Ktita is free and amazing, many texture brushes for free, animating tools and etc. make sure to go to the website to download it though. Third party applications will charge you money for it. Steam and Windows app store try to cheat you |

Krita, Medibang, Autodesk Sketchbook, Procreate and FireAlpaca are all solid choices for laptop/PC art apps! |

Nova Thats great that youÂ’re getting into digital art! A tip I give most artists is a) try multiple apps to find one that works for you and b) use (if possible) layers |

I can't believe I used to torture myself using Microsoft Paint. XD |

Ibis Paint X is a really good beginner's program. Straightforward tools and free to use. |

Oh my got the event guide is so awfully outdated. Someone remind me to start updating it tomorrow. Lucius I double checked, it is the February event </3 just missed it LMAO I bet, I bet. Making customs is so addicting though,,, |

Nova It often doesn't matter what you use for art. What matters most is finding a technique that works for you, practice and practice some more. |

@Nova I use Medibang and haven't had any problems and it's free so that's a plus. |
