I worked as a busser, and that kitchen was nasty, but there was also stuff going on behind the scenes. My boyfriend worked in a couple different kitchens, and they were only clean because he would spend all his free time scrubbing. I'm not saying all are that dirty, because what you're describing is horrendous, and I also used to live in a pretty rural area. I feel like clean resturants are only like that because one or two people care to keep it clean (again, not saying all. Some have great staff that actually try their best and care about food safety)

Excuse me for one moment, I must greive for my lost panther. Three sessions in, only third level. Take this lesson to heart, children, do not attempt to fight God at 14 years old. Especially when said God can control your animal companion. ~_~
