A realistic horse herd RP

The Plains herd is forced to move when a large fire breaks out North. They are forced to move South, towards a meadowy forest. The herd will face many challenges along the way, Bachelor bands, Lone Stalions, and more.

Will the herd make it to safety in one peice? Or will they lose members of their valued Herd? Join to find out.

~Rules~

1. Eves rules Trump all

2. Respect any Co-owners of this RP the way you would respect me. They help me run this smoothly, give them the respect that they deserve.

3. Hide the word "Lunatic" Somewhere in your form.

4. This is a realistic RP, I expect a minimum of 2 paragraphs per post.

5. No lists for appearance and personality, put some love into your character.

6. Put "Susan" In other if you read the rules.

7. Hate the character, not the player

8. this is a realistic Rp, if your horse breaks his/her leg, they die. There is no recovering from that.

9. No Perfect characters. Your character cant be the prettiest, strongest, fastest, and smartest.

10. If your characters get into a fight, you cant leave without injury.

11. PM me and the other player if you want your characters to get into a fight.

12. If your character dies in a fight, dont be upset. It was coming, as you had to discuss it with the other player.

~Herd rules~

These are rules set in place by the lead stallion and mare

1. Lead stallion and Lead mare have the same amount of power.

2. Dont wander away from the herd.

3. Protect the foals at all costs.

4. Any outside relationships will result in punishment.

5. Lead Stallion and Mare are to be respected

6. Dont talk to the lone stallions or the Bachelor band. Doing so may result in punishment

Lead Stallion

The lead Stallion leads the herd along with the Lead mare, and can be father to other foals in the herd. If your character starts as Lead Stallion, they dont necessarily have to end with the role. Other Stallions may challenge him for the place, Including Lone Stallions and Stallions from the Bachelor band.

Lead Mare

The Lead Mare leads the Herd with the lead Stallion. She is respected, and is kind. She helps dispute arguments and helps keep the herd in check. In order to get a new Lead mare, Both Second in command must agree.

Second in command Stallion

The Second in Command Stallion is there to Help keep the herd stallions in check. He makes sure that there are no plans going around, and that the herd Stallions are behaving.

Second in command Mare

The second in command Mare helps take care of the herd Mares and Foals. She makes sure that they dont wander off, and that they are provided with what they need.

Herd Stallions

The herd Stallions Can be father to foals in the herd as well As the Lead Stallion. They help round up the Herd Mares if one of them is frightened and runs off, or if there is a stampede and some of them are wandering off.

Herd Mares

They make up the bulk of the herd. They are the females that give birth, and help grow the herd. They are very importand to the Herd.

Yearlings

Horses that are not quite old enough to be considered adults, but not quite young enough to be considered a foal.

Foals

They are the young of the herd, and are to be protected at all costs.

Lone Stallions

Lone Stallions are Stallions whom have been kicked out of their herd, born outside a herd, or have not yet joined the Bachelor band. Their main goal is to join a herd of their own.

Lone mares

These are Mares whom were born outside of the herd, or whom were kicked out or wandered off. They will most likely be accepted into the herd if they come across worthy enough, but it is all up to the Lead Stallion and Mare.

Lead Bachelor

He is the one who started the Bachelor band. His main goal is to steal Lone mares and Herd mares from the herd to form a herd of his own. He is very smart at this.

Bachelors

These are Stallions whom are in the Bachelor band. They listen and follow the Lead Bachelor's orders. Their main goal is to help steal lone Mares and Herd mares to start Their own herd with the Lead Bachelor.

She has a very muscular build, and is good for running. She is not the smartest mare, and when the stranger stallion stole the herd, she tried to run off. This resulted in a scar on her left haunch that is about 4 inches long.

She weights about 867 pounds, and is about 5 1/2 feet tall. She has a submissive stance when she walks that comes naturally to her. Her tail had gotten caught in a bramble bush, and that is why it is half its normal length. Her mane is a bit tangles, but wellkept and healthy.

Her shoulders are very narrow, as is her chast and hind quarters. She has a good set of lungs, and pretty good stamina. She is a large horse, and she was built for speed and endurance.

Personality:

She is feisty and unpredictable at times. She doesn’t face her problems head on, and runs away from them. She can be a pain in the ass if she isn’t okay with something, and will constantly nag at the other mares if something should be fixed.

When it comes to young ones, she is a mother hen. She protects them at all costs, and loves all young of the herds.

When she isnt angry, she is very even tempered and keeps to herself about things. She doesnt like talking about gossip, because she doesnt like to make herself feel any better than the other mares of her herd.

She is distant at times with communicating what she wants done, but she likes to keep conversations short and sweet. She prefers to sit by herself, and doesnt like being disturbed very often.

She is A lunatic when it comes to hurting the foals. If a foal is hurt, she is very protective of them.

Vixen weighs about 200 pounds, and has a very sleek build that makes her great with running. She can reach very high speeds for a young filly, and she is proud of herself.

She stands about 4 feet high, and about 2 feet wide.

Her coat is silky and smooth, and she takes very good care of it. Her mane is quite long, and her tail is as well. Her mane and tail are very smooth, and have very little knots at any given time.

Shes pretty smart, but isnt the smartest filly youve seen.

Personality

Vixen is very gentle and kind, and is a pretty good listener. She is a very energetic foal, and enjoys adventure. She can be very goofy in the way she acts, and enjoys making others smile.

She is very affectionate and loving, and cared deeply for her loved ones. She is the type of foal that you could convince to do almost anything as long as it isnt dangerous, or involves harming someone.

She has a sparky attitude at times, and you can tell when she is upset. She seeks comfort in the older horses around her, and looks up to them as role models. She wants to be the fastest runner youve ever seen, and she is often found running through the ddirt, kicking up dust as she goes practicing her skills.

He is a very pretty Stallion, With a steady and regal build. He was build for stamina and speed, as well as endurance. He has broad shoulders with an amazing set of lungs, and he can run a long while without getting tired.

His legs are long and steady, providing him an even balance with his gait. His torso and hips are very muscular, along with the rest of his build. He stands at about 6 feet tall, weighing about 768 pounds.

Personality:

He is very Dominant, and he holds His head high. He enjoys listening to the other stallion's conversations, because its a fun thing to do.

He often practices running and speed, because he plans to start stampedes and steal herd mares from the large herd as they are running from the fire.

He is not always to the point, and sometimes likes to leave others lingering on a cliffhanger. He enjoys watching others squirm under his hoof, it pleases him to know that they are submissive to him.

He is respectful of the mares he comes across, rarely he does. He allows them a choice, though none have said yes, claiming that they knew what they were doing.

Some often think he is a lunatic for having such big plans, but he knows he will be able to follow through every step of the way.

Personality-

Snow is a sweet docile mare. She always believed that it's best to avoid unnecessary fights and arguments. She is very agreeable with the lead horses. She hates when horses go Lunatic before night. She is very gentle towards any foals. She thinks foals are the most trustworthy horses.

Snow doesn't like rushing into things and rathers to take her time. She doesn't like loud noises and rathers to be in tranquil places. She loves nothing more then lying down in a autum meadow with a stream running through.
