See, for example is an apprentice is apprenticed to a higher role. They need 2 years to grow up into that role, by then (for example take my Akashi) Fenrys would be 7 and ready to retire. Same with Xiomar and most of the others.

Shakiras are more fluid, you can have as many of those as you want really.

No. They do not.. They are picky is.. what I'm trying say. They want certain wolves to take the Beorn and Akashi position as it is mostly a lifetime position and very important of the pack. So they train from 1 til their mentor is ready to be done or dies.

So they have to be careful to who they choose.
