Lore For generations, the Glassgarden Pride has called the Garden home. Hidden behind ivy covered stone walls and overgrown by nature. It provides prey, fresh water, and shelter through every season. Few cats have every questioned what lay beyond the garden borders. That all changed when a particularly adventurous group of hunters found a way over the wall. They didn't return with a story of desolate city streets and endless danger, but of thriving forests, open meadows, and clear streams - land as lush and full of life as the garden itself. For the first time in a while, the Glassgarden pride finds itself faced with a possibility they never truly considered; that there may be another place to call home. Yet Spring has only just arrived, and with Den Mothers nursing their new litters, the safety of the garden seems difficult to abandon for an uncertain future. While some cats are eager to explore what lies beyond, others believe that the home that has sustained the pride for generations is worth protecting. Will these new discoveries inspire the Glassgarden Pride to venture out of the place they've called home for years? Or will the different viewpoints of pride cats divide the garden?

Roleplay Rules 1.) Respect and follow all of Wolf Play and Eve's rules. Those who fail to do so will either be rejected from the roleplay or taken out of it by myself. 2.) Keep drama between characters. Any OOC disrespect will not be tolerated. 3.) This is a LGBTQ+ safe space, but for the sake of realism within the roleplay, please keep mated pairs between male and female characters. 4.) I am expecting semi-literacy at minimum. I understand a mistake in grammar or punctuation every so often, but please don't make it a recurring habit. Along with this, please be able to write 300+ words per roleplay post - this is to be reflected onto your character sheets as well. 5.) Cat breeds used should be realistic based upon how a group of cats would reproduce in the wild for generations. There may be two or three generally purebred, but most cats born into the pride will be mixed breeds. 6.) Mini Modding, Mary/Gary Sues, and Weeping Willows are a no-no. Make your characters unique! Sure, a sprinkle of trauma is fine but don't make their life a complete sob story. 7.) Gotten this far? Put your favorite cat breed in "other"! 8.) Players may have one high role and up to three medium/ranking roles. Four characters is the current max. 9.) As the creator of this roleplay, I have the right to reject and accept characters as I see best fit for the storyline and roleplay as a whole. Do not fight me if your character does not get accepted, you have three chances to make up a form until the character won't be accepted. 10.) Reservations last 24 hours. If you have not completed the form by then, the role you reserved will once again be open to claim. 11.) Do not hesitate to reach out to me if your having any problems or if you have any questions! Have fun! Pride Rules 1.) Respect the Chieftains word. Their decisions regarding safety, exploration, and conflict are to be followed unless they directly endanger the Pride without cause. 2.) Protect the vulnerable. Elders, Kits, and Den Mothers are to be protected at all costs and fed besides others if prey is scarce. 3.) Do not endanger the garden. Actions that risk the safety, balance, and prey supply are forbidden unless permission is given by the chieftan. Without it, consequences will take place. 4.) All able cats contribute. Every healthy cat must assist with hunting, guarding, or exploration duties unless excused by injury, age, or role. 5.) Outsiders and Loners must be reported. Any cat not born or accepted into Glassgarden must be reported to the Chieftain or their appointed second before interaction beyond basic contact.

Territory Information The Glassgarden Pride lives inside an abandoned botanical garden surrounded by high stone walls covered in ivy. The area is overgrown and wild now, with cracked stone walkways, fallen greehouses, thick hedges, and tangled flowerbeds that open into open green spaces. The Chieftains and Right Hands den is under a collapsed greenhouse, where Den Mothers and their kits stay closer to the rose beds where the cover is thick and quiet. Elders tend to rest of the driest and flattest spots of rock to sunbath. Other smaller dens are scattered around depending on safety and weather. Prey is steady and varied - mice, voles, frogs near the pond, birds in the trees, and occasional rabbits near the outer orchard areas. Water comes from shallow streams fed by old irrigation lines and plant-filled pods. While the garden is usually safe, it isn't without danger. Foxes sometime slip through gaps in the wall, and eagles or hawks can take young or weak cats if they aren't careful. Flooded dens and paths, shattered glass, and collapsing structures also make exploration tricky, even for experienced hunters.

