I really don't want to exile. I think seriously injuring let's say Cascade it will strike more fear and Cascade would be a walking reminder of anyone that steps out of line.

WAIT. Imagine if Cascade had a villain arc, too. Malaki and the alpha female are on one extreme end of the spectrum when it comes to pairings, but what if they're not the ONLY ones with extreme opinions?
Like, what if we can somehow show that being too extreme in your opinion, no matter what opinion (for or against the pairings) is not a good thing?

I personally don't feel like Cascade would go down a villain route. Maybe she could take charge of the rebellion and be like a vigilante or something?
