Name Amani Age 4 years Gender Female / lioness Rank Huntress Appearance blep8 Amani stands on the taller side at 3.5ft at the shoulder and a length of 4.7 ft. She used to be a rather small lioness but surprised everyone when she had a burst and had what you could refer to as a growth support. The lioness features a a more so average build yet also showcases some form of bulk due to the plentiful amount of hunts she has been involved in. The lioness weighs approximately 167kg to go along with her large frame. Amani features an abundance of scars from her hunts, due to her fur she has run into a few issues with hunts but usualy manages to work her way around it, her most prominant and recent scar would be from another lion, featured across the left side of her neck, it is not neccessarily deep and was the result of a close call but stretches across around 3 or 4 inches from behind her ear and thus across her cheek. Amani's fur features a rather obvious yet rare colour mutation, her fur is a pale white compared to most other lions.Along with her fur the genetic mutation causes her to present a pair of piercing blue eyes. This makes her appearance quite abnormal compared to most and allows her to be easily recognisable in the pride. Personality Amani has featured a broad range of traits over her many years of life, the main one which is almost always on display is that she is a rather genuine and authentic individual, if she has something to say she will say it in the best manner possible, if she says she will do something she will always stick to her word as best she can, she will never promise something unless she sees the chance of it happening. She is a rather caring and maternal lioness. Throughout her younger years she would spend her time, when not hunting that is, with the cubs of the pride, assisting with the cub sitters or even growing closer relationships with some due to her time spent around them. Her maternal instincts are always on alert, some say her role would have been better spent as a cub sitter but she believes it is better spent as a huntress due to her size and determination. The female feels as though she could potentionally fit the role of a mother eventually if she ended up connecting with an indivudal who she could potentionally see fit as a father, she would never want to put cubs through the sitation of having a parent who doesnt want cubs as a desire. In the future she feels as though she could potentially settle with a mate but she has never actively looked and would rather build friendships with everyone in the pride equally and if she finds a male she sees fit while doing so she believes that is a win. Amani is not neccessarily a rude individual but if something needs to be said she will say it in the best manner possible, on most occasions. Depending on the situation she will speak her mind to anyone deserving of it, she can be sarcastic in some ways and can also pose a rather threatening tone on command, again depending on the sitation she is found in. Amani displays the ability to twist ones words in a conversation, particular useful if someone wont back down or if she would like to make a point. Likes Amani is an indivudual who prefers the company of youth, she tends to love her company with the cubs of the pride and also enjoys spending time with the cub sitters who share her love for cubs. She takes a large enjoyment for the hunts she takes part on, she enjoys the thrill of working as a team and playing a role in taking down prey as well as providing for her pride and family. Dislikes Amani tends to take a dislike to those who are unnessarily rude and those who cause harm with no justifyable reason. She is a maternal individual so she takes a disllike to those who dont like cubs. Strengths She is an above average lion regarding her size, this poses an advantage when it comes to combat, especially hunting. She sees herself as a particularly intelligent individual, she uses this to her advantage, working her way step by self through any situation. She is quick on her feet, well paws, allowing her to think fast in situations where neccessary. Weaknesses Her genetic mutation regarding her lighter fur unfortunatly provides her with a disadvantage regarding camofluage which hinders an impact on combat, hunting and scouting situations she is involved in. She can be sometimes be known to regard others before herself, in some situations she will prioritise someone elses life over her own. As much of a strength her size is it can also take a toll regarding hunting making it harder to hide from prey due to sometimes limited spots. |

Since I'm not making Titilayo this time around, figured I'd use her adult images for someone else.

Content, though she wishes she could hunt more. Appearance:
Alunamida is not a lioness of behemoth size, nor of petite stature. She stands at a modest 3.4 feet, and a weight of just around 330 lbs. She isn't, by any means, a lioness to scoff at, though her size isn't as big as lionesses can get. She's more balanced in size, with a build practically desgined for things like hunting, despite her lack of participation in them. Due to the fact that she doesn't hunt often, the female is a bit softer in build, no longer being made up of complete toned muscle like the huntresses are. She's still fit and capable of holding her own, but her lack of regular hunts combined with the changes her body went through in motherhood has left her with a more... squishy.. stature. Not that you should poke her and point it out, the lioness knows she isn't in as good of shape as the huntresses. That being said, you come near a cub and she's going to put the fear of god in someone, or die trying.
