Basic accounts won't have access to it and it can't affect their gameplay.
Custom pallets make sense as it's expression, this play feature doesn't as it's suggests a basic account can do it too.

One of my pups' image is missing or glitched:

It's odd, clearing the cache and logging in and out didn't work, a simple refresh did.
