With recent changes to Wolf Play I'm also changing up how I offer art.

My goal is to de-stress when I am on WP; I do art for fun.

Knowing that the base game art is liable to change at any time without warning, and has additional pelt edits coming again after being told it was all finalized-- I'm going to be a lot more careful about what Custom Gear I commit to drawing from here on out, and part of that is being very stingy on what art prompts I use to create from. I want to keep this as stress-free as possible for me.

So!

I have a few ideas on how to proceed. What one is preferred? I plan to only do one or two options from the poll to keep things easy on me, but I still want to do art for people to dress up their wolves with, and offer a way for players to have art they'd love to see in-game go live when they can't make or afford it themselves.

I will:
-make items
-make clothes
-magical special effects
-so much glitter. All the glitter
-recolors of any gear that already exists in-game
-Continue to release random pretty things my art muse said "omg let's make this it'd be fun"

I will no longer do:
-Pelt-specific color schemes (ie; leucism, infatuation boost, etc)
-texture edits or enhancements (wavy fur, long fur, coarse fur, snake scales, all that gear is now canceled, sorry ;-;') [exception: i'll finish the lineart revamp, but that's my last one]
-I am no longer accepting personal custom gear requests or orders, sorry.

Options:

-Poll for Custom Gear creation
I'll host a poll for letting players pick which gear to release for affordable purchase next. Ie; wings, markings, etc-- then another poll to ask what color, another for special effects if any, how much to sell it for etc etc, until the gear concept is finalized with player input, then submitted to Eve for approval.

-Contest for Custom Gear ideas
I'll host a contest that let's people submit their own gear ideas / concepts, and I'll pick one or more as a winner and then render their idea in art and submit it for approval. This is the only way I would accept player-written art prompts directly.

-Store gallery with options to select from
I'll host a gallery of pre-made options for gear that does not yet exist in game, and already-existing gear that is available to order custom re-colored to the player's liking.