Pride Structure & Roles Chieftain - Responsible for guiding the Pride, making final decisions about safety, territory, or major actions. They are considered the most respected after Elders. Second-in-Command - This cat work to support the Chieftain and considered as their right hand. They help organize patrols, manage disputes, and step in when the Chieftain is absent. Hunters - What most of the pride is made up of. They head out on daily patrols organized by the Second-in-Command and are responsible for the food brought into the pride. Guards - Their top priority is to protect the garden as a whole. They are in charge of watching for predators such as foxes, hawks, and anything else that may come along. Some may specialize in Kit Watching as well. Scouts - They are responsible for exploring new areas of the garden and mapping safe routes. They are especially important given the size and unpredictability of the territory beyond the wall. Den Mothers - Dames who are either nursing, weaning, or expecting kits. Occasionally, there may be a cat who stays in this position to watch over kits but the guards often have this responsibility. Kits - The youngest in the pride. Adolescent up to the age of two are to be considered as kits, though, they may be working through training with older cats in the pride. They are to be protected above all others. Elders - Retired cats who are no longer expected to hunt or fight. They are highly respected for their wisdom and experience. . Outsiders - Loners are also to be considered as such. These are the cats that have either been banished from the pride, have been born outside of it, or have simply left due to preference.

Name: Corvynn Age: 4 Years Old Gender: Female / Dame Breed(s): European Shorthair 75% + Cornish Rex 25% Role: Chieftain Desired Role: She's content for now. Thoughts on The Discovery?: She believes the Pride is too cautious and has wished to see what's beyond the wall since she was just a kit. However, she does understand the precautions that come with it and that moving at the beginning of spring wouldn't be the smartest move. She hopes to hear what others have to say about this, but for now, she's not against the idea. . Appearance: A fairly small feline, Cor stands 11 inches at the shoulder. She's leanly made, built for running and keeping pace more than brute strength and fighting. Her fur is short and bristled, a but more course than most. Its a pretty grey brown tabby coloration and pattern down her back, sides and tail. She has a white muzzle, chest, and stomach. Corvynn has more of a coral skin color than brown or pink, and you can see it clearly in her ears and nose. Her eyes are thinner and cunning looking, with a greenish yellow color taking her iris. Her voice is on the deeper, huskier side for a female - and can become sharp when she's making a point. Personality: Corvynn is rather opinionated when it comes to how things are done and what others should be doing to achieve them. She can be a bit of a brat when things don't go how she anticipated the to, and she can be rather hot headed when tested. She won't hesitate to speak up and out against what she thinks is right or wrong and has been know to frequently stand up for other's who might not be so keen to do so themselves. She's playful and mischievous around the younger cats of the clan and sees most of their rambunctiousness as good fun and a way to learn. She's quite the social butterfly and may have trouble taking a subtle hint for her to give someone space, so speak up! The dame is always willing to hear other individuals sides of a story, and though she may think a bit highly of herself and her opinions, she'll absolutely think on what another has said. She's a perfectionist at heart and works hard to achieve the things she's set her mind on. . Mate: None. Crush: Feel free to PM me! Open. Kits: None yet, but she can see herself having at least one litter in the distant future. Familial Ties: Mother - PM me! | Younger Sister: PM me! Pride Affiliations: PM me to discuss. Other: Ragdoll. Read the rules! Edited at July 3, 2026 08:27 PM by H0ll0W

