Whew im not sure I have good advice either, I get very heated too and it usually involves me scream cussing at whatever or whoever, so what I do to try my best to avoid that is screaming as hard and delebrite as you can into a pillow, drawing while listening to music

So basically:

- Everyone meets and gives gifts to their dragons and the dragons gift something in return

- The Squad Leader decides it's time for the First Ride, however some things occur.

- A student has a panic attack, another refuses to fly, and then a dragon douses water on students

- An Air, Earth, and Fire Dragon were angered by a Water Dragon dousing their riders.

- The Squad Leader took control, punished the mischievous dragon by barring him from the First Ride and threatening to kill him.

- Chaos has died down and now they're preparing to actually ride their dragons

Yeah, things are already so crazy and it isn't even the second day yet. Poor Nico and Brontes. If the academy wasn't burned down by the neighboring kingdom, it would be by this years students
