I decided that Vix's recruiter probably died, so someone can be her handler. I was thinking maybe the leader calls everyone in after he hear Vix's most recent report from her handler and everyone is alarmed about the treaty, so it'll probably be the acolyte's first time at the hideout and someone has to bring Vix in. I'd imagine that some acolytes they check them regularly and some are just swung by when they need specific information. And maybe there was an event that wiped a lot of the Syndicate out within the last five years or there were a few events. |
