I'm so excited to start! We should only need A guitarist, A sound crew & A bodyguard for TBR before we can start!

also, Is Maria A newly hired manager or is she an existing one?

If she's newly hired, she would most likely meet the band and also discuss the next steps for the record deal. Oh and would she be the one who got the record deal for them or was that A band member's doing?

Also, the record deal (to me) seems like the doing of some sort of scout that was at one of their showings, whether by secret or maybe by the request of the manager.

I'll make her new! She probably sent requests to record label scouts to try and secure A deal.
