Appearance: Juniper is only five foot four, yet covered in lean muscle. His shoulders are slightly wider than his hips and his legs seem like trunks, capable of propelling Juniper forward quickly and keeping him balanced no matter the situation. With rough, dark golden skin that is covered in small scratches and scars, his pale opal tattoos stick out on him like a sore thumb. His pale tattoos are hard to conceal and are patterned like Mehndi. Juniper just likes how it looks on him though and likes to think it connects him more to his dad’s culture. These tattoos paint his right arm and shoulder as well as the side of his neck, spiraling in a beautiful fashion in a symbol of good luck. On the lower part of his back, he has a long, scratch mark clawed into his back from not being careful while taking care of a dragon. Of course, the dragon didn’t fully mean it, but the dragon and Juniper still got heavily scolded by his enraged mother afterwards.

Juniper has a soft, round face, with only a slightly square jawline. Juniper has a sharp nose, pointed like a beak, and beady dark brown eyes that appear like black buttons from afar. Dark bags hang under his always observing eyes, barely visible most of the time unless he spends more time than usual reading late into the night. A soft tuft of hair sits messily in his head, often with leaves or grass sticking out of it. His hair color is a gentle hazel color and it is always always fluffy. It looks like sky blue or cyan, but its color seems to almost change in different lighting. A long strand of hair in a braid held together by a small bead is the only hair that escapes his small, stubby ponytail. His pale honey cheeks seemed slightly burned from sunlight, but always slightly rosey when complimented. In fact, if you look close enough, you can sometimes see black freckles on his cheeks. He has a polite simple smile, thin lips and small for when anyone tells him a joke he finds funny or is simply trying to make a good impression. Although, his smile when he genuinely thinks something is funny is so much better. His toothy smile lights up his face and his chipped tooth can be seen. It looks silly and goofy which is what makes it so good. He just looks a lot better when he smiles.

Personality: Juniper is an odd person to come across. With a bright cheerful personality but one laced with stubbornness and passion, Juniper is a lot different from when you first meet him to when you next come across him. He loves to tussle with people he has grown fond of, ruffling their hair, punching them jokingly on the shoulder, and hugging them at seemingly random, which seems very different from when you first encounter him where he is very polite and almost shy at times. He is not overly trusting per say, but he is very accepting. Always treating people like one of his own no matter who they are, Juniper may not trust them with his secrets or other things, but he does his best to make the person feel comfortable and happy.

Juniper is somewhat naive and shy, willing to believe people because he has had no reason to distrust people while he has lived safely in the valley, but they are fierce. While Juniper doesn’t generally result to violence in disagreements, sometimes their opponent does. Juniper will always try to convince the person to not be violent and de-escalate the attacker, but Juniper isn’t afraid to fight if there is no other option. They aren’t going to just light taps on the cheek either if the other person isn’t holding back.

As for friendships and love life, Juniper really has none. Not that he is sad by this fact, but it does make him feel a little lonely from time to time. If he does manage to befriend someone, he will occasionally give them gifts as well as be very protective of them. If anyone makes fun of his friends, that person will get one hell of a time afterwards. His friends will have to be able to deal with his nonsensical hugs and weird rants he goes on, marveling at something that he remembered about history, magic, astronomy, or anything of that nature. As for if someone fell in love with him, good luck. Juniper will probably trust that person more than anyone and talk nonstop to them, he’ll compliment said person a lot, and go out of his way to help them. This might sound good, but he does occasionally get too worried about how the other feels.

Riding Dragon's Name: Pavi

Riding Dragon's Appearance: Pavi is a little smaller than your average Lightning Runner dragon, but makes up for it with her ever-so-slightly larger, powerful wings. One of her teeth is replaced with a new gold tooth, but she looks well taken care of with clean scales, not visible scars or tears in her wings, and her horns and tail are constantly sparking with joy. Her scales are mostly a deep purple like dark storm clouds but the underside of her stomach is a midnight black.

Riding Dragon's Personality: Pavi is extremely playful and goofy. She has been raised with Juniper since they were younger so she is extremely close and clingy with him although she rarely spends time with other humans or dragons unless they have just as much expendable energy as her. Just like her rider, she is very stubborn and will always try to have things her way but she does not see the damage she is doing sometimes because of her obvious nature. She is very very protective of Juniper too and will do whatever it takes to protect him from harm.

Name: Freya

Gender: Female (Questioning though)

Age: 24

Role: Dragon-Rustler

Appearance: With a brutish look and large muscles, Freya looks like a menacing Viking warrior. She has large muscular arms with a tattoo of her stinger on one arm and sniffer on the other with massive black tattoos of her bonecrusher down her spine. She has scars, dents even, along her body from numerous fights with rogue dragons that turn her sickly pale skin into a pale pink. She stands about just under six foot five and has a triangle body shape with much smaller waist compared to her muscular arms. Freya’s legs are so much weaker than her arms because she hasn’t had the time to strengthen them due to her losing her right leg just below the knee when a hunting dragon attacked her months ago. Her peg leg is made of iron and wood, impractical and immovable but still strong and sturdy. She has learned to walk and be fairly quick with the peg though.

