So last night my mom and I decided that imma start going to a different mental health clinic for 3 main reasons. Reason 1, my therapist stopped working at the health clinic I am at and they still haven't given me a new therapist. It's been 3 weeks. Reason 2, when I went in for my psych evaluation, they didn't actually test me to see exactly what's wrong and what I need, and Reason 3 when I went in for my psych evaluation, they doubled the anxiety meds my doctor has put me on which 1 is not the right meds for me, and 2 messed me up even worse

I'm homeschooled so its a bit different for me but I would say
pay attention and take notes
ask for help when you need it
try to avoid procastinating(when you don't procastinate theres no pressure or added stress)
and make good friends! that won't influence you to skip school and stuff and also good friends who don't pressure you into doing bad stuff are really amazing
and most importantly shes going to kick butt!
(maybe leave the last part only if you want to tho XD)
