If you're talking about buying wolves, go to Realm > Trading Post and there are wolves for sale there! You can also get wolves from breeding your females.
If you're talking about den space, you can buy 5 spaces for 10 apples, or a hearthstone in the Wolves of Warfare event for 50 Claws!
