Sandstorm's ears shot up, from in the woods came a long howl, the howl of the pack! As a warrior Sandstorm was always ready to battle, getting on his feet he ran toward the noise. "Ahrooo!" There it came again, the sound let him to the waterfall close to the camp, following the sent of his packmates he jumped up onto a boulder and stopped when he saw what was before him. Tempest the alpha and Dallas one of his fellow warriors were standing in a clearing faced with dogs. Dogs! His instinct was to run into the battle and bite everything he came into contact with but he thought about it for a minute, there were two dogs that he could see but there could be many more hiding in the bushes. There were only two wolves from his pack out there, Tempest and Dallas, well his instinct won that time. Bounding of the rock he ran strait toward the closest dog. |

Night Hawk heard a wolf howl, then another. "Niko, follow me as soon as you can." He said to her quickly before running into the woods away from the ridge. Most would think he was running away but his packmates knew him better. Slipping around the trees, he came behind the wolves on the ridge. Instead of engaging in battle, he followed the scent of the wolves back towards their camp. He knew Niko would be hot on his trail shortly. He made his way and finally made it to the wolf camp. Letting out a howl to Niko, telling her he found the camp, he bolted back into the forest. His small form weaved in and out of the trees before jumping off the ridge right onto a red wolf that seemed to have a white brindle. Keeping balance on top of the female, he dug in his claws biting her ears. |

Lily woke up stretching. She padded out of her makeshift den going to find some herbs in case they made it earlier than expected. Taking a drink in a nearby stream, she almost bumped into a tree. . .again. She sighed, she couldn't wait to explore the territory and get a feel of where everything was. Picking up the scent of mouse. Going into what she thought was the hunter's stalk, she brushed through the long grass managing to catch its tail snapping its spine before it scurried away. Eating it quickly, she picked up the scent of marigold. Taking the stalks gently, she snapped off a couple leaves, noting where it was so she could find it again. Following her scent back to camp, she set them in her makeshift den before heading out again. Lily hadn't gone far before she heard a wolf howl. Then another. Uh oh. She thought before bolting back to camp. She ran into a couple trees shaking her head before finally making it back to camp. "We are being attacked!" She yipped into the makeshift dens to the wolves that were still asleep. Quickly making her way around, she heard Night Hawk scuttle out the wrong way and pondered why for only a second. Oh right, Night scouts to see how many before coming from behind. She thought rolling her eyes. She got to the trees, almost tumbled in a thorn bush, before she got to a small hill where she could watch the battle from a distance. |

Tempest | 3 | Alpha Female | Wolf Pack | M: Dallas, Sandstorm, open. Tempest snarled, leaping towards the closest dog, who happened to be the biggest. "Let's get this over with as quick as we can," Tempest said maliciously. She leaped onto the dog's back, and the dog couldn't manage to get Tempest off, as she was such a massive, heavy wolf. She tore at the dog's back, blood gushing out of the wounds and pooling underneath, staining the grass red. Until, finally, the dog collapsed on the ground, dead. Tempest started to turn away from the body when she felt a sharp pain in her side. Another dog, a big black and white one with pointed ears, had rammed Tempest in the side. To Tempest, the dog kind of looked like a wolf, in a way. But that didn't matter, she was still going to kill it. Quickly, Tempest lunged at the big dog's throat, ripping it out as blood splattered everywhere. Tempest's newly cleaned white pelt was now stained with blood, of course, it wasn't her blood. "There must be more hiding somewhere," Tempest muttered, wondering where the big, wolf-looking dog had come from. |

Night Hawk wrestled the wolf down before swiftly knocking her out. Looking around, he smelled blood but decided that maybe alpha would like the wolves to have an example. Pulling the wolf towards camp, he thought it over. Finally getting to the camp, he set two guards on the female wolf before bounding over to Niko and the alpha. "Alpha, we have a wolf captive. I thought we might make an example out of it to the other wolves. Or hold him hostage and kill all the wolves that way or something." He shrugged, letting them know that he was simply putting out ideas and that they could do whatever they pleased with the wolf. |

Delta was shocked! One minute she was walking to find Sandstorm and thank him for his gift and the next minute a big german shepard had knocked her to the ground and started clawing and biting her. "Stop it!" she yelled unknowingly, "Stop it right now you big bully!" The brown and black dog didn't budge. She stuggled to get to her feet but couldn't move under the dog's weight. Delta tried to move her head but Night Hawk was biting her ears and it only made the pain worse. "Leave me alone!" she yelled still struggling to get loose, but after a little she lay still, maybe if I stop he will leave me alone! Delta thought. The pain lessened, he had let go of her ear! She lay still for a little longer hoping he would stop soon. "Let go," she wispered quietly, trying to get her paw free but the world turned black as his paw came crashing down on her head. |

Eagle nodded at Yasha. "Good. Thank you." Just then, a resounding howl came from somewhere. Ears shooting up, Eagle bolted toward the direction of the howl, jumping over logs and rocks. He tripped over rocks and sticks but never stopped until he reached a ridge. Hiding behind a tree, he saw a bloody battle raging on. Time to be daring again and suffer the wrath of Tempest, Eagle thought with a slight chuckle. He knew Tempest would rage at him for days if he interrupted the battle. But that's exactly what he did. Jumping into the middle of a dog and a wolf, Eagle shouted, "Stop!" The wolves and dogs stopped and stared at him. Eagle said, "Fighting won't help." Nodding to Tempest, who was snarling, he said, "You like killing. You like battle. Why is it that every week you get in a fight with dogs? Can't you just get in a fight with some deer? Or a stag? Or even a fox or coyote." To the dogs, he said, "Did you guys start this fight? You can fight, but it is not the best way. How about you all make a deal? I can give you some time to think about it."
Eagle smiled to himself and walked in the direction of the dog pack. He was going to meet with their leader. Eagle was always on good terms with the dog pack, and he hoped that he could help bring peace.
And that's when he yelped in pain as something came crashing down on his head, knocking him unsconcious. He collapsed with a groan. |

Tempest | 3 | Alpha Female | Wolf Pack | M: Eagle (briefely), Dallas, Sandstorm, Delta (ind.) Open "Hey, you!" Tempest roared. "Interrupt my battle again, and I'll kill you," she finished as Eagle was walking away. Tempest signaled for her warriors to keep on fighting, saying, "don't listen to that weak joke of an alpha," before she lifted her head into the air, trying to get Eagle's scent so that she could follow it to see which way he had went. However, it was masked by the strong scent of blood, dog... and Delta? Tempest followed Delta's scent, soon picking up another scent. It was a dog's, and it'd headed straight towards the Wolf Pack's camp. "Dallas! Sandstorm! We've got to abandon the battle!" Tempest said, her voice full of alarm and the slightest bit of anger. "The Dog Pack's found the camp!" Without another word, Tempest took off towards her camp. (Sorry for the messiness, I was in a rush lol) |

Niko got quite confused with all the action that was being took, she slowed her mind when she saw Night bring a wolf back towards camp. " Hmmm....." She said as she looked at the ginger coated wolf, she could feel herself needing to take the wolves life but she held back. Her muzzle rippled as she stared at the body, her claws dug into the dirt. She shook her head, one hue still on the body. She turned her head towards the alpha to see what he/she had to say. |

Night Hawk dipped his head to the alpha, before turning to Niko. "I found the Wolves camp. We can attack there to draw them off our scouts and then circle around to pick them off. I will show you where the camp is but be careful of thorns and brambles." He turned his head to two fighters that were still in camp. "Guard that wolf like your life depends on it, got it?" He said in a serious voice before taking off into the woods. (Ick, short sorry) |
