Personally, I think it's better to do the level 1. The other day (after finally getting to 1,048 mushrooms) I got hella lucky on the questionair and made it to round (3) which cost 1,000 mushrooms to sniff... I paid for a very basic wolf that wouldn't sell for 7 mushrooms... I tried. So I gave it to the free range. It had no boost, no talents and no rarity. A thousand mushrooms. So, I only use the tokens now.

However, the dog tags has yielded some decent ones. I'd say every 1 in 4 (25%) gives a decent one as opposed to 1 in 2 (50%) for party tokens.

From what I've read, it's really only the chance at talents/rarity that changes with levels? So maybe spamming 100 unless you want a chance at a higher rarity/talent count as well as the boost?
