Whew im not sure I have good advice either, I get very heated too and it usually involves me scream cussing at whatever or whoever, so what I do to try my best to avoid that is screaming as hard and delebrite as you can into a pillow, drawing while listening to music

a wolf who were raised by humans as a pet soon reasled at a young age and having to get use to the outside world and after being alone so long and not accpected into a group he soon found himself going mad but enough where it was controllable soon enough seeing things,but when he reached the age he was tooken in as a pack member and learning the pack's way and the things he've already knew from being in the wild so long he was good at herbs and able to help the pack members
