@TeaBear I love those ideas! Also writing down some ideas so i don't forget them. - maybe a retiree race? No entry fee and no prize pot, all fun!
- (Something attached to Teabears idea) when the dragonets are growing, between age 1-5 (6 is the battle starting age, meaning they can start to train) they may compete in beauty contests, which will use a community judge panel

@Sharp fang Yeah I am hoping to make base prices for the dragons like 100-150 mush and then you can add the prices of training if you want to train your dragon/rider or not as well as armour. But if you don't want those things, then it's probably gonna stay around the 100-150 mush mark. - @Teabear Sorry I didn't reply to your whole post, I was going to bed <3 as for helping me out, I would love that but only if you wanted :D |

Guys these are some really good ideas, but do you want little like surprise chests on travel trips? You might find them around and then You could get materials or armour, gear something of the likes. |

@Drunkenseas A retiree race would be heaps of fun, maybe the winners could be awarded medals or awards for like best dragon of that cohort/generation or something? :) And have like a retiree garden where all dragons go and there can be a hall of fame where the retiree race winners are :) As well as other records too possibly? Yess, lil contests would be so cute, maybe they could hang with the retirees too. Maybe they can gain small stats or things, but like confidence, or things like that that helps a lil boost when actually training or something? And then if they lose the contest or I dunno how it'd work but like got spooked by a story of the ferocious beast one retiree fought and then they'd decrease in confidence or something too :) All good, but yeah, let me know, I'd be more than happy to help out :)

As for this, I personally would love to see a standard base with variants and maybe not so much breeds but 'types' (is that the right word? or elements maybe?) such as Air, Fire, Water, Earth (main four lol), then maybe into more exotic ones such as maybe galaxy, light/dark etc (maybe those eggs can be obtained from prizes or travelling merchants, perhaps even the eggs have a chance of not even hatching or only hatching a common (aka main four) or less rare varient too. Andd then you could even add that to breeding as well, somewhat simple genetics I guess, like Fire + Fire = Fire but if you add a Fire + Water you could have the chance at getting steam (a rarer breed maybe)(or maybe this would depend on lineage too) Or you could go down the hybrid path and it'd be 50/50 fire/water then if you bred that 50/50 fire/water + Earth the baby would then be 25/25/50 fire/water/earth and so on. Maybe it's a mutt or something or other once it has a certain amount of types in it too? :)

Adding to this too, would be so cool, inside instead of full gear etc (or maybe that's pretty rare) you'd find parts or bits and pieces of a piece of gear and once you've collected x amount you could craft them into something too |

@teabear ooh! Yes! I do like that idea, I was originally thinking of adding a 'Champion' title to dragons that are forced retirement after placing 3+ 10 times on level 10, but I do like the ideas of different titles. - Oh thank goodness, I don't think my fingers would put up with me anymore if I forced them to draw me more dragon breeds, however varients I can do! lol, I love that, the 'mutt dragon' how about we make it so that with every different varient, there's a 'special' ability you can use, and the damage it does depends on the dragons level, example: (just a idea) - Fire Variant = Flame thrower - 1 HP - level 1 Fire Variant = Flame thrower - 2 HP - level 2 Fire Variant = Flame thrower - 3 HP - Level 3 Fire Variant = Flame thrower - 4 HP - Level 4 Etc. - OH! For the getting eggs from travelling merchants, maybe like certain Events will open like 'Christmas event' and a Christmas varient egg will be avaliable (certain number) and you will have to do quests to get it!
- Quests! Why not? A little bit of fun, can only do one at a time, to stop a build up and would be things like, 'Come first in a Level 5 Battle - race' and may have little prizes?
- As for the chest idea, love it! Making it in bits and pieces would be great! And harder to make a full set! |

Thanks I could help out, I'm in Aussie times as well. (Usually, I'm on holiday currently) Elemental dragons would be fun! Maybe we could cross-breed sometimes, and make cool hybrids? But the parents would have to be trained, so the offspring would be strong enough to live, being a hybrid? |

The thing is with cross breeding and dragon variants is if I really do go with the special elemental power, it would be confusing, because if a dragonet was out of a Earth x Fire dam and sire, would it be the earth power or the fire? Do I use a generator to find out or pick? - With the 'strong enough to love' does that mean cross breed dragons sometimes don't survive? It might be a good idea due to making cross breeding harder and hybrids far more unique! |
