lol I am usually the person who eats next to nothing so I dont have that problem I do have the problem of not eating and my body turning against me for the lack of thing consumed ;-; |

i dont have that issue my kids and fiance are asleep i just think my food wasnt as filling as it usually is tasted off for some reason i made it the same as i always do

i was like that in school but i tend to stress eat the only time im glad for fast matabolizm

nova you never have to appolagize for taking your time to reply to us nobody does everyones got stuff to do :) and both of you need to at least attempt a meal a day if not multiple i used to have to force myself because i knew i needed it |
