yeah 😔✌️ - aight so lemme just lay out what's up real quick: (stealing this from PMs lol) - early to mid 1900s or so, 4 gangs against each other all trying to steal one doctor to help their own gang. one character from a gang x the doctor, while they try to fend off the other gangs also: there's an uprising amongst all the gangs as a new gang rises up and decides to just murk the rest of them via a fatal disease (among other things), so the gangs are trying to cure it (with the doctor) and stop the new gang |

i'm also just gonna respond to your PM about the elements here lmao: - so we got water, fire, earth, air, cosmic/space?? feel like cosmic/space would be pretty rare honestly, cause that reminds me of like, controlling time and space LMAO (ayo... time travelers?? the metaverse??) hm i do like that though, maybe each person has a different element but they gotta train to master it, but like each gang has a different fighting style and approach to teaching people / using their elemental ability? and i'd assume it'd be pretty hard to control multiple elements, though for the fun of it maybe our antagonist (new gang) could have some rare overpowered secret weapon lol (generic i know :') ) |

Oh man, yeah. XD I imagine cosmic more of like darkness/stars/dark matter in that sense. But time can definitely work too. I would assume it'd be super difficult to control more than one element. Especially if they're conflicting elements. Oofie. But I like the idea that they've kind of skipped the part of the human controlling the element and made a weapon--which allows anyone to use any element. |

dude woah i've been busy - ooh woah okay wait then yeah that sounds cool for sure. :0 so in my head that'd be something like... they can manipulate dark matter and use it on Earth or something? lol - yep, exactly- real overpowered lmao. but maybe the weapon has like, repercussions, or a curse or something, because it's so overpowered that it's unnatural? - it's pretty late for me in my timezone right now so i'm tired, forgive my lack of ideas lmao. if you have any ideas lemme know! |

No worries at all! That was about what I was thinking as well considering the cosmic area of things. But super overpowered XD that's a great idea. Something about maybe actually taking away energy or elemental ability from anyone who uses it who does have an ability. And if no one has one, it's basically obsolete because it doesn't work without any elemental "aura" or whatnot. Take your time, rest and relax! |

so i thought i replied to this, rip - yep, cosmic sounds pretty rare/hard to master and find lol. - i think that really balances out with the OP weapon! so with that "aura" i assume it's kinda like, you gain something like XP almost as you continue to train your elemental skills, and that's slowly sucked away as you use the weapon. that'd likely leave the user weak for a bit too as y'know, your power is drained from you. - are you a "just jump right into it" person or do you wanna go over more specifics? :> i'm alright with anything lmao on second thought we still need to think about the setting and all LMAO |

alright so hmm i think the vibe of a big busy city with all sorts of people in it would fit! maybe the gang wars and bases would be in lesser known back alleys and stuff... or maybe even hidden in plain sight? it'd be cool if like there was also "fake business" the gangs operated to make income in more legal ways / provide a cover for what they're doing. that is, if these gangs are legal? cause some cities really try to limit crime and violence and stuff aha - by the way i got the impression we're doing MxM but just making sure LOL, is that right? :'D |
