Oh my goodness, that's so cute! I don't have many good examples of my work right now because I've mostly done other people's characters recently, but I'll try to put together an idea of all the nonsense I can make XD
First, here's my stylized headshot design that I've been offering people. I can offer some small changes to the lineart (like the horns in this case) and fill it in with colors as best I can based on images you've got. (I made it over a WP wolf so it fits perfectly for my alpha's color placement, but not much else so perfectly XD) I think I've been charging 250 for this:
Here's my fully cartoony style. This is a deer base I'm making adoptables out of, but I think I could easily make an adapted version for your character here/a canine base out of it. If you're ok with me using the base for selling to other people once I make it, I'll just charge my standard lineart fill price, 250 mush. If not, if you want your own exclusive lineart, I'd charge more.
Here's an example of my slightly cartoony style. I can add some shading, can do full body or headshot, but this hopefully shows you the style at least. Pricing would depend on what you want me to draw here (headshot? Full body? Extra items? Etc.)
I don't have any canine characters around for an example but here's a look at my more realistic style. You could give me whatever posing you would like, etc. I charge 1 apple/1,000 mush an hour for this kind of work (likely 5+ hours)
