A hero wolf has all positive weather vitals. Which affects battle damage, a hero wolf has increased damage. However if a wolf has a negative vital, they will have decreased damage. This usually happens during a weather adversity that could happen

I'm not 100% sure on the stat, but I know you have to have a familiar (Premium feature) with you for that encounter.
