Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

LIFC is about multiple things. For example, we're all gamers or artists, or even both most of the time. LIFC members run alongside our founder, Zeno, and make sure everyone's having a great time. Despite the rules we must follow to be a member, we still have loads of fun together.We see each other as close friends or even family.LIFC is all about fun, artwork, gaming, family, and so many more things.

As we go on, we will create good memories for everyone and make everyone always smile.

Fun Facts!

LIFC wasn’t official until the founder of Life In Full Color started to go to work on September 28th, 2025. It wasn’t fully official nor looking for members until just a few weeks ago when the creator, Zeno, decided it was high-time to start it up before the YT Channel was created. Before making the official channel, Zeno is going to look for members on many platforms and even get some of his friends on his video games in for fun if they want to join. :)

2. If you are a main member (through wolfplay), PM this WP account. It’s very important that you do this, so that Zeno can give you the account’s info, what your job is as a main member, etc.

The Neon Nebula, The Aurorae, The Prisms, AND The Mutts, will get the accounts login info so they can help keep up with it all. :)

The Legend of The Spectrum

The Origin: The Light;
In the beginning, there was only The Grey—a vast, silent void where memories were forgotten and colors did not exist. From the heart of this void, The Light (Zeno) emerged. With a single pulse of light, The Zenith shattered the stillness, creating the first colors. These colors became Butterflies, tasked with carrying sparks of joy to every corner of the world.

The Conflict: The Faint;

A creeping shadow known as The Faint seeks to return the world to Grey. It feeds on lies, bullying, and toxicity. LIFC was created as a Sanctuary—a place where the light is so strong that the Grey cannot survive. To enter, one must prove their heart is Full Of Color.
