Anyone else spent the campaign-less Covid times just churning out characters?

Yeah I just kept making characters with dark and complicated stories or characters that make zero sense. ^^'

I always make my characters based on their stats. That can result in some very strange combinations. I've built characters with only one great stat, or one absolute shit stat. Once I tried to play a character who had 11s in every stat. His whole 'thing' was that he was utterly average. Human male, 5' 6", longsword & shield wielder, fighter class, chainmail armor. His deep and highly compelling backstory was that the stars half-aligned at birth, ending up with him being born COMPLETELY normal. His stats, abilities, luck, face, voice, even personality. His fate was to be the median, the example that would describe the entirety of the human race. Even his death would be average.

I'll get my post out in a minute (currently working on an angsty Ethan scene), but I first wanted to just give you guys this wholesomeness. I was re-reading part of one of mine and Socrate's past RPs and I rediscovered this scene which I still adore. *P.S. In this RP Leroy had the animal transformation power, and him, Axel, and one of Socrate's characters (Shehan) were developing a relationship* Enjoy! - His first thought was; 'What the hell?!?' And his second; 'Really? A rabbit? Of ALL the things, it had to be a RABBIT?!?' "Okay, can you at least understand me? Please tell me you can, or I'm going to lose it." Leroy snapped, disgusted by the fact that his voice sounded so high and squeaky. Axel stared. Leroy, his human friend had, quite literally, turned into a white, fluffy rabbit in front of his eyes. For a moment, the small boy was speechless, then he slowly reached out a hand to the creature. "L-Leroy, is that r-really you?" He asked nervously, and the rabbit squeaked in response, starting to bounce around in a circle, obviously frustrated. Then Axel, the boy who never really showed any emotions other than pain, sadness, embarrassment, fear, and occasionally annoyance, suddenly lit up, a smile crossing his face. "Oh m-my goodness! You're s-so cute!" He exclaimed, sounding like a child. Leroy, who had been stomping (or rather, hoping in a way that he thought looked angry but really just looked harmless and adorable) around, froze. His little bunny nose twitching and his floppy ears reddening. He had forgotten that Axel was such a big animal lover, and he certainly hadn't expected him to react like that. "C-can I p-pick you up, Leroy, p-please?" Axel begged, holding out his arm which Leroy, very uncharacteristically, turned and hopped into. Shooting a very smug, wide-eyed look at Shehan as he cuddled into Axel's arms. The smaller boy cooed over Leroy, stroking his white fur and toying with his ears.

Adapa noooo! Don't show them the wholesomeness! Though at least it isn't a wholesome scene by me, I cannot let them know of my wholesome capabilities.
