Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

wait I am dumb but I just realized that Peter is deaf-

Juniper's mom is mute and has to use sign language so maybe Henry, Juniper, and Peter can all communicate more easily once the group of survivors reunite?
