mh i feel that. i have to get into the doctor for daily headaches but been avoiding it because every time i go they just prescribe some kind of medication, not ever a solution. i hope you're able to find time soon!

Maybe he was supposed to have been the next leader of the Dawn Pack before the exiling happened. So when the leaders came to a decision to banish all of the hybrids, he was furious and banded together with some other hybrids to take down the previous leader. And now he simply wants to rule so he's coming up with a plan to overtake the pack(s).

Rudd eventually stepped up as Dawn's new leader which Alarik would have found out from either someone in Dawn's pack or from someone like Leona and Ruslan. If they didn't agree then they would have left Alarik's group.

Alarik would still be furious once he found out.

Sure! So, since the leader is already taken down the group would have already been together. Would you like for her, Alarik, and the rest of the group(NPC's, if nobody else is interested) to sort of have a hidden camp area where they stick together?

Hmm. They could live on the outskirts of the Dawn Pack, I was thinking maybe somewhere with a rockier/mountainous terrain, a forest below them, maybe a stream or something of that sort^^
