... the dark was afraid of her. " Ranger, honey? I think we should head to my parents house... I miss it. Not that I dont love living here with you. I just... Want to you know.. be with family after all we went through. Plus I want you to meet Albie. An old friend of fathers." She got off the bed and sat at the edge, yawning."come on,Ranger, it'll be fun. You'll see my brothers and family. I wish I could have met yours before we became mates, but its no big worry." She then stood up, changed in to fresh clothes, and her phone, before looking over at Ranger. (what if the brothers had to enlist for the war? And wouldnt be returning.) |

Abraham listened and nodded in agreement as he did miss having Serenity around. He sighed as he knew that she only loved her brothers and mother more. Abraham's mother said "Thank you." She took the glass and smiled happily. Ranger listened to her and said "I was going to ask you if you wanted to go and see your family again. Well you might be able to meet my younger sister. She is going to be coming into the forest soon thanks to some guy who is a park ranger. I don't know his name." He chuckled as he felt scared that she might not want to meet his younger sister. {Sure.} |

Amber saw the sadness in his eyes and walked back to his side " oh darling... dont worry about her. She will be back sooner than you think. Then we can have some time with her and Ranger. Since he is part of the family now. And invite Albie." " Of course." Serenity said " Oh the park ranger? He has a girlfriend? Your sister?... Well gee what a lucky man that man is" she chuckled before yawning and shifted into her animal form come on.. lets get home and hang out.
What she didnt know what that her brothers would have news that would haunt Serenity.
By the time they came home, Serenity shifted back to human and ran to her parents, giving them a hug. Thats when her brother came out " Serenity... we have knews for you...its best if you sit down. "
Serenity looked at Her parents before rolling her eyes " if this is a joke, I wont have it. "
" its not a joke... just go sit down." they said Serenity reluctantly sat down, her eyes on her brother." Ok... what..dont keep me waiting..."
" We are going over seas,Serenity, And prolly wont ever be coming back"
Intense silense.
But then Serenity looked up at Ranger. " you better go, Ill be back at the house before nightfall. I'll meet your sister then." |

Abraham listened and said "Alright. I will invite Albie." He smiled at Amber as he knew that Albie would always be there for the kids and them if they ever needed his help. Abraham hugged Serenity back but he saw what had happened. He look at Amber and whispered "I don't Ranger wanted to leave." He felt bad for what had happened. Ranger look at her and listened. He only nodded and he left. He ran from there almost like he was did hurt by what Serenity said. Ranger got back to the house but he refused to talk to anyone as he went to lay down. He was laying on the ground as he was hurt that Serenity made him leave. Ranger knew that his sister was not going to be showing up since she had to go see a doctor about something. Ranger began to fall asleep as he did not want to go back outside. |

" You cant be leaving home! We need you. I need you" Serenity said looking at both of her brothers in turn " This has to be a misunderstanding.."
Then looked at her mother " Mom... dont let them leave.. please"
" Im sorry, Sis... but we must leave now. "
Serenity snarled as she stood up before walking out the door, shifting into her animal form and ran off to the house she made for herself and Ranger.
The boys sighed as they too shifted and ran off. Never to be seen or heard of again.
When Serenty got closer to the house, she shifted back to human " Ranger, darlin?" she asked, walking to the house " Please hear me out..."
She got to the door and slightly opened it. " I... I know I made the mistake of forcing you to leave. Im beginning to make the mistakes my mother made with father. I wish I never did that to you."
She then headed towards the one bedroom and saw him, sleeping. She gave up taking and sat at the door, her back against it. looking at the figure on the bed " Forgive me...I was foolish" She whispered, placing her head in her lap, her knnes to her chest. |

Ranger woke up when he heard her. He shifted into his were lion creature and he went to her. Ranger said "I forgive you. I am just going to stay home from now on. My sister never showed up as she had to go to the doctor." Ranger look at her as he was unsure of what was going to happen next. Ranger was feeling a little calm as he did forgive her. Ranger gave her a hug as he was trying to feel a little happy that she was there with him but Ranger knew that she would be sad for a while. |

" Thanks, Ranger. For being here. For me" Serenity said stroking his fur. "I shouldnt have been so... mean to you back there. You dont have to go anywhere you dont want to go. Even if its my parents house. " then she topped to clm herself a little bit more "Is there something wrong with her? Will she be ok?"
Haveing to talk about omething else other than her brother, helped her calm down. but it wasnt talking about them that the memories would come back, it would be going back to her parents house and finding it quiet.
Amber and Abraham would have no more kids. But that wouldnt stop Serenity. She had Ranger now and she planned on starting a family when everything almed down and the two of them were settled in. It would be three years til Serenity would have twins and four years after that should would have her third. But it wouldnt be her last. |

Ranger listened to her and he said "Its ok Serenity. I will always be here for you. My sister is pregnant and well she wanted to check up on the baby." He gave her a hug. He was relax as he was understanding and he did not want her to feel bad after she had made him leave her parents house. Ranger was feeling safe now as he look at her. Ranger knew that he would be there with her and their future kids. |

Days weeks, a year went by. Even a few storms. But nothing the pair couldn’t handle. “ Ranger. One year gone.” She said walking up to him “ what will the next year bring? Will it be as fruitful as this year?" She thought about it " Awe. your sister will be the best mother she can possibly be, ranger. Ill let my parents know so they can go congratulate them. They know the park ranger pretty well. He did a lot of favors for them way before mom has us kids" |
