I have a custom female, if I go to add more markings to her do I have to pay for what I already had plus what I added ?or just for what I added?

If this was already asked and answered please tell me and lock/delete

What you see on the custom maker is what you get.

So to add markings, you would have to import what the wolf already has, then add extra desired markings
