You can go to Realm > Marketplace > Barter > Apples and under Pack Expansion it should give you the option to buy 5 slots for 10 apples.
Other than that, you can get Hearthstones in Realm > Marketplace > Warrior Emporium which will give you 1 den slot and cost 50 claws, which you get from exploring during the Wolves of Warfare event.

Wait, hold on a moment.

The ZLE announcement said that it would be keeping an eye on single and recently married women, and Salem advised that the spies and assassins "pair up" (probably without knowing the other's true intentions) to avoid being caught. However, the ZLE never said that it'll be suspecting women married to each other...
