I love Cal's relation with Ariethous- One thing though, none of the group would actually know of Ariethous's home life or mental health, as my dude would totally keep that hidden(or at least try to)

That's a beautiful idea. I'm pinning this to show how canon this is. Canis Inanis said: The two have literally never said, signed, or written a word between them. That's how good the connection is. It's some horrible amalgamation of platonic soulmate, friendship, and brotherhood, which I will henceforth call a soulship. They're literally telepathically talking to each other with eye contact. Everyone who actually notices it is mildly terrified.

Yesss. They just know, next thing you know one of them is going to be like 5 streets away, trip, almost fall, then BOOM, there's the other one to catch him. It's honestly terrifying and amazing. I love it.

I occasionally have good ideas. It may also just be the monkeys running roughshod through my brainpan.

Now I want to make Tyler secretly part druid or something. Dial the Lorax up to a fifteen, then throw in teen angst. It would be horrifying.

So, so far we have Axel->Leroy, and then somewhere later down the line more recently, Ethan; for the order the friend group was formed in... Should I just say that Nabih created the friend group? If so, then who was the first person Nabih added into it and how did it grow from there? I, personally, feel like Gwyar is a more recent member.

Since Nabih has basically already been accepted as the baby boss, it makes sense that they were the founder. Was Nabih planning to create a 'Let's all run away together' club from the beginning, or did it develop into that idea over time?

It mostly likely developed over time into that as he found out that his group of friends were in terrible situations and/or had a desire to run away.

Then Tyler was probably either a mid-to-late-time inductee (Now it sounds like a cult), because he has been trying his best to project 'Begone, foul heathens, for ye seek to trespass an ancient ward' to everyone he meets. From now on, Tyler's inner monologe will have periods of Olde English, and he will occasionally spit out archaic terms and phrases in high-stress situations.