Name: Alden Age: 6 Years Old Gender: Male / Tom Breed(s): British Shorthair 40% & Domestic Shorthair 60% Role: Guard Desired Role: Anything higher, he wants some guaranteed say in things. Thoughts on the Discovery?: Those scouts should have stayed out of the business outside the wall. He already has enough work when it comes to foxes and eagles swooping in to try to take the kits, he's not keen on the idea of anything more. Why should they move when everything they have already has been sustaining them through generations? . Appearance: A robust male with a height of 15 inches and the length of 26 inches. Alden is a large cat, all 12 pounds of him built of lean muscle. He has more of a hunched back that the sloping elegance some may have and he'll forever have an annoying limp in his front right leg. Old fox traps aren't for the weak. He's got the coloration of a tuxedo, black with a white muzzle, chest, and belly but his chin and two large black spots over his left eye is what helps differentiate him from others. His nose is black, as are his paw pads, while his ears are a dark red. Alden has a pair of striking orange eyes, similar to the pumpkins that grow in the patch when the leaves are falling. His whiskers are white, located on his muzzle as well as a few long ones over each eye muscle, somewhat of an eyebrow. The toms voice is deep and raspy. Personality: He's ever the loner. Not because he couldn't find things in common with others if he tried, but because he simply doesn't want to engage in the idiocy of others. He'll often go out on his own when taking patrols and when he's not working, he'll take his quiet time on the upper rocks of the garden. Alden wouldn't be the one to count in the top friendliest cats of the pride - he's cold and reserved, and prone to impatience when things don't go properly. That said, if someone wins him over - rare but not impossible if they play their cards right - he'll give his heart and protection. He's dedicated and loyal to those he deems worthy of it, willing to do close to anything to ensure their safety. . Mate: No longer. She was a small cat, too too curious and open minded. She was swept into the sky's before he could reach her. Crush: May be some one-sided thing for a while, but PM me to discuss. I'd love some good angst for this guy. Kits: None. He'd only ever wanted them with one dame, and well, she's gone. Familial Ties: None in the pride, as he was born outside of it. PM me! Pride Affiliations: Open, PM me! Other: Read the rules ;) Edited at July 4, 2026 03:00 PM by H0ll0W

Name: Fig Age: 3 Gender: Female Breeds: Norwegian Forest Cat/Siberian mix (generic big fluffy baby lol) Role: Scout Desired Role: She's pretty content, scouting suits her. Thoughts on the Discovery? Fig wants to be outside the walls immediately. If it was up to her, they'd all be out there right now, but she'll content herself with her own exploration for now. She thinks the Pride is far too cautious and stuck-in-their-ways, and that venturing beyond the walls is important for their future - though if you asked her to clarify what she meant, she probably wouldn't be able to. Appearance: Fig is a large, very fluffy longhaired cat. Standing twelve inches at the shoulder, if you compress all her excess fur, much of her size is an illusion - she seems to halve in size when she gets wet. Her long fur is constantly giving her trouble, and while she dedicates significant portions of her day to managing it and keeping it under control, its not uncommon to see her with bits of grass and leaves tangled in it. Colour-wise, her fur is a swirling mixture of mottled oranges and browns, ranging from pale ginger to a darker reddish shade, with white on her belly, paws, and the tip of her tail. Her large paws, with such a thick layer of fur that pokes through her toes, allows her to walk very quietly, granting her a decent amount of safety out in the wilderness, and their size gives her an advantage when it comes to climbing. Her eyes are a bright amber-yellow, generally very open and expressive, though not as expressive as her thick tail, which is almost always in motion. Fig's voice is fairly high pitched, and usually rather quiet, but it gets... excessively shrill when she's upset. Personality: Fig is horrifically impatient, constantly craving movement and action and something new to experience. She gets bored easily, and spends much of her time out trying to find something, anything, to hold her interest - the wild beyond the walls was a true windfall for her. She's very expressive and open with her emotions, not one to try to close off or deflect from her feelings, but she's not particularly extroverted - while she's happy to sit around and talk to a friend, she's not one to seek out or start conversations. She'd much rather be doing something than speaking. Her impatience leads her to have very strong, often immovable, opinions on things. She rarely articulates her arguments, though; even when she's arguing with someone, she often impulsively speaks her case without actually formulating evidence or explanation of why she believes that or what she means. As a result, knowing that she usually loses these arguments, she tends to try to avoid them, only expressing her position when she's directly asked, or in indirect statements such as talking about how much she wants to always be exploring the world outside, rather than talking about how she wants everyone out there. Mate: None. Crush: Open, PM me :) Kits: None. Familial Ties: Older sibling: PM me! Pride Affiliations: Open, PM me :) Other: Oriental longhairs! I love their silly faces and the little honks they make :)