Alunamida, at a glance, as an odd and unique individual. It's clear she's earned one of the mutations that gives her a lighter colored coat, but she doesn't seem to fall into the category of neither albino or nor leucistic, even though she is the latter. Instead of appearing as the stark alabaster counter parts more thought of when the term is used, Alunamida has a more blonde or cream colored coat than actual white. Yes, it's certainly light in color, but not a true white, nor are her eyes blue, like leucistics can have. Instead her cream coat is paired with a set of medium brown optics.
For markings, the female has a slightly darker cream, something closer to a tan, that colors her points or accents. Most noteably is upon her ears, round half circles painitng the backs of her ears, making her someone who is relatively easily identified within the pride, especially when combined with her coat. Her underbelly, is slightly lighter in color than her base color, and blends well, giving her an overall concept of cream.
Her scent is of wild berriers and her vocal tones are a more even level, not too deep but not super high either.

Kovanu 4 || Male || Defender || Content Credits to HOTNStock on DA for images. Kovanu is a large male, though certainly not the tallest out there. His shoulders sit at 3.9 feet and he weighs in just over 400 pounds. His body is riddled with battle scars and hunting trophies, the most noticeable of which is a jagged crack across his right cheekbone, just under his eye. He also has a few prominent patches of scarring on his tail and chest. Kovanu has an interesting appearance, mostly stemming from his partial Kalahari bloodline. He is lighter than most, though he is certainly not albinoid. His eyes are blue and almost always slightly narrowed so as to protect them from the sunlight, since he is extra-sensitive to it. His coat is a dusty pearl-champagne mix and it never deviates from that color. Kovanu's build is a stocky, powerful one, built much more for battle than hunting. While he is still capable of the latter, he is much more useful as a finisher than a chaser; his muscling and size slow him down. He has good stamina and okay agility, but his physical forte is definitely brute force. Personality He is a stern, no-nonsense lion. Everything about him is steady, composed, and regal. He has an air about him that is both calming and fear-inducing. He is a creature who demands respect, and one who returns it where it is due. On the other hand, he will meet an attack with ten thousand times the fury, showing little mercy and even littler compassion. His pride's safety comes before his own, and even the hint of a threat towards them spells danger for the perceived menace. He is a powerful combatant, both physically and in matters of the mind. A quick wit, a sharp blep tongue, and a piercing gaze are equally as important to him as physical prowess. His sense of loyalty is strong to his pride as a whole; while there are some individuals who piss him off, he still cares for them. After all, it is his duty as well as his love. He is not one to hold grudges, but he will act out of vengeance. Once his revenge is complete, though, all is forgiven. Of course, the subject of his retaliation is usually dead, by then. While he is a quieter figure, he should not be underestimated. Hell hath no fury like a warrior scorned -- and he is quite easy to get on the bad side of. While he does not react strongly to personal jibes, the violent and threatening side of him is activated when mutterings are said of his family, friends, and pride. He does not take such mockings lightly. Kovanu is a strict leader-type. He holds those around him to the rules and expects them to be the best that they can be; he pushes them to be so. He does not tolerate constant bad behavior and is not afraid to kick someone's butt over it. He is not cruel, though. He takes care to spend a little extra time with the young of the pride, working with them and training them to be adept at both hunting and fighting. Both are important to him, and he wants every member of the pride to feel like they have a fighting chance in any less-than-desirable scenario. Credits to petra128 on DA 5 Years || Lioness || Huntress || Queen Shiva is a lean, mean, fighting machine. She weighs in around 330 pounds and stands at 3.6 feet at the shoulder. With a more wiry, lithe physique, her skeleton and muscling are more visible than they would be on a stockier lioness. Shiva is in the middle weight range but definitely one of the taller lionesses. Her features are regal and refined, giving her a feminine look that is quite easy on the eyes. Soft, feathery fur covers her body in a sleek manner. Her coat is a light tan in coloration with honey undertones and cream shading on her underbelly; the insides of her legs; her cheeks, chin, and under her nose; and her chest, throat, and sides of her neck. Darker splashes outline skeletal structures and form faint striping on her legs. Her eyes are a typical amber-brown coloration, framed by thick eyelashes and black skin. They seem to constantly gleam with a menacing light in a manner that screams "run." This lioness carries herself with power and poise; her steps are light but firm, and she holds herself tall. Her hindquarters sport a few long gashes. Another scar is situated just underneath her right eye, and there are several bite marks and minor scratches from past battles on her legs and chest. She is a fighter, and she has had her fair share of experience. Personality Shiva has an extremely ambitious personality. She does not take kindly to competition, yet she strongly disapproves of those who do not want to improve their status. A stagnant lion or lioness is her least favorite kind to deal with. She has always wanted a leadership role, and while she has been loyal, it has never been a secret that she wants more power than she has. She is what one would call apathetic. With an attitude of "suck it up, buttercup," she is certainly not the most popular of lionesses at the moment, if ever. Shiva is, without a doubt, dangerous. Her loyalty is given carefully; she does not attach herself to others lightly. This lioness is not exactly friendly, either, and she doesn't pretend to be. She's calculating, icy cold, and focused on the future. Her mind is constantly spinning, formulating a new plot or mulling over new factors. Everyone is a pawn in her game. "Soft" lions are deemed useless. "Outgoing" lions can come off as ditsy. "Sassy" lions just piss her off. Shiva is one for rigidity and no excuses, regardless of the scenario; she takes everything for what it is and goes with the flow, shifting her plans and courses of action to take the alterations in stride. She is a more dominant animal, but she has everyone else in the pride to compete with. Izem 
Credits to Fotostyle-Schindler on DA 5 || Lion || Defender || King, eventually Izem is a large male, weighing in at 530 lbs and standing 4.3 feet tall. His stature is an intimidating one. His body is decorated with scars varying in length and size. His most noticeable are two gashes across his nose, more circular than slice shaped, which have exposed his dark skin and no longer allow hair to grow. He also has several cuts and bite marks on his legs, shoulders, and flanks. Izem has a cold stare. Actually, everything about him is cold. His refined posture, the soft thuds of his paws making contact with the ground, even the way his fur moves has a dangerous aura to it. His eyes are a hard amber rimmed with dark fur, making them pop out more prominently. His face is nearly always expressionless, or stony in appearance. A smile has not graced his maw in ages; the closest thing to one has been a cruel twist of his upper lips into something resembling a sick grin or a snarl. When he walks, hard muscle ripples beneath a sleek, bronze pelt. Izem holds himself with a cool regality, head high, tail curled slightly. His long, thick mane is a tapestry of dark browns, golds, and honeys that spreads over his shoulders down to the end of his humerus. Izem is a handsome lion, but he is unapproachable. Formidable. Dangerous. Personality He can be as chilly as his appearance would suggest. Izem has a deep, almost calming rumble of a voice that does not fit his appearance at all, but his tone can quickly grow aloof and clipped in nature. His words are curt and to the point; there is no beating around the bush with this one. If the truth is asked for, the truth shall be made known. This lion holds strength in high regard -- not necessarily physical strength, as he knows full well that it will not always win a fight -- as well as some form of loyalty. Not necessarily loyalty to an individual; rather, the devotion to an idea or the pride as a whole. He is a calculating individual, mind always working. While he does have physical strength as an advantage, he prefers to use his head first and come up with a plan of action for whatever task lies ahead. Izem also has a fairly strong sense of vengeance. He kind of has abandonment issues. Izem is actually, and secretly, quite fond of cubs and, when he is around them, he will often spend his free time playing with them, telling them stories, and practicing hunting or battle moves with them. They were his favorite members of his birth pride with their little bleps of tongues, besides the ladies, of course, for whom he would show his chivalrous side. He would take on the role of a secondary father for any cub who may feel lonely. Those in his band and cubs are the only ones who will ever see a glimpse of kindness in him. For the former, he holds a tone of respect and makes sure that their thoughts are heard thoroughly before he replies. He does not ever mean to disrespect them, though he has no problem quelling disputes with a snide comment or two. That, though, is rare. Izem is his most friendly around the young. He has a strong liking for the other members of the pride, and he would never think to betray them. Izem may want to be a king, but he remains respectful of his superiors and would not do anything to undermine their authority or make them look bad. He might be caught joking with them occasionally, and even showing some sort of affection, though he always keeps himself looking his most powerful in their presence.
