Nero surely would never reach any of the higher positions due to his heritage, Demons are naturally 'Dark' beings. He isn't blind, he sees the uncertain looks when he takes part in meetings or other Holy Trinity related events. Not that he blames them, it would be stupid not to be weary, his kind are not inclined to be looking out for the well being of others from the kindness of their hearts.

Matter of fact, Nero only works with them due to similar ideals, the desire to establish justice and order amongst his peers. He personally believes there is way to much bureaucracy with the group, and yet he stays.

Despite his bloodline, his appearance is more human than demon, but his fiery purple eyes reveal all. His physical prowess speaks of his true nature as well. Nero's strength shan't be overlooked.
He dresses usually in buisness casual attire, for professionalism of course, but mostly it just makes him look like one of those preppy rich kids. Granted, Nero sort of is... But he would never admit to it. People knowing he comes from money always causes issues, the 'plebeians' always seem to have chips on their shoulders.
Nero often wears sunglasses, even indoors, due to how sensitive his eyes are to light. Demons are more nocturnal in nature, so their eyes are naturally more inclined for dark spaces. His eyes just don't handle bright light well.

Likes:
Nero enjoys very few things, having most joy sapped from expectations by his Father. It's almost like he is a blank slate this way, but Nero has found small bits of happiness from the world itself.
He enjoys the taste of sour, typically in the form of candies though his reputation refutes that statement.
He likes to read, poetry mostly. They are windows into another man's psyche, a peak into the human experience.
Tending to plants. It's a very slow but rewarding process that keeps his mind occupied. He enjoys seeing the sun rays pass through the leaves, that vibrant green color and the strange designs produced by the veins within the leaves, it is a natural beauty.
Pride. His own personal pride as a Demon who despite his natural disposition, chose to try and be a better person. The very idea makes him feel jittery, it makes him feel wrong, but in a good way. No form of rebellion is every easy, especially a rebellion against your own nature.
Dislikes:
People who do not meet his standards. A perfectionist, Nero believes a person should hold themselves high and with grace.
The Dark Alliance... It is a image of what he once was and what he is trying to stay away from. They are scum.
People who always resort to violence. It's just embarrassing that they believe showing your strength proves anything besides who hits harder. Granted, Nero understands that sometimes violence can be a tool. The very threat of violence can often be a good deterrent, but it can only get you so far.

Nero has his father, Cassius. A Demon who is know by his buisness associates as a staunch perfectionist. He holds everything to a high standard and he imparted that ideal into his son. There relationship is an odd one, more of Sire and Spawn rather than Father and Son. Cassius viewing his Son as a mere extension of his bloodline and future influence. Nero views his Father... Negatively? It's complicated. He isn't stupid, he knows what the man thinks of him, yet he can't be upset by it. He is his Father, a bad one but still blood.
Nero's Mother is a mystery. From what he's gathered, she was a lapse of judgment on his Father's part. Nero knows he has her hair, his Father and all who come from his family have dark brown hair... Nero is a blonde. That small fact has always comforted him some and yet also troubled him.