With her sharp jawline scared from another slash wound, her glare sends death threats in a single look as her eyes pierce into people’s souls. She’s like a troll from storybooks. Her smokey gray and bloodshot eyes that are heavy with dark bags hanging under them are almond shaped and most often narrowed by her bushy midnight colored brows. The paleness of her skin is brought out even more thanks to the greenness of her face. Her face is shaped by her midnight hair that is cut as short as possible to stay out of her face. On top of her broken nose is a small slash scar and small freckles that are hardly visible because of their closeness to her skin. Despite the many flaws on her face, she has a warm gentle smile whenever her lips are not pressed together in a tight frown.

Freya wears a dull red shirt under her metal chest plate and tends to hide her face under the hood of her cloak. Her cloak is a midnight color that drapes down to her heels and that has mud and blood clinging to the edges and rims of it. She wears khakis pants to protect her from mud and whatever twigs might stab her along her journey. Over her khakis, she has a few small satchels to hold ammunition, medical supplies, basic survival gear, and more as well as a pouch for her gun and a holder for her whip. She wears thick rubber gloves that are heat, electric, and acid resistant in order to deal with difficult dragons. Her left ear, which has small tears in it from the time a baby dragon bit her, has a small stud earring while the right ear has a long dangle earring with a tiny red gem at the end of it. A thin, breathable mask covers her lower face in order to hide her scar and any reaction she might give to someone else. Finally, she wears small dog tags with her name listed on it around her neck and tucked under her shirt.

Personality: Often known for spewing harsh words, needing absolute perfection, and her general rude attitude towards people, Freya is not well liked nor is she favored by many people. Though she often seems cruel and mean, Freya is a caring soul to whoever can cross through her ice cold heart, but it will be quite the treacherous journey. With enough time, she will warm up to someone like with her dragons. Her dragons are currently the only ones she is close to which is incredibly ironic given how hostile she seems towards other dragons. She is somewhat lax and laid back until she believes it is necessary to take action; when she has been given orders or been called to action, she will not hesitate to do whatever must be done unless it endangers Hayden, Hunter, and Sylvi

Hunting Dragon 1's Appearance^: With a pale shade of red, Hayden is a sniffer whose senses are as keen and sharp as their talons. Hayden has small beady eyes that no longer glow as Hayden went blind a long time ago and relies on Hunter to see so he is often attached to Hunter with a small leash along his neck.

Hunting Dragon 2's Appearance: Hunter can often be found riding on top of Hayden after climbing his leg or leading him along through dangerous areas because of the thin leash attached to him. Hunter is a bit big for his species, but not much about average. Having yellow eyes with wide pupils and a large mouth full of sharp teeth, Hunter is capable of biting into almost anything and seeing everything that approaches him. Hunter has all red scales however his crest is a deeper, blood red compared to the duller and darker maroon color.

Riding Dragon's Appearance: Sylvi is a massive bonecrusher, bigger than most even. With a deep growl and demanding power, it is clear she is meant to be in charge. Her scales are a ruby red with her horns and armored scales a brilliant silver color. Despite her slowness, she makes up for it with her sheer strength and massive size. When Freya is done tacking Sylvi up, her rains are used to steer Sylvi, her saddle can fit as many as three humans comfortably onto her back, and she has several straps to hold large cargo like tents and other camping equipment that Freya needs.

Hunting Dragon 1's Personality: Hayden is very excitable and rambunctious although entirely submissive to Sylvi and Freya. When not ordered to do things, Hayden is known to get easily distracted by sounds and is always curious about new textures. Hayden hates when anyone raises their voice with him or says things sternly, but loves when their tone is super bubbly and happy.

Hunting Dragon 2's Personality: Hunter is like a more chaotic and sly version of Hayden as he loves to cause mischief and havoc. While Hayden explores out of curiosity, Hunter loves to find ways to annoy everyone. It sometimes takes several scoldings to set him straight, but Hunter does sense when he truly hurts Sylvi or Freya and will do his best to comfort them. Hunter loves Hayden most of all and nothing will break that bond.

Riding Dragon's Personality: Sylvi is like a tired dad in movies that watch the children with heavy eyes and soft sighs. Though she is often very tired and stoic, she is very protective of her “young” and will do her best to keep her pack safe as she views Hunter, Hayden, and Freya to be under her wings. She is incredibly stubborn and it often takes a long time to get Freya and Sylvi to work together.
