I know we're good on pack members - it's just I want Southern Winds to start with a decent number for it to be plausible for them to have taken this portion of territory . Because a group of 3 wolves can easily be driven off minus a group of 12 when the pack is almost similar in size |

Worst case, you could always think about filling those leftover roles with nameless NPCs until the ranks are filled! |
