Rook, I'm going to throttle you.

It's okay, they're a rare breed. I only get /small/ stabbing pains in my heart. I wish more people knew. <|3

I do live in a redneck area, though, so a lot of dogs are off the rez and others aren't purebreed.

Yea... Call me stupid, I would also probably assume he's some form of Pyr or mix of heeler/lab/pyr.

Big fluffy! Yeah, definitely easier to see the Central Asian Shepherd in that picture!

Insane Sanity, he is a Central Asian Shepherd. Of that breed, he is a subset / subtype called a Turkmen Alabai.

A lot of people think my girl is an aussie or a border collie, but she is neither :p

Postimage loves to be an ass. </3

Haha, so what is he then?

My grandmother has a dog who looks like a black lab but he has zero lab in his pedigree, just the right combination of genetics to look like one lol

I love postimage being down, that's so coquette.

God, the other thing he is always called. A Golden Retriever or a Pyrenees. xD

it never stops.
 Insane Sanity
03:55:33
The fluff is very true, your boy definitely did not have the Pyrenees fluff. His fur also did not appear to have the same texture as their coat. To me he looks more like a white golden than a Pyrenees.

Rook, it's actually hell, lmao. I love it.

Insane Sanity, literally nothing about my dog looks Pyrenees and people ask me all. the. time. if he is one.

Pyrenees are lighter-boned, much fluffier, and have floppy ears.

My dog has fur that lies close to his body, has no ears, and is way thicker than a Pyrenees. Not to mention he doesn't have a tail, either.
 Insane Sanity
03:54:04
He also did not look as chunky as Pyrenees, if that makes sense?

Yoooo we could story swap, I was only from 2020-2022 and will never do it again :))

Rook, no way. I'm an EMT in Colorado Springs, lmao.

Hi,
I'm wondering if I can get some criticism for how I draw my wolves, and what I can do to improve them. As long as you aren't too busy.

Ah traditional artist :0
Alright let me see here, the ears point out a little more than they should and lack some ear fluff! Around the neck the angle seems alright but they lack the fluff as well :> if you need me to sketch out how to draw fur I can ^^

Hi! I was wondering if you have any tips on lineless art. I want to try some but I can't see to do it correctly.
Do you like it then color the lines or use the lines as that color and block it in?

Sure, I have been recently trying to draw fur better that what I was doing before. And I can see what you mean by the ears.
I draw traditional at the moment, but I want to get into digital. It's only that my digital looks way worse than my traditional.
