Alright :) Should we have a more predetermined rebel force? (Under Commander Hoffen)? As in, they already know they are going to rebel and are currently plotting? Or should it slowly build? (worried about the 'slowly' bit) |

I think this is good, but with a small edit: Only Hoffen and a few others from his regiment know that they're going to rebel, but some of them don't? |

Maybe Axel and Hoffen can have a pretty good idea that they're going to rebel, but the chief cull doesn't know at all - that would add drama. |

I like the idea of a rebel canine force. It would work well with Hoffen's backstory and his current motivations. I think he would try and help organize the rebels discreetly because he wants Beta to think he is under their command for as long as possible ^^ |
